About us
HECHT Technologie supplies machinery and systems to the bulk solids handling industry.
Our systems simplify the in-house transfer of raw materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. The standard products are filling and discharging machines for FIBC, containers, barrels, sacks and cardboard boxes. HECHT Technologie takes care of the engineering for the complete range of bulk solids technology. In close cooperation with the customer, the best possible concept is developed and made ready-to-use.
Our programme also focuses on contamination-free systems. With the aid of specially developed systems that take the utmost care when filling containers, the inadvertent escape of hazardous products and contamination of bulk solids is prevented (persons and products are protected).

Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K-OC
The patent-pending HECHT containment drum emptying station with tilting device "CFE-K-OC" combines maximum containment with semi-automated drum handling. It enables low-contamination, safe and ergonomic emptying of drums up to OEB 3. The entire process - from lifting the drum and positioning it at the airlock to automatically removing and replacing the drum lid - is semi-automated. This minimises manual intervention and therefore increases operator safety, process stability and efficiency.

Liner Connection System LAS-MC (manual connect)
The HECHT Liner Connection System LAS-MC “Manual Connect” is an innovative solution for the safe and dust-free discharge of FIBCs (Big Bags). The system achieves a Containment level of up to OEB 4 (1–10 µg/m³), reliably protecting operators, product, and the environment. The liner exchange process is ergonomic, fast, and requires almost no auxiliary materials such as O-rings – resulting in reduced operating costs and minimal downtime. The LAS-MC is available in two versions: Pneumatic – for automated processes with convenient control. Manual – for applications without compressed air consumption. With its robust stainless-steel design, easy handling, and seamless integration into existing discharging stations, the LAS-MC is highly versatile – suitable for use in pharmaceutical, chemical, battery, and food industries.

Containment drum discharger with lifting device CFE-K
The Containment drum discharging station with glovebox and integrated lifting device is one of the leading systems for the dust- and contamination-free bulk solids industry. The easy handling during the discharging process as well as the simplicity of the drum connection are unique. Depending on your requirements, transport to the next process step is possible by gravity or via the effective pneumatic conveying system ProClean Conveyor PCC. Depending on your product it is possible to connect a suction shoe for the conveying system or, as an option a stirring de-vice. Due to the unique drum discharging station it is possible to achieve containment levels. up to OEB 5.

Containment drum discharging station with suction lance CFE-L
The Containment drum discharging station CFE-L is an innovative possibility to discharge drums dust- and contamination free. The drum is positioned under the isolator by the automatic lifting device and connected to the box via a roller conveyor. The drum can be discharged completely using the suction lance with linear guidance and, as an option, with actuator. The window provides a clear view into the glovebox. The ProClean conveyor transports your bulk solids to the next process step. Optionally, inerting with N² is possible. The isolator box is perfectly suitable for low space conditions, because of its compact design. Automation and integration into an existing roller conveying system is also possible. Containment level up to OEB 5.

Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K
HECHT's Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K-EC with tipping device and "Easy" port is used for low-contamination discharging of drums with inner liners up to OEB 5. Thanks to the new EC-port which is part of our "Easy Connect" Family, drums can now be exchanged significantly easier and more economic. The new technology enables a drum exchange nearly free of any consumables. The increased operator convenience and still high Containment conditions are strong arguments for this new technology. By means of the tipping device drums can be connected easily. The products supplied in drums are additionally packed in foils, also referred to as liners, to ensure operator- and product protection.

Sack Discharge station
Integrated vibrating sieve for separation of contaminants (e.g. packaging residues). Contaminants can be immediately removed using a sieve located at the top. Disolution of small lumps. Particularly suitable in the case of frequent product changes and hygienic requirements. Easy-to-clean due to foldable construction and fast sieve exchange without tools.

ProClean Conveyor PCC 300
With the new development of the ProClean Conveyor, we have succeeded in presenting our own vacuum conveyor. In particular in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry, the ProClean Conveyor can prove its superiority in the safe and gentle conveyance of powders and granules. The heart of the ProClean Conveyor is its filter head. There, the innovative and powerful ring filter system is located. It is available in different versions, features a big filter surface, is easily cleanable, long-lived, robust and enables fast dilute phase as well as safe and gentle plug conveying. The cover of the filter head is free of connections. Thus it can be opened quickly and the filter can be replaced easily and without much effort. The optional installation of a sight glass or a level indicator permits the system to be checked easily without having to open the cover.

Endless liner filling head
Due to a special folding method a liner package with up to 50 m (special type with 80 m) of liner can be provided, centrically to the product outlet. The liner is pulled from the stock, flattened out against the inner side of the drum, inflated slightly and then filled with product. During normal operation the filling is contamination-free. No cross-contamination occurs. The changing of the liner stock is contamination-free.The liner stock is reusable. The liner is available as a folded package with antistatic material characteristics and FDA certificate or as electrically conductive black liner.

Spoon sampler
A defined amount of product is taken out of the vertical product flow and poured into the outlet. A collecting vessel or plastic bag is filled at the end of the outlet. A special sealing protects the guiding of the longitudinal and rotary movement against the product. The movement is performed manually (pulling and rotating) or by means of a pneumatic actuator. Sealed-off product tube The sampler does not extend into the product flow between the samples The sampling system can be easily disassembled and cleaned.

FIBC supports are used for working under suspended loads and are standard equipment of nearly all FIBC discharge stations. They provide protection for the operator and the connection system. Not all products can be discharged from the FIBC without problems, in particular due to compactions in the outlet area of the FIBC. Therefore, FIBC support tables can be supplemented by mechanical discharge aids in order to support and optimize discharging. All supports can be flexibly used and can be mounted into each frame.

Liner Filling Head LBK-EF
High containment filling of various types of packaging with inner-liner. The use of a protective liner ensures a contamination-free exchange. When no drum is connected, the connecting system and the hand-access hole are closed by a protective liner. The operator and the product are protected against contamination. The endless liner makes sure the product outlet is safely closed at any time to assure the containment process. The operator as well as the product are protected against contamination.

Vacuum Sampler
The HECHT Vacuum Sampler is ideally suited for closed and automated inline-sampling of powders and granulated materials from a product column. The special design for flush-wall-installation was recently patented: Due to its dead-space-free structure, the vacuum sampler neither contains mechanical parts protruding into the production flow, nor any hidden angles, which could complicate a thorough cleaning. Therefore, it is ideally suitable for poor flowing products and high-level hygienic- and Containment applications.
Liner Connection System LAS-EC "Easy"
The Liner Connection system LAS-EC "Easy" for discharging Big Bags provides the solution by offering defined and safe handling with a logical operating sequence of only a few steps. Tailor-made to meet your discharging requirements, it enables easy, ergonomic and especially safe discharging of powder. Liner Filling Head LBK-EC "Easy Connect"
HECHT Technologie´s Liner-Filling-Head LBK-EC "Easy Connect" (patent-pending) enables a defined, safe filling of FIBC´s and liners with a logical operating sequence in just a few steps up to a Containment level of OEB 4 (OEL 1-10 μg/m³). Tailored to your filling processes and requirements, the system allows easy, ergonomic and above all a safe filling of powders. This protects the operator, environment and product from contamination. The LBK-EC is characterized by a high level of work safety and simple operation during filling. This relieves the operators and ensures greater safety and convenience. Operating errors are nearly eliminated, and handling has been improved once again. Mostly consumables such as O-rings are not required. In addition, a considerably faster FIBC and liner change is possible. The operation is uncomplicated due to a control system with the Connecting, Sealing and Disconnecting functions.

Flexible Dosing System FDS
HECHT's flexible dosing system FDS is a hygienic product-gentle dosing system. It is used for metering bulk solids and can be integrated in almost every filling and dosing station. The target weight can be input by an metering control unit, then the right weight is controlled with the support of an weighing unit. When the target weight is reached the product flow is stopped. Up to the dosing unit a precision of a few grams can be reached. - Inline dosing unit without mechanical parts in the product flow - The pneumatically operated mechanics additionally break product bridges - The full nominal diameter can be used for the product flow - Quick and easy exchangeable squeeze tube - Hermetically sealed housing - Hygienic squeeze tube connection - design patent pending

Containment Sampling Port CPP
The HECHT Containment Sample Port CPP has been designed for sampling under Containment conditions up to OEB4. The sample is filled into wide-mouth bottles and can be visually checked until the desired filling level is reached. The filled bottle is removed via the endless liner. At least 50 bottles can be filled per liner package. A new liner package can be connected under contained conditions by means of double-O-ring technology. Optionally, a WIP lance can be obtained for cleaning. The Containment Sample Port can be easily combined with all common Hecht samplers like the slide sampler or the screw sampler.

Containment Sampling Stick CPS
The HECHT Containment Sampling Stick CPS (patent pending) is used for sampling critical substances under highest Containment conditions up to OEB Level 5. This new, mobile and cost-effective solution with optional transport cart allows sampling in just a few steps. The disposable system ensures safe and easy sampling of toxic, expensive, or sensitive substances. The resource-saving method with lance technology reduces your investment costs for additional Containment and ensures that cross-contamination is avoided.

ProClean Conveyor – Non-Pressure "PCC-NP"
The HECHT ProClean Conveyor – Non-Pressure "PCC-NP" is a compact vacuum conveyor for free-flowing bulk materials.
