MOLOScode - The intelligent hose coupling

With the MOLOScode-System MOLLET has developed a solution that makes an incorrect connection of flexible and rigid pipelines impossible. Each pipeline gets its own name and thus avoids mistakes caused by human error in case of connecting and re-routing of connections, increases the production safety and reduces the accident risk.

At the pipeline interfaces electronically coded coupling systems with RFID technology are used that give the process control the information which hose is connected to which pipe. Thus secures a safe distinction of product- and rinsing-connections and detects any hose connection with the wrong process medium. As soon as the process control detects a wrong or missing connection, the corresponding valve will be shut off immediately and diagnose tools will inform about this mistake. With MOLOScode you easily keep an overview even for crossed and intertwined hoses. The control of contamination of hoses or of maintenance periods are comfortable realized via the process control system. The complete the on-site product distribution is shown in the control room and allows a seamless documentation and traceability.
