HECHT Technologie´s Liner-Filling-Head LBK-EC "Easy Connect" (patent-pending) enables a defined, safe filling of FIBC´s and liners with a logical operating sequence in just a few steps up to a Containment level of OEB 4 (OEL 1-10 μg/m³). Tailored to your filling processes and requirements, the system allows easy, ergonomic and above all a safe filling of powders. This protects the operator, environment and product from contamination.
The LBK-EC is characterized by a high level of work safety and simple operation during filling. This relieves the operators and ensures
greater safety and convenience. Operating errors are nearly eliminated, and handling has been improved once again. Mostly consumables such as O-rings are not required. In addition, a considerably faster FIBC and liner change is possible. The operation is uncomplicated due to a control system with the Connecting, Sealing and Disconnecting functions.
