A new era of separation technology The AirStar evolution sets new standards in terms of effi ciency, precision and user-friendliness. It combines the latest innovations with Westeria's decades of expertise in the field of windsifting. The pioneering NotusAir system is the fi rst to combine high-precision airfl ow control with an air recirculation system that makes a large fi lter unit obsolete and only requires a compact fi lter. The entire design of the machine has been redeveloped from scratch and now allows even better access to all components. Large-area glazing also enables direct visual inspection. The entire system is still one of the most compact and robust windsifters on the market. The new Westeria user interface enables tool-free adjustment of all parameters centrally from an intuitive touch display. This includes the positioning of the feed belt, the separation drum, the nozzle angle and the pressure control.

AirVibe Vibratory Air Separator
The JOEST AirVibe is a high-performance sorting system for dry classification of coarse bulk materials up to 300 mm – ideal for demanding recycling processes. By combining cross-flow sifting and ballistic separation, materials are precisely separated by density, shape, and surface – even in heavily contaminated material streams. The three-stage system reliably separates heavy material, light material, and ultra-light material (e.g. foils or dust) into separate fractions. Thanks to its compact design, modular structure, and optional recirculating air operation, the AirVibe can be flexibly integrated into existing plants. Typical applications include municipal and commercial waste, construction debris, glass, or RDF. With throughput capacities of up to 15 t/h – especially for glass – the AirVibe offers a low-maintenance, space-saving, and economical solution for modern material stream separation, even without complex filter technology.

All-over Data Integrity, Traceability - CellaTrace
Traceability, All-over data integrity New Food safety regulations and certifications have induced food and animal feed processing plants to tightly monitor and maintain records of their products at all stages of production, starting with the raw material supply up to distribution of the end product. Feed and foodstuff manufacturers must be able to trace the final product all the way back to the supplier of the ingredients that went into it. In addition to standard silo management, CellaTrace can document the entire processing operations up to and including bulk loading and packing of the final product. The system keeps records of newly produced semi-finished and end products which consist of various raw materials. The system consists of a database server based on MS-SQL and several terminal stations such as the dispatch office, laboratory, silo storage and the control station of the plant. All stations are connected to the server via Ethernet and thus can access the same database.

Allround Sealing Spray
WEICON Allround Sealing Spray is a sprayable plastic with a strong adhesion for the sealing of leaks. It has been developed especially for the sealing of the finest cracks and seams indoors and outdoors. It can be used for the sealing of many different things, like gutters, sewage and drainage pipes, caravans, mobile homes, boats, roofs, windows, pool walls, pond foils, cell shafts and ventilation shafts. The spray is overpaintable, waterproof and weather resistant. It protects metals against corrosion and is free of bitumen and silicone. Allround Sealing Spray adheres to many surfaces, like stone, metal, plastic, wood, enamel, and other.

Aluminium Minute Adhesive
WEICON Aluminium Minute Adhesive is an odourless, two-component epoxy adhesive filled with aluminium. It cures fast at room temperature and practically without shrinkage. After curing, the adhesive can be machined (filing, drilling, milling). Aluminium Minute Adhesive is gap-filling and non-dripping (thixotropic) and shows very high tensile, impact and peel strength. The adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding aluminium and other light metals. It can be used for filling cracks and holes on aluminium housings, for example, and for repairing light alloy wheels. In order to achieve optimal adhesion, the bonding surfaces should be dry and free from grease or soilings. Scraping or sanding the surfaces before cleaning additionally improves adhesion.

Aluminum Profile Systems Designed for User-Friendliness
Ganter has long offered an extensive range of accessories for building machines, systems or workstations with standard profile systems. The aluminum profiles themselves have now also been added, along with the associated connecting parts. Ganter always thinks in terms of applications – that is the great strength of the market leader in standard parts. The same is true for the newest additions to the product portfolio: system-based aluminum profiles. The anodized, extruded profiles match the dimensions and properties of the longstanding systems of Bosch and Item, with heavy and light versions, a variety of cross-sections, dimensions and slot arrangements. For some time, Ganter’s product range has included many key elements for the custom use of profile systems. These include diverse angle brackets, T-nuts and everything else for attaching parts directly and indirectly to modular profile constructions: U-handles, hinges, panel support clamps and leveling feet, just to list a few examples. Now the profiles themselves are included, as are specific connecting elements and other parts, such as cover and edging profiles, end caps, joints and foot plates. Thanks to these additions, it is now possible to build entire fixtures, machines, systems or workstations with Ganter parts – with no need to order additional parts from other suppliers, making procurement simpler and more efficient.

amixon® Gyraton® mixer type GM
This large-volume mixer is a new development. It requires only low electrical connected loads. It mixes accurately, effectively and very gently. Gyraton® mixers are also particularly cost-effective because they require very little installation space. The properties of the mixing goods are irrelevant. Even moist or poorly flowing materials (time-solidifying materials) are homogenized. The function is similar to all other amixon® mixers. But the specific energy input is lower with the Gyraton® mixer. The mixer spiral rotates slowly and conveys the mixed materials upwards. It always touches only a part of the mixing chamber wall. In addition to rotation, the mixer shaft performs a circular path above the mixing chamber floor. The pivot point of the shaft lies in the plane of the gas-tight shaft seal. The entire cylinder surface is tangent to the mixing element spiral. This also applies to the bottom. Mixing takes place without dead space because the base is designed as a calotte. The lower mixing unit arm has the same curvature as the calotte shell. The mixer shaft is only supported and driven at the top. The shaft sealing is permanently hygienic and gas-tight. The unit shown here can homogenize 70 m³ of mix. This is the content of a 40-foot deep-sea container. This mixer design requires very little installation space. The mixer can optionally have one or more discharge nozzles. In the amixon® pilot plant, such a Gyraton® mixer is available for tests. The usable volume is 3 m³. From the measurement data that amixon® obtains during the mixing test, we can calculate very accurate design data for larger Gyraton® mixers.

Anti-Seize Assembly Paste
WEICON Anti-Seize is used as a protecting, separating and lubricating agent for highly stressed parts. Ideally compatible solid contents and selected additives enable a wide range of usage. Anti-Seize protects against corrosion, seizure and wear, stick-slip phenomena, oxidation, fretting corrosion and electrolytic reactions („cold welding“).

Anti-Seize High-Tech Assembly Paste
Anti Seize "High-Tech" is high temperature resistant, has excellent separating characteristics, is metal-free, neutral to materials and has an NSF approval. Anti-Seize „High-Tech“ is particularly suitable when metal-containing pastes can cause electrolytic reactions, when nickel-containing products should or may not be used due to health reasons and when dark metalcontaining products should or may not be used for optical reasons.

Apex Screener
Apex Screener The Apex screening machine combines Gyratory Reciprocating Motion with an ergonomic design which increases productivity while reducing overall downtime. Both maintenance and inspection of the Apex machine can be conducted by a single operator, allowing for less downtime. All screens of the Apex can be inspected in less than 10 minutes and screens can be changed 80% faster. Operator lifted components weigh no more than 18.5kgs with an individual screen panel weighing 2.25kgs.

AS54 Non-return valves
The cone diaphragm check valves from Lasso Technik AG are FDA-compliant, designed for up to 16 bar and suitable for cold and hot water. They can also be used for oily liquids, gaseous, pasty or sandy media as well as acids and bases. A backflow preventer not only protects the drinking water system in the house, but also the supply network outside, as the drinking water in the house could potentially be contaminated. In the event of damage, it prevents contaminated water from entering the supply network and endangering other water consumers. A special feature of the diaphragm non-return valves is the silent and gentle closing of the diaphragm. Water hammer effects are greatly reduced, thus protecting the system. The diaphragm guarantees secure closure and seals reliably even with granular or contaminated media. In addition, the valve cones act as coarse filters to protect pumps and systems. As the conical diaphragm valves have no mechanically moving parts that could wear out, they offer a long service life. The valves consist of a valve cone made of stainless steel 1.4404 and a soft rubber diaphragm. They can be installed either vertically or horizontally. As standard, the valves come with an EPDM diaphragm that is approved for drinking water.

ATEX All-in-One | Gas + Dust
It's all about combining things. Gas and dust approvals in one device. Our ATEX All-in-One sensors are approved for reliable and safe level control in all hazardous areas, thanks to our certifications for zones 0, 1 and 2 (gas) and 20, 21 and 22 (dust). The sensors do not require an Ex barrier. The All-in-Ones are available from size M8 up to M32. They can be supplied with the EasyTeach by Wire function and with food certification.

ATRA Elevator-Bucket PUR
ATRA PUR elevator buckets They are corrosion-resistant and have a high self-cleaning capacity, as the bulk material deforms when discharged. This property is particularly important when transporting sticky bulk goods, such as moist sand. With steel buckets, incrustation can easily occur, i.e. the conveyed material becomes stuck inside the bucket, so that the usable content is considerably reduced over time. The buckets are emptied too late due to the incrustation, meaning that a significant proportion of the conveyed material does not reach the discharge, but falls back into the elevator shaft. This greatly reduces the conveying capacity and additional work is required on the system for cleaning or similar. ATRA PUR elevator buckets do not have Hardox edges, but a robust polyurethane coating. This massively reduces wear on the bucket filling edge and significantly reduces the usual washout. This ensures controlled emptying over a long period of time. Thanks to the ingenious screw connection system with cover caps, there are no screws inside the cup, which also prevents annoying incrustations. A sealing lip and the coated rear wall of the bucket protect the belt. Additional rubber inserts are no longer required. Clamping strips with sleeves are easy to fit and define an exact installation, allowing the belt to run straight without tension.
