      Chevron belts

For gradient angles of more than 20°, bulk and general goods cannot be transported using ordinary conveyor belts. Chevron conveyor belts are used instead. Due to different areas of use and operational requirements, Ambelt® offers a comprehensive portfolio of open and closed profile designs. We can also arrange bespoke solutions for individual requests relating to profile height or design. Ambelt® chevron belts are primarily used in the following industries: Agriculture Cement factories Coal industry Quarries Sand and gravel industry Smelters

Chip crushers from Lanner - Made for very hard cases

Long and woolly chips result from many treatment processes, often have a big volume, are not easy to transport, are hard to process and cause difficulties in the logistics. The best solution for these issues are chip crushers from Lanner: The volume of the coolant containing or dry long and woolly chips can be reduced up to 80 % by crushing them. A chip conveyor or chip cart dumper puts the chips into the infeed hopper. Of course, the crusher can also be placed directly under the tooling machine. Because of the force of gravity the chips are pulled downwards by the knife arms to the tearing block in the vertical working chip crusher – in this section the pre-crushing happens. A rotating knife head with hardened crushing tools moves the long and woolly chips to the tearing blocks which are mounted fixed in the grinding hopper. Afterwards the pre-crushed chips fall into the crushing mill where they are crushed again to a minimum size. These chip crushers also minimize really tough chips. The biggest advantage of these chip crushers is the integrated tramp metal ejector. Here mistakenly initiated tramp metals are sorted out. This feature is also included in the smallest machine! The chip crusher can be expanded by a hydraulic drive, special material for life extension or an inspection cover in the hopper. For special customer requests e. g. different types of material Lanner can offer different types of grinding mills to optimize the volume reduction. Another advantage is that wear parts can be re-grinded easily with standard tools. Changing of wear parts is possible within very short time. Thanks to the robust construction chip crushers from Lanner are working around the clock for decades. The vertically working chip crusher needs very few energy in comparison to single or various draft shredders.

    3. Circular Motion Screens

      Circular Motion Screens

Circular motion screens from JOEST are proven screening machines for the pre-classification of free-flowing, medium- to coarse-grained bulk materials, for control screening, and for producing high-quality final products. The circular motion, combined with an individually adjustable inclination angle (typically 10° to 30°), allows for high throughput rates with consistently high separation accuracy – even under demanding operating conditions. Whether equipped with unbalance motors, shaft drives, or oil-lubricated exciter units, the machines are available in various drive configurations and can be fitted with up to five superimposed screen decks. Depending on the application requirements, different screening surfaces – such as perforated plates, PU decks, or wire mesh – can be selected to achieve the best screening results for the feed material. Whether in the mining, recycling, or food industry, JOEST circular motion screens stand for robust design, easy maintenance, and high operational reliability in continuous operation.

    4. Circular motion vibrating screen

      Circular motion vibrating screen

Circular motion vibrating screen IFE circular motion vibrating screens are used for screening of granoulos bulk material and are robust in design and build. The screen frame consists of both side panels and cross beams being bolted and glued to the panels carrying the screen deck substructure. The excitation is made with in-house manufactured IFE unbalanced shaft or with a single IFE unbalanced motor. IFE circular motion vibrating screens can be equipped with all different kinds of screen mats available on the market. IFE circular motion vibrating screens are best suitable for long-living and economical operation.

    5. Clamping sleeves

      Clamping sleeves

Connecting elements for mechanical engineering Clamping sleeves are ideal for securely fastening bearings with tapered bores to cylindrical shafts. At GeDe Kugellager-Vertriebs-GmbH, you will find a wide selection of clamping sleeves that ensure a stable and durable connection and are easy to install and remove. Thanks to their precise workmanship, the clamping sleeves offer a perfect fit and reliably prevent the bearing from slipping or loosening during operation. In combination with groove nuts and lock washers, they meet the highest functional requirements. Clamping sleeves are particularly in demand in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industries, where efficiency and reliability are crucial.

    6. CLARTIY Sorting System

      CLARTIY Sorting System

Metal Sorting by Binder+Co Worldwide resources scarcity, rising raw material prices and an increasing environmental awareness are the strong drivers of the Circular Economy. Metals are among the most important materials in daily life and are predestined for recycling. Almost all types of metal can be melted down an infinite number of times with little loss of quality. However, recycling only makes economic sense if it is carried out at a high level of quality. For the reuse of scrap metal, the different kinds of metal must be separated by type. With specialized sensors, the metals can be separated on the basis of their color differences, their electrical conductivity or chemical composition. For this purpose, the CLARITY sorting systems are equipped with one of several available sensors or with sensor fusion. Since the 1990s, sensor-based sorting of bulk materials has been a core competence of Binder+Co. The result is a wide range of solutions for configuring the optimum sorting machine for the most diverse tasks. + sorting of aluminum alloys and other base alloys + separation and sorting of metals from Zorba, radiator scrap, electrical scrap, ELV + sorting of non-ferrous and gray metals + separation of light and heavy metals + sorting of copper and aluminum chops

Claudius Peters Technical Center, material tests, conveying tests, grinding tests

Laboratory and industrial-scale testing in one place The Claudius Peters Technical Center (the Technikum) offers you the opportunity to test the physical properties of your materials and analyze how those properties will influence storage and handling. It even has its own semi-industrial scale grinding plant for grinding and calcining various materials. But we don’t just analyze the properties of the powder; we look beyond to the implications for your processes and operations. As an engineering company, we are focused on using our knowledge and expertise to create viable and efficient solutions to solve real-world challenges. Our workshop is where we put the insight gained in the laboratory into practice. Here, we are able to build prototypes, and small- or large-scale designs, to verify proposed solutions.
