They minimise changes in bulk density and particle size distribution and also limit demixing effects, and can be used for many materials such as powders, granules, flakes and pellets. The absence of rotating parts in pressure vessels reduces maintenance costs. The advantageous ratio of product to conveying gas also makes our systems energy efficient.

Density or total solids measurement in calcium carbonate
The production of calcium carbonate is of enormous importance for many industries, as it is an important component of many products. Calcium carbonate is mainly obtained by processing natural deposits, such as limestone, marble or chalk, or by synthetic processes such as precipitated calcium carbonate, also known as PCC. The process steps include extraction, crushing, grinding, purification, thickening and refining. Deodorization Silos

These are silos that serve to control or minimize unpleasant odors or vapors that can arise during the recycling process or storage of waste-related materials. DETECTABLE DESIGN: Seals with built-in-safety
The new JACOB DETECTABLE DESIGN line provides increased safety, for example in food production. All products in the DETECTABLE DESIGN line can be detected with customary metal detectors and comply with EC1935/2004 regulations, as well as FDA standards. Should they or even just parts of them accidentally find their way into your production process, for example during assembly, they can immediately be located by a metal detector and removed. Miniscule metallic particles render non-metal elements such as seals, rubber covers and compensators detectable. Look for the DETECTABLE DESIGN sign.

JOEST dewatering screens were originally developed for sand dewatering, but are now used in almost all industries where bulk materials need to be specifically dewatered after washing or other wet processes. Discharge aid
The BARL – discharge aids are used for emptying silos and bunkers containing powdery, fine grained and granular bulk materials with different physical properties. The discharge aid loosens the bulk material and assists the mass flow. Bridges in the vicinity of the oscillation insert are destroyed. The outer cone is securely flanged onto the container. A shut-off organ and the following conveyor organ can be flanged onto the discharge flange directly and without any problem. The oscillation insert consists of the relief taper and the paddles that extend down as far as the outlet. The relief taper protects the outlet from the pressure of the bulk material. The point projecting upwards prevents the formation of bridges in the vicinity of the oscillation insert. The agglomerate crusher is naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and ATEX-compliant!
