      Discharge aid

The BARL – discharge aids are used for emptying silos and bunkers containing powdery, fine grained and granular bulk materials with different physical properties. The discharge aid loosens the bulk material and assists the mass flow. Bridges in the vicinity of the oscillation insert are destroyed. The outer cone is securely flanged onto the container. A shut-off organ and the following conveyor organ can be flanged onto the discharge flange directly and without any problem. The oscillation insert consists of the relief taper and the paddles that extend down as far as the outlet. The relief taper protects the outlet from the pressure of the bulk material. The point projecting upwards prevents the formation of bridges in the vicinity of the oscillation insert. The agglomerate crusher is naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and ATEX-compliant!

      Discharge station (type guide fork)

The discharge station is used for dust-free emptying of the mixture into downstream processing equipment. The portable container is pushed into the discharge station and clamped. The discharge pipe flange is lifted to the container outlet via pneumatic cylinders. Options: The following options are available for the automation of the discharge station: - Pneumatic or electrical control - Pneumatic rotary cylinder for opening/closing thecontainer valve with adjustable opening angle - Knocker to assist with emptying of materials with poor flow characteristics - Product sensor for monitoring product in the discharge pipe - Interchangeable discharge pipe for faster turnaround times for color/formulation changes - External control of discharge station

    3. Discharge station (type platform)

      Discharge station (type platform)

The discharge station, which is built into an existing on-site steel structure, is used for dust-free emptying of the mixture into the downstream processing equipment. The container is placed onto the discharge station using a lifting device (crane or forklift).

    4. DiscSpreader automove

      DiscSpreader automove

AI-controlled DiscSpreader automove: Currently, disc spreading machines require manual adjustments when the input material is modified. To avoid this, we teamed with leading AI developers from the Technical University of Cologne and developed a solution that automatically orients the discs using Artificial Intelligence. With a camera above the conveyor, it is possible to monitor how the material is distributed. The gathered data allows the disc to adjust automatically and spread the material perfectly. Indeed, our research proved that a single disc is enough to obtain the same results

    6. Dosing and Screening machine DM30 EASY CLEAN

Dosing and Screening machine DM30 EASY CLEAN

The machine consists of a dosing and screening unit. They are powered by two separate motors, which are positioned on the opposing face sides. With the help of the ergonomic pull-out device the screening and dosing unit can simply be pulled out for controls. This enables a closer inspection and the exchanging of screen baskets as well as fast cleaning due to good accessibility. On the inside of the machine, the rotating paddles connect to the dosing screw. Rotating paddles generate centrifugal force, which presses the material through a stationary screen. Particles smaller than the screen mesh width surpass the screen whereas particles sizes larger than the mesh width pass on to the rough´s outlet. Through the centrifugal force and the generated vibrations, the screen jacket keeps clean. All-in-One: Metering and sieving unit are combined. This way you save space and operating costs. Easy inspection, fast cleaning: The metering and sieving unit can be easily pulled out for inspection thanks to the guided pull-out device: This allows a precise inspection of the entire interior and product chamber. If the screen basket needs to be changed, this can be done quickly and conveniently. The same applies to cleaning the machine. Hygienic Design: The DM30 Easy Clean follows the principles of Hygienic Design. No compromise on quality and consequently reduced costs on downtime for cleaning and energy. The DM30 Easy Clean is made of stainless steel, AISI 304. Shaft sealing by means of monitored air flushing: Monitoring ensures safe and low-maintenance operation.

    7. Dosing devices / loss-in-weight feeders

      Dosing devices / loss-in-weight feeders

A loss-in-weight feeder is a specialized measuring device used in industry to dose and weigh materials with high precision. This type of scale is commonly used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and other areas where accurate weight measurements are critical to production. The principle of the loss-in-weight feeder is based on the continuous weight measurement of the material to be dosed during the production process. In contrast to conventional scales, which measure a static weight, a loss-in-weight feeder is designed to measure and regulate the weight of a continuous flow of material. A key feature of the loss-in-weight feeder is its ability to take very accurate measurements. This is achieved by using high-precision sensors that can detect even the smallest changes in weight. This accuracy is particularly important in processes where compliance with precise recipes or formulations is required. Another important aspect of the loss-in-weight feeder is its ability to integrate into automated systems. Many of these scales can be connected to control systems that automatically adjust the material flow based on the measured weights. This enables very efficient and precise control of the dosing process. In summary, a loss-in-weight feeder is a high-precision instrument used in various industries for the accurate dosing and weight measurement of materials. Its ability to measure and control continuous material flows makes it an indispensable tool in many modern manufacturing processes.
