      CUSTOM

There's a reason our CUSTOM line is called what it's called. Or to put it another way, we offer solutions that are as unique as your bulk material. Because bulk materials are not all the same - but that’s exactly what we love at Schrage – tackling challenges. Regardless of whether you’re working with sludgy, sticky, hot, cold, toxic, or edible materials, you can rest assured knowing that we’ll come up with the perfect solution for your needs. And in the rare cases when our conventional conveyors fall short of the mark, our CUSTOM line will pick up the slack to deliver the solution you need. We’ll analyze your bulk materials at our technical center and determine how your product handling needs can best be met with our equipment. The enclosed design behind our tubular drag chain conveyors is dustproof and can also be gas-tight or watertight if needed. It doesn’t matter if your material is highly abrasive, toxic, sticky, or chemically aggressive: You can rest assured knowing it will be conveyed almost without any odor. And if necessary, you can get an ATEX-compliant system!

    6. Cutting rotary valve

      Cutting rotary valve

Although this type of valve is used predominantly in the timber industry, it is also suitable for metering coarse grained and fibrous bulk materials. The bulk material must have good conveying and flow properties. Because both the rotors and housings are precision-finished to the narrowest tolerances, the cutting rotary valve made by Barl features the highest possible degree of sealing integrity. Adjustable end plates are as standard as the outside bearing. The cutting rotary valves made by Barl are characterised by their extremely robust construction. In spite of this, attention was paid at the design stage to make sure the product is cut only as much as necessary and as little as possible. The knives are hardened and the exchangeable rotor plates are made of wear proof material. The cutting rotary valves are naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and flame-propagation-proof design.

    7. Cycle Look TS

      Cycle Look TS

EBRO cycle-locks are installed where powdered media is discharged from silos, receiver tanks and bigbags and dosed in many cases. They are also used for feeding into downstream production processes, as well as for inertisation of products during transfer operations. The cycle-lock TS is available in nominal diameter DN 50 - DN 600. The geometry of the filling pipe depends on the specific properties of the products to be passed through the valve. The chamber volume can be adapted individually. The communication is based on conventional signaling equipment and can be integrated to existing control systems without any problems.

    8. Datagate

      Datagate

Collect and analyze your manufacturing data With Datagate, you let your data work for you. We collect your production data from the plant and prepare it in simple dashboards. Complete transparency across your entire production - in real time When developing Datagate, we focused on not only collecting data, but also giving our customers the ability to read and understand that data. Our mission is to enable companies to make the most of their data and thus improve their production.

    9. DCS Drum Containment System

      DCS Drum Containment System

The DCS – Drum Containment System is a stainless steel cylindrical glove box with glass cover and with two glove ports. Highly economical in comparison with conventional isolation systems, the DCS ensures precise, contamination free evacuation of drums. Fully mobile, this space saving device has the flexibility to work with a multitude of different drum heights and diameters, in an inert atmosphere if required. Its Load Cell feature provides accurate charging, whilst the free moving suction lance connected to the PTS Powder Transfer System* and excellent visibility ensure residue free emptying. With safety always a priority, the DCS guarantees both primary and secondary containment, with a glove box enabling the operator to open the double liners within the sealed environment.

    10. DE1plus with additional torque angle function

DE1plus with additional torque angle function

We have given the DE2 a new control system which includes voltage monitoring and speed sensing. This allows you to complete your bolting with even greater precision and reliability. As it reliably offsets any voltage fluctuations and changes in temperature, this new tool delivers superior torque accuracy. The DE2 switches automatically to the main available frequency (e.g. 50 Hz or 60Hz). The digital multifunction display (O)-LED allows the user outstanding ease of use and a comprehensive range of values. · The intuitive operating menu largely dispenses with text. · The two-digit torque setting 00-99 can be adjusted using the corresponding buttons. · The values measured for mains voltage, mains frequency and the motor temperature are indicated on the display. · Another option is to display the torque value (as listed in the enclosed torque table). · A host of additional features are available in the symbol navigation menu (e.g. key lock, loosening mode and locking of individual setting steps).

    12. Decompaction nozzle DN 80

      Decompaction nozzle DN 80

Application area: The MAHR decompaction nozzle is mainly used in smaller containers for fluidisation of powdery bulk materials. Bulk materials such as cement only need little fluidisation air so that the nozzles in this case are also intended for larger silos.
