      Sieves

ScreenCoat- Technology - Hot & Cold Sieves up to 800 °C Screencoat is designed to maintain the dimensional stability of the sieve screen perforation. As wear particles are classified according to the sieve screen size, any losses of the perforation dimension will result in larger particles passing through the predetermined hole size reducing the efficiency of the sieve screen. Castolin Eutectic’s Screencoat sieve edge wear protection extends the useful life of the sieve screen and provides repetitive reliability. Castolin’s Sieves are superior... Longer lifetime will save you money and hassle Improved performance will optimize your output (substantial savings!) Every sieve is tailor-made to your requirements. Any type of sieve can be produced: hot sieve, cold sieve, hot chute of all shapes, forms and materials. In addition, we have a wide range of related products. Holes in Castolin sieves are subject to less abrasion, which optimizes your production efficiency and constant output. All materials & production processes are scientifically researched and only the best are used. Our hardfacing and hole cutting processes ensure minimal abrasion over time. Our proprietary screencoat technology has proven to lengthen the lifetime of sieves.

    2. Silde Gates

      Silde Gates

ILCHMANN slide gates are used for the safe isolation and controlled dosing of dry, free-flowing bulk materials. They are primarily installed under chain conveyors and at silo discharges. Drive options include manual (handwheel or chain wheel), pneumatic, or electric actuation. The slide plate is available with an adjustable sealing system and a position indicator. Optionally, ILCHMANN slide gates can be supplied in protected designs for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres in accordance with ATEX requirements.

    3. SILICON CARBIDE CERAMIC THE IDEAL WEAR PROTECTION FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS

SILICON CARBIDE CERAMIC THE IDEAL WEAR PROTECTION FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS

According to the material classification system for ceramics, silicon carbide ceramic forms part of the group of non-oxide ceramics. Two types are available: - The base materials are high-grade silicon carbide raw materials, silicon dioxide (SiO2), and aluminium oxide - Special quality through a silicon nitride compound (Si3N4) SiC granules are mixed with temporary and permanent bonding agents. They are manufactured in a dry, semi-dry, or compression process. Formpieces are shaped by casting, followed by a sintering process. Characteristics: - Excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations - High temperature resistance - High degree of hardness - High thermal conductivity - Corrosion resistance - Max. service temperature limit, depending on the quality, up to 1.700°C

    4. Silicon HT 300

      Silicon HT 300

WEICON HT 300 adhesive and sealant is red, high-temperature resistant (+300°C/+572°F), free of solvents, strong, and has acetatecross-linking properties. It is resistant to weathering, ageing and chemicals and is extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 300%). HT 300 is particularly suitable for heat-exposed bonds and seals and adheres very well to steel, aluminium, glass, ceramics and many additional materials. HT 300 can be used in industrial furnaces, flue gas systems, heating installations, exhaust gas routing, heating cabinets and in many additional areas.

    5. Silicone LP

      Silicone LP

WEICON Silicone LP is an acetoxy curing and permanently elastic adhesive and sealant. It is resistant to chemicals, ageing, weathering and UV radiation as well as to temperatures up to +180°C (+356°F). It adheres very well to steel, aluminum, glass, plastics and many other materials. Silicone LP was developed specially for use in sensitive areas. It can be used as sealant in the food and drinking water sector, for example in dairies, slaughterhouses, in the food and beverage production or in canteen kitchens.

    6. Silo Feeding Nozzle SE

      Silo Feeding Nozzle SE

Application areas: The MAHR Silo Feeding Nozzle SE is used everywhere where delivery lines must be connected to silo bodies. The gas/dust mixture is deflected at right angles by it and introduced into the tank. Material: grey cast iron, die cast aluminium, cast steel, cast stainless steel Special features: Connecting delivery lines to silos is made easy when using this inlet nozzle. Pipeline bends with large radii are saved. The form causes a reduction of the incoming flow speed and thus low wear
