The capacitive level detector Capanivo® 8100 is used in storage and process vessels as a full, demand and empty detector in all liquids. Due to different probe versions, a suitable solution will be found for every installation setting. A robust construction allows service at process temperatures up to +125 °C and a process overpressure up to 25 bar. Carrying frame The carrying frame prevents belt misalignment and guarantees protection of the belt edges. As the carrying frames only function efficiently when the drum casing is clean, they are equipped and delivered with dirt-repellent 60° shore soft rubber. Our carrying frames can be used with both normal and reversing conveyor belts. Mode of operation: When the conveyor belt is running straight, the axle through the roller casing forms an angle of 90° to the direction of movement of the belt. When the belt drifts, the roller casing moves, due to the dead weight of the belt, so that a forward motion occurs which brings the belt back to its normal position. The roller casing returns to its normal position as soon as the corrective procedure is completed. The mechanics of the movement are rendered possible due to a complex ball joint in the centre of the roller as well as the position of the axle in relation to the conveyor belt being less than 90°.

Our steel and HDPE conveyor rollers are designed for light to heavy-duty conveying applications and offer reliable performance in bulk and unit load processes. Thanks to their robust construction and high-quality materials, they boast a long service life and low maintenance requirements. The rollers are also available with gears or in a tapered design upon request – ideal for special conveying lines or curved sections. Furthermore, we offer small order quantities, ensuring that even customized projects remain economically viable.

Cartridge filter in various executions and many sizes

The INFA-MINI-JET familiy is a versatile circular filter program. Customer-specific designs are available due to individual constructions. Because of an optional hot gas design, pressure resistance and gas-tightness, the fully automated cartridge filters ensure the separation of dust and powder products as well from exhaust air as from process gases. During the filtration phase the cleaning of the filter cartridges is done in periodic intervals by pulses of compressed air (jet-pulse cleaning). The cartridge filter sizes cover a volume flow of 20 m³/h to 12,000 m³/h.
