      Sack and drum mixer Speedy™

The basic principle of the MIXACO sack and drum mixer Speedy™ is the mixing of small batches directly in sacks or drums. The product remains in its original container throughout the entire workflow—from filling and mixing to conveying and discharging—thereby significantly reducing costly, time-consuming cleaning times. All Benefits at a Glance: - Only one container required for weighing, mixing, conveying and packaging the product - No refilling or transferring required - Short tool cleaning times - Highly flexible - Many combinations of tools and motors possible for a wide variety of mixing applications - Low energy consumption

    4. Sack emptiers

      Sack emptiers

The classic container for storing and transporting bulk materials is still the sack. For product quantities of 1 to 100 sacks per batch, the manually operated sack emptying system is still the most economic variant. EMDE sack emptiers offer ergonomically optimised, manual handling of the container by four different basic types: 1. EMDE sack emptiers 2. EMDE sack chutes 3. EMDE sack emptying cabins 4. Combined EMDE sack / big bag emptiers Product properties: - Manually operated bag handling - Ergonomically optimised bag handling - Integrated filter systems, designed specifically for each product - Optimum extraction performance with the emptying opening open - Handling of very dusty or low-toxicity substances via a closed emptying cabin with a ‘glove box’ - Low-dust empty bag disposal via empty bag spout or empty bag compactor - Combined bag and big bag emptying station for flexible container selection and emptying of various products via one station

Safety filter INFA-INLINE-FILTER INF used for all kinds of processes

The INFA-INLINE filter INF is a non-cleanable safety filter used to protect compressors and processing machines, e. g. in closed loops. It can be arranged on the over-pressure side or suction side. When the max. allowed filter pressure drop is reached the filter cartridges will be replaced. The essential constructive elements base on the proven AJM series. The housing strength is designed for over pressure / low pressure up to +/ - 0.5 bar g. The filter housing can optionally be made of stainless steel.

    9. Salt Briqueting

      Salt Briqueting

Salt briquetting involves compacting powdered salt into solid blocks. This form has several advantages: it facilitates handling, reduces dust, optimises storage and enables more precise dosing in industrial applications. In particular, salt briquettes are used in water softeners and in certain industrial processes where slow, controlled dissolution is required. It's a practical, clean and efficient solution tailored to professional requirements. 11. Sand Lump Breaker LB fully automatic

Sand Lump Breaker LB fully automatic

Sand Lump Breakers LB are in operation in foundries for recycling, grating and classifying lumped up moulding sand. They are delivered in different standard sizes, but can be customized to the required application. The interVIB Sand Lump Breaker is working continuously. Moulding and core sand is loaded into the breaker from the top and the grated fine sand is discharged continuously. After a certain time or number of loading cycles the hard stuff and scrap metal, like sprues and cooling iron is discharged through the pneumatic front gate. Some of the main advantages from the customer’s point of view are named the high capacity and that there are no extra electronic controls like frequency converters needed for normal operation. Discharging unbreakable material needs less than 2 minutes. This ensures a high availability in the manufacturing line up.
