We manufacture round silos made of stainless steel and normal steel from 5.73 m3 to 361.66 m3 in a standardized type series as a single silo or silo battery, planned with all accessories such as filling and discharge technology, mechanically or pneumatically. The substructures are constructed on a project-specific basis and calculated in a statically verifiable manner. Our silos are also available in custom-made versions as multi-chamber silos and in pressure shock-resistant versions. The variety of designs of silos and accessories is individually adapted to your needs with know-how.

RS30/40 Recycling: Four-shaft shredders for universal use recycling applications
Advantages of the RS30/40 Recycling The RS class shredders are characterised in particular by their high availability and process stability. In addition, they are functional in design and uniquely productive. A special advantage of the four-shaft shredder is the high quality of the output material, which is achieved due to the efficient material disintegration during the shredding process. The optimised piece sizes and homogeneity of the shredded material are ideal for downstream sorting processes and the extraction of valuable resources. The interchangeable perforated strainer permits the definition of granulate sizes depending on the application case. In general, each RS30 and RS40 shredder can be tailored to requirements, and is available either as a stand-alone solution or as a comprehensive solution. Low maintenance, with high safety standards Other advantages of the compact shredding machines: The low-speed four-shaft shredders are resistant to extraneous objects, and very low maintenance. Thanks to the pull-in mechanism, the machines do not need a hydraulic pusher system, which further reduces the need for maintenance. The low cutting shaft speed ensures low noise and dust pollution. Over and above this, the RS class shredders comply with high safety standards, which is of particular importance in the field of product destruction or the destruction of files and data. Overall, the types RS30 and RS40 are highly flexible and can be used in different recycling applications such as files, dashboards, automotive interior panels, bank notes, data, hard drives, films, plastic packaging, leather, metal chips, paper, plastic bottles, production waste, packaging materials and much more.

Maximum reliability for challenging applications Top-quality recycling for even the most extreme applications and materials from a premium manufacturer: The mature RS50, RS60 and RS100 shredders, which have been tried and tested under difficult conditions, are characterised by their outstanding reliability, their ability to handle unshreddables and a particularly wide application range - from electronic scrap and metals, through to plastics and data destruction. Further features are their rugged and resilient design, high availability and process stability, as well as low noise, easy maintenance and particle precision. Advantages of the RS50/60/100 As these machines are modular in concept, the speeds, torques, cutting unit apertures, cutters, perforated screens and sealing variants can be individually assembled for each industrial shredder depending on customer requirements. The rugged construction and the robust cutters make this high throughput shredder particularly attractive for multi-shift continuous operation and integration into existing plants. The middle-range RS class series is particularly effective in difficult recycling applications and in pre-shredding. In contrast to fast-running systems, four shaft shredders are especially resistant to foreign objects, meaning that if a cutting disc hits a foreign object, then the machine stops immediately. On the one hand, this prevents damage resulting to the shredder cutters. On the other, the reliable drive permits frequent reversing, which is particularly beneficial when shredding problematic materials. In addition, the manufacturer has integrated a perforated screen quick-change system as standard, which permits rapid and efficient changing of the screen and guarantees easy operation.

RUBERG Blending Silos
RMS series: Blending system with multi-purpose possibilities ... Sizes: As a blending silo with a capacity from 100 litres to 20.000 litres or as a large-capacity blending silo with a capacity of up to 100 m3. In a position suitable for inside or outside assembly. Low operating costs thanks to low required power, low-maintenance and wear. Product-friendly homogenizing, drying, cooling and dyeing can for example be carried out in one working cycle. Working Method: Depending on its characteristics the product to be blended is fed either on top or at the side. It is also possible to feed it directly into the blending screw which is in the lower part. The blending screw consists of a sturdy central tube with welded anger-type helixes. The conical diameter and the progressive ascending slope are the decisive characteristics of the blending tools. They are chosen according to the silo diameter. Thanks to the special geometry of the open, slow turning blending anger the product can slowly flow from all horizontal levels of the silo towards the centre, where it is fed upwards with a slowly increasing feeding speed. Horizontal and vertical currents blend the whole silo contents perfectly within a short time. The RUBERG-Blending Silo is equipped with an insulated double casing, so thermal blending tasks can be carried out.
