Liner Connection System LAS-MC (manual connect)

The HECHT Liner Connection System LAS-MC “Manual Connect” is an innovative solution for the safe and dust-free discharge of FIBCs (Big Bags). The system achieves a Containment level of up to OEB 4 (1–10 µg/m³), reliably protecting operators, product, and the environment.

The liner exchange process is ergonomic, fast, and requires almost no auxiliary materials such as O-rings – resulting in reduced operating costs and minimal downtime.

The LAS-MC is available in two versions:

Pneumatic – for automated processes with convenient control.

Manual – for applications without compressed air consumption.

With its robust stainless-steel design, easy handling, and seamless integration into existing discharging stations, the LAS-MC is highly versatile – suitable for use in pharmaceutical, chemical, battery, and food industries.
