      LINEX® Conveyor-belt centralizing idler for the directional stability of conveyor-belts These universally-applicable supporting rollers guarantee the safe directional stability of conveyor-belts. They are built-in straight in front of the reverse drum, in place of a lower supporting roller. At the slightest swaying to one side, the rollers, which are positioned at the centre of gravity, tip and turn and guide the belt through the friction effect of its chevron-shaped rubber strips back to the centre. Asymmetrical belt loads, sideways overflow and damage to the edge belt selvage or the rubber seal at the sides are reliably avoided.       LiquiCoreTM-high-temperature screw heat exchanger

      The LiquiCore™ high-temperature screw heat exchanger enables precise and efficient thermal treatment of bulk materials in the temperature range from around 230 °C to 600 °C. The system opens up applications such as pyrolysis, calcination, high-temperature drying, and thermal activation of solids, thereby significantly expanding the possibilities of conventional screw heat exchangers. In terms of design, LiquiCore™ is different from conventional systems in terms of a newly developed screw shaft, which contains electrical heating elements embedded in a hermetically sealed core of low-melting metal. Once this metal is liquefied, it takes over heat distribution and, due to its very high thermal conductivity, ensures fast, even, and efficient heat transfer over the entire shaft length. Optionally, the trough jacket can also be electrically heated to increase the heat capacity. Since the system is fully electric, there is no need for heat transfer fluids such as thermal oil or the associated infrastructure of heaters, pumps, and pipework. This reduces system complexity and maintenance requirements, as there are no leaks or fluid age effects. At the same time, electric operation enables precise temperature control and fast response times. The design is customized to each individual process requirement. The system uses heat-resistant stainless steels and special alloys, process-optimized screw geometries, and integrated control and regulation technology. This ensures safe, reproducible, and homogeneous high-temperature process control. LiquiCore™ thus offers a compact, robust, and powerful solution for demanding thermal processes in the chemical industry, recycling, raw material processing, and specialized high-temperature applications.

Vortex's loading spouts are used for loading dry/bulk solid materials into open and/or enclosed vessels like trucks, railcars and barges. The 4-cable lifting design provides maximum stability when compared to the standard 2- or 3-cable systems. The warranty covers any Vortex loading spout cable that breaks due to friction from the pulley. The 3-piece CNC machined pulley features chamfered edges and precision cable grooves to significantly reduce cable wear and back lashing as the loading spout extends and retracts. Because the cables do not fray, cable failure is nearly eliminated and so is costly downtime for repairs. Vortex can also custom engineer loading spout systems to meet any loadout application requirements, including corrosive or hazardous materials, long distances, and extreme temperatures.
