The CSP Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) is a high-end, high containment FIBC used in the pharmaceutical industry. The CSP FIBC 's are designed to be filled and emptied achieving an OEL performance of <1 μg/m³. The FIBC’s are suitable for the storage and transportation of pharmaceutical products.

SBB is a modular system for discharging Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (Big Bags) in different configurations, depending on the application. Easy introduction of the FIBC into the support frame and dust-free discharging along with a variety of options make SBB extremely user-friendly. The four loops of the FIBC are attached to the hooks of the detached cross bar that has previously been placed on top of the FIBC. The cross bar with the attached FIBC is then picked up by a forklift truck and introduced into the frame of the SBB Discharger. Once the FIBC has settled on the rubber seal of the discharge hopper the outlet closing rope of the FIBC can be pulled open through the inspection hatch of the discharge hopper.

Big bag liners are specially designed inner bags for flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs). They serve as the primary protective barrier between the outer shell and the contents, ensuring maximum product safety, purity, and process stability. The liners are manufactured to pharmaceutical grade standards and produced under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant conditions – ideal for sensitive applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and battery industries.

The Vortex Fill Pass Diverter is specifically engineered to handle dry bulk solids in vacuum or dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems with pressures up to 15 psig (1 barg) depending on size. It provides a versatile and reliable solution for filling one or more in-line weigh hoppers when material is conveyed pneumatically through a closed loop system. The design of the Fill Pass Diverter utilizes spread hopper inlet/outlet stacks for improved air and material separation reducing fill time and down line material carryover.

Lots of volume - small footprint Filler towers consist of two silos, which are placed one above the other. They are usually used in asphalt mixing plants and normally used for storage of natural and foreign filler. The foreign filler silo is arranged at the top and is pneumatically filled by truck. The bottom filler silo is filled with the accumulating filter dust. Filler towers are usually built in diameters from 2,900 mm to 3,800 mm. Even larger diameters with more volume are possible. The STANELLE - CONNEX® Pipe - Coupling System provides the economically most favorable sealing and joining of conveyor pipelines. Pipelines for the pneumatic conveying of bulk materials are subject to heavy wear. Flanged joints, with their seals and off - centered construction, create turbulence and wear. The CONNEX® pipe couplings center the pipes offset - and vortex - free and the exterior gaskets seal the pipeline tightly. An inlaid stainless steel tape ensures potential equalization against the build - up of static electricity. For extreme application conditions, e.g. high temperatures or heavy vibration, we provide pipe couplings with special extension arms which enforce the connection.
