Trough chain conveyor
Trough chain conveyors are the ideal solution for the transport of sewage sludge, screenings, sand, and other heavy materials – from horizontal to vertical conveying paths.

Trough chain conveyor
... is primarily used to convey bulk materials. It is a very robust, low-maintenance conveying system designed for permanent operation. Alongside classic horizontal conveying, rising line layouts and conveyors with bends can be realised. Further processing stages can also be simultaneously integrated such as: - Collection/ distribution - Screening - Bunker discharge - Air cooling/ water cooling - Conveyor lengths up to 100 m - Conveyor capacity up to 1.500 m³/h
Trough chain conveyors
Trough chain conveyors are mechanical continuous conveyors with rotating traction mechanism designed for transporting bulk material by an endless chain of carriers in a closed trough. They can convey horizontally, inclined or vertically. SCHRAGE trough chain conveyors are produced as a modular system. The horizontal and vertical trough chain conveyors differ only with regard to the trough format. In the vertical trough chain conveyor a false floor is installed in the inlet area to prevent overflowing so that the product can be transported steadily into the shaft tower. The whole vertical shaft tower is equipped with a false floor so that by forced entrainment the conveying good can be transported in a continuous flow. SCHRAGE trough chain conveyors are dust and product sealed, water- and gastight versions are also possible. They feature outer or inside bearings, a drop-forged or drag link conveyor chain, sprockets with replaceable segments and wear rails, special designs on demand.

Truck Loading Management - CellaLoad
The electronic silo truck loading management system (LMS) CellaLoad offered by KELLER IAS is an efficient guidance system for vehicles and for reliable loading control on the factory premises, and it also includes driver self-loading. The LMS system was designed for detection, visualisation, logging and evaluation of the vehicle data and movement sequences. The integrated access manager can be configured according to the instructions provided by the factory security team to ensure an ideal traffic flow within the factory. Vehicles and persons are allowed access to the factory premises and buildings either by RFID transponder or by order code given by CellaLoad.

TRUELeveL® | Capacitive analogue level measurement system
The capacitive measuring systems of the TRUELeVeL® series are designed for analogue level measurement. The system consists of a level probe and evaluation electronics. The analogue level measurement automatically compensates for the DK change (DK = dielectric constant) of the product to be measured. This is particularly advantageous for level measurements with changing media. For the DK compensation a "reference" measurement is carried out, for this purpose there is a reference range in the probe tip. The TRUELeVeL® probes are available in customised lengths from 400 mm to 2000 mm. The position and length of the measuring section can be freely defined within the possible measuring range and can thus be optimally determined for the respective application. There are different variants of the evaluation electronics, from analogue output voltage 0...10 V DC via current 4...20 mA up to frequency 0...10 kHz. The setting of the measurement is very simple and can be carried out completely in the empty state. The direction of action of the output signals as well as the LED display can be defined by dip switches. Sloshing movements can be faded out by an adjustable time delay (attenuator). A relay assigned to the reference section can be used as no-load protection. Advantages are: - Level measurements in containers, pipes up to approx. 5 m diameter. - For liquids and bulk solids εr ≥ 1.2 - Also suitable for inhomogeneous media due to large measuring volume detection - With appropriate mounting almost independent of the cone of repose - Probe can be used in the range from - 70 °C to + 250 °C - Insensitive to electrostatics - Automatic compensation of dielectric constants means it can also be used with changing materials without recalibration - Complete adjustment can be easily carried out in empty condition

TSG Gate
The Vortex Titan Series TSG Gate is designed to meet the most demanding applications when handling heavy-duty abrasive materials such as sand, gravel, coal, and whole grains. The TSG Gate handles dry material in gravity flow applications where positive material shut-off and dust tight sealing is required. This slide gate is available in a wide variety of configurations with rectangular sizes and customer specific hole patterns.

TT Dosage System
The TT dosage system is energy efficient and low maintenance. Its 3m³–13m³ dimensions make it the ideal system for smaller plants.
Tube chain conveyors
Tube chain conveyors are mechanical continuous conveyors with rotating traction mechanism design for the in-plant transport of bulk material. As tube chain conveyers can be employed to transport bulk goods horizontally, vertically and diagonally, they can adept to almost all operating conditions. Depending on the conveyed material several changes in position can be effected by tube bends and /or deflection stations within each transport roadway. We deliver robust tube chain conveyors in various configurations: with horizontal (adjoining pipes), upright (stacked pipes) or vertical alignment in five different sizes with a delivery rate up to 80 m3/h (depending on the transported goods). Besides offering three-dimensional transporting channels and requiring little space our tube chain conveyors offer additional advantages such as a permanently dust and product-tight system, self-lining, easy maintainability, high operating life and low energy consumption. Designed as a space-saving and economic modular construction system by now the „blue“ SCHRAGE tube chain conveyors can be found in almost all bulk goods processing industry sections using process plants. SCHRAGE Plant Engineering designs, manufactures, distributes and mounts reliable tube chain conveyors for bulk goods of all kinds.
