Less noise, optimised safety thanks to silencers
In pipework systems, noticeable noise cannot be avoided. To be able to teach your production systems to whisper, we offer silencers with JACOB-compatible elements. They are available as inline silencers and in a rectangular design. The sound-absorbing material applied on the inside consists of non-inflammable mineral wool with glass non-woven covering. The insulating layer of the sound-absorbing inserts is 50 to 100 millimetres thick, including trickle protection. We would be happy to implement individual customer requests, such as flow profiles at the ends of silencers or pull ring or flange connections. On request, we support you in selecting the right design variant and in correctly dimensioning your acoustic insulation. As a component of the JACOB modular pipework system, the silencers are easy to disassemble and assemble for cleaning or to replace the mineral wool.

Level Indicators
4B offer a variety of level indicators to detect high / low levels of bulk granular material in bins, tanks and silos. The range includes capacitance point level indicators, rotary paddle switches and capacitance proxy level / plug detectors. 4B level sensors can be connected to a PLC or to one of 4B’s hazard monitoring systems to provide alarm and/or shutdown of your machinery.

VEGAPULS 6X is a universal sensor for continuous level measurement of liquids and bulk solids under all process conditions. Due to its application-oriented configuration and setup, VEGAPULS 6X offers a reliable and economical solution for all level applications. The small process fittings offer particular advantages for liquids in small tanks or tight mounting spaces.
