ATEX-Certified Operations
Work in explosive atmospheres demands strict technical and organisational controls. NT Service GmbH performs cleaning, maintenance and inspection tasks in ATEX zones in full compliance with legal requirements. Specialised personnel, certified equipment and complete documentation ensure maximum safety for both staff and plant.

Atexon® automatic spark detection and extinguishing systems by IEP Technologies — react faster than an explosion.
Atexon® spark detection and extinguishing systems by IEP Technologies are designed to protect industrial processes by helping reduce the risk of ignition sources such as burning embers from reaching protected equipment. The system detects sparks and extinguishes them automatically without interrupting process operations. The small amount of water extinguishant used, approximately five liters, will greatly limit any interruption to filters or other production machines. Once the ignition source has been mitigated, the system automatically resets to normal operations and is ready to extinguish new ignition sources.

ATRA Elevator-Bucket PUR
ATRA PUR elevator buckets They are corrosion-resistant and have a high self-cleaning capacity, as the bulk material deforms when discharged. This property is particularly important when transporting sticky bulk goods, such as moist sand. With steel buckets, incrustation can easily occur, i.e. the conveyed material becomes stuck inside the bucket, so that the usable content is considerably reduced over time. The buckets are emptied too late due to the incrustation, meaning that a significant proportion of the conveyed material does not reach the discharge, but falls back into the elevator shaft. This greatly reduces the conveying capacity and additional work is required on the system for cleaning or similar. ATRA PUR elevator buckets do not have Hardox edges, but a robust polyurethane coating. This massively reduces wear on the bucket filling edge and significantly reduces the usual washout. This ensures controlled emptying over a long period of time. Thanks to the ingenious screw connection system with cover caps, there are no screws inside the cup, which also prevents annoying incrustations. A sealing lip and the coated rear wall of the bucket protect the belt. Additional rubber inserts are no longer required. Clamping strips with sleeves are easy to fit and define an exact installation, allowing the belt to run straight without tension.

AUMUND Arched Plate Conveyor type BPB
A core application of the AUMUND BPB Arched Plate Conveyor is to discharge from hoppers materials such as clay, marl, natural or FGD gypsum, anhydrite and pozzolan, when they have a high moisture content and are sticky. Another key function of the heavy-duty versions of the Arched Plate Conveyor, BPB-S or BPB-SF, is to receive as-mined raw material and feed to a primary crusher at the quarry.

AUMUND Bucket Elevator
Reliable operation, high conveying capacities, longevity and low operational costs characterize AUMUND bucket elevators. Depending on the material to be conveyed and how corrosive the atmosphere is on site, the belt or chain bucket elevators supplied by AUMUND can be either completely or partly manufactured in stainless steel.

AUMUND Chain Conveyors Type LOUISE TKF
Chain conveyors are generally used where sticky bulk materials such as chalk, gypsum, clay or raw coal are to be extracted from a hopper. For such applications AUMUND recommends the PKF armoured chain conveyor. For extraction of filter dust or additives the AUMUND TKF Chain Conveyor Type LOUISE is often used. As this machine conveys bulk material in a closed trough, and the impact on the environmental is minimised.

AUMUND Discharge System type CENTREX®
CENTREX® is an excellent solution for discharge of silos or bins where sticky materials with challenging flow properties are stored. A logarithmically shaped discharge arm moves the material to the central discharge outlet. It extracts the material from underneath the full bulk material column whilst at the same time undercutting at the external silo wall to avoid bulk material build-up and idle zones.

AUMUND Material Feeder type Samson®
The Samson® Material Feeder from AUMUND is a discharge conveyor which receives bulk materials directly from trucks or other vehicles and unloads rail wagons or front-end loaders. A flexible solution chosen in many industries and applications all over the world for its technical benefits and its cost-effectiveness.

AUMUND Rotary Discharge Machine type LOUISE BEW
Rotary Discharge Machines type LOUISE BEW ensure reliable extraction of challenging bulk materials from storage halls, stockpiles, hoppers and silos. They are suitable for the handling of materials such as limestone, marl, dolomite, natural and FGD gypsum, coal and ores, as well as the additives used in the cement, iron and steel or power industries.

Automatic big bag emptying station
Material handling for hazardous products or bulk goods is increasingly being handled using big bags. For this reason, we have developed the automatic emptying system for big bags. With maximum emptying performance and semi-autonomous handling of big bags, this system is an absolute novelty on the market. The process is automated: The big bag is hooked in at the pick-up point by the operating personnel, then fed fully automatically to the emptying position via a positioning system, then cut open by a circular knife and emptied. Thanks to the use of the circular blade, even bulk materials that form strong bridges or are agglomerated can be discharged from the big bag safely. Product features: - Possible integration of further peripheral components such as empty bag compressors etc. - Overall concepts with all necessary safety devices - Robot-controlled feeding of the bulk material into the processing process - Dust-free emptying of big bags with and without discharge spout - Ideal for applications in areas with hazardous substances and in multi-shift operation - Intelligent networking of machines and processes thanks to connection and monitoring in the MES system - Reliable automatic operation even in industrial environments
