      Securely Fastened Loads

When something needs to be lifted, a crane, ropes or chains are needed – plus anchoring points on the load itself. Ganter offers a wide range of solutions here. The classic and simplest lifting points are lifting eye bolts according to DIN 580, which are screwed into existing threads on the load. When threads are not possible, lifting eye nuts according to DIN 582 are used instead. Ganter offers these standard parts in two materials: steel and stainless steel. However, a look in the Ganter portfolio reveals far better and stronger lifting points that are optimized for specific materials and – most important – easier to handle. In particular, the integrated RFID tags are worth mentioning as a special highlight. These make it possible to clearly identify specific lifting points during wear and safety inspections and manage them digitally and without system interruption. Such RFID tags can be found in the lifting eye bolt GN 581 and the lifting eye nut GN 583, for example, which are still able to rotate around their vertical axis even after installation. Both of these options also identify load rings GN 586.1, although here the lifting eye can also be folded down. And thanks to the eye ring with ball bearing, load rings GN 5860 are fully rotatable even under load. Load rings GN 587.1 are not screwed in but welded on. This load ring is also suitable for outdoor applications since the design of the weld-on block permits a closed seam that is safe from corrosion. The ring itself can be swiveled by 180 degrees, and an optionally integrated spring can secure it in any position. The lifting point GN 589 for welding can accept loads from any direction and impresses with its minimal height. This is an extremely important feature when the maximum hook height of the lifting equipment is limited.

    3. Self cleaning rotary valve

      Self cleaning rotary valve

Our rotary valves are suitable for powdery and finely grained bulk materials. Please specify the range of grain sizes when making your enquiry. For reasons of operational reliability, this type of valve is especially recommended if the bulk material is one that has a tendency towards coating formation. The bulk material must have good conveying and flow properties. Because both the rotors and housings are precision-finished to the narrowest tolerances, the rotary valves made by Barl feature the highest possible degree of sealing integrity. The cleaning covers integrated as a standard feature ensure quick and easy cleaning. How all other rotary valves made by Barl Maschinenbau GmbH the external roller bearings of the self-cleaning rotary valve are also set at a distance from housing. The rotary valves are naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and flame-propagation-proof design.

    4. Self-Cleaning-System

      Self-Cleaning-System

The KÖLLEMANN Self-Cleaning-System is used to convey any material considered as not conveyable with screw-conveyors, it uses the high lateral speeds between the two shafts which are turning in the same direction. In order to increase this effect even further, we have put our excessive know-how into this development in order to achieve that one of the shafts is running with twice the speed as the first one rotates. With this unique system, the KÖLLEMANN Screw-Heat-Exchangers are able to convey sticky and adhesive material in a condition like cold petroleum jelly. Due to the high cleaning efficiency, the whole system operates with lowest residues on the shafts and enables an optimum heat-transport.

    5. Sensors for on and off road applications

Sensors for on and off road applications

Litronic FMS P80-CAN planar sensor The CAN bus is used in on- and off-road applications, vehicles in the construction and agricultural sectors as well as in engines. The CAN bus is integrated in the sensor. The sensor meets critical EMC and environmental requirements. The signals are integrated and processed directly in the customer's control. The CAN bus signals communicate directly with the control apparatus. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the sensor system from Bad Schussenried is characterised by its reproducibility. Each CAN sensor is individually calibrated and final tested.

    6. Sensors to detect moisture in-situ in Powder&Bulks and emulsions

Sensors to detect moisture in-situ in Powder&Bulks and emulsions

Litronic FMS P78 planar sensor Small, fine, excellent: The Liebherr P78 sensor in conjunction with the Liebherr FMS moisture measuring installation has become indispensable for many industrial processes. The moisture measuring installation was invented in 1985 at the Bad Schussenried factory. Measurement by the Liebherr sensor system is based on the physical principle of capacitance determination in the high-frequency stray field. In addition to their high precision and robustness, the measuring devices from Bad Schussenried are characterised by their reproducibility. Once the sensor has been calibrated, further measuring points can be set up or devices renewed on this basis at any time without great effort. The plant thus always remains reliable, regardless of its previous term and age. Increased temperature ranges: For use at increased material temperatures, we offer our P78-T sensor, which is designed for max. 90 °C material temperature. Explosion-protected areas: For the applicable equipment category II 3D Ex tD A22 IP6x T85°C Dc we use our P78-E sensor. Salt and acid: For highly aggressive substances, we use the high-grade material 1.4462 for the P78-H sensors. High wear: The Liebherr P78-V sensor is ideally suited for abrasive materials thanks to its 10 mm thick washer. Flange adaptations: For sensor installations in pipelines from DN150 and tank installations, we offer our DN80 flange. This is also available as a salt- and acid-resistant version. sliding shoe slides: A proven method of installing the sensor on the material using the carriage. Stainless steel, Hardox 400, Vaudit, acid and salt resistant or ceramic lined versions are available.

    7. Separation Table

      Separation Table

The JOEST Separation Table is the ideal solution for separating dry, free-flowing bulk materials with particle sizes of up to approx. 20 mm. The system uses a fluidized bed in which the material behaves like a liquid under the combined action of air flow and vibration: heavy particles sink to the bottom, while light particles “float” on top – ensuring clean, reliable separation even for heterogeneous material streams. The Separation Table is suitable for a wide range of recycling applications, such as cable granulate, tire granulate, ASR or shredder fines, construction debris, or glass. It is particularly effective when combined with a preceding JOEST Air Separator, which removes ultra-light fractions (e.g. films, dust, or fluff) in advance – resulting in more stable fluidization conditions, higher throughput, and consistently precise separation quality.

    8. SEPARTECH Compact Round Separator

      SEPARTECH Compact Round Separator

Users may employ different terms for SEPARTECH machines: vibrating screen, sieve, separator, sifter. The machine is made up of a driving device termed ‘drive’, consisting in a base, fastened to the ground or to a mobile platform, and springs upon which the lower table is placed. One or two Vibrators are attached to this lower table. In this Screen design, one conical pan is welded inside the lower Table: this pan is the outlet for sifted fines particles. One or several frames are mounted on top of this lower table, and in between is inserted a screen with or without cleaning equipment. The screens are mounted from top to bottom with the largest mesh opening on top. In order to assemble all the different parts, a clamp ring is used for every screening level: the ring clamps together 2 frames and one screen. The frames are all typically equipped with an exit spout to automatically drain off the different product fractions. The material to be sifted can come in different forms, such as powder, granules, pellets, or various forms when it is bulk material. It can also come in liquid form and contain foreign matter. The material is fed in through the central input point in the cover Thanks to its unbalanced vibrators, the machine produces a tri-dimensional centrifugal force enabling the following functions: *Separation of different granule sizes or separation of solids and liquids by a screen. *Transport and continuous disposal of material at every stage of screening through the exit spout. *Unclogging of the screens thanks to the vertical component of this force and to a cleaning fixture (optional) including loose elements (balls or rings) mounted directly under the screen and tapping the cloth lightly to clear any object lodged in the screen mesh. The settings parameters are: *Vibrator Weight variation, by adding or removing additional plates *Vibrator Position versus the screen plan in order to change the vertical/horizontal forces ratio
