Continuous level measurement The plumb bob series NivoBob® NB 3300/3400 meets the requirements of many interface measurements and are very reliable due to the simple measuring principle. A 4-20mA analog signal as well as a Modbus RTU/Profibus DP interface are available for level evaluation. Level limit measurement Vibration forks of the Vibranivo® series VN 1000 or VN 5000 can be used to measure limit levels of slurries and solids in liquids. The wetted parts are made of resistant stainless steel. With the VN 1030 and VN 5030 versions, even depths of approx. 4m can be realized when installed from above in a tank or basin. The high sensitivity required for the respective solids detection can be easily set on the electronics. Continuous level measurement With the capacitive sensor NivoCapa® and the guided radar NivoGuide® NG 8000 series, UWT offers two reliable sensor families that meet all expectations of various media, which have to be measured, different requirements as well as installation positions. The capacitive measuring method perfectly suits interface measurements where an emulsion layer developed. Guided radar technology allows concurrent detection of the interface and the total level with only one sensor. The capacitive measurement method is ideal for precisely detecting or measuring the interface between two liquids or between a liquid and foam. Sensors for interface measurement must often have a correspondingly high sensitivity, a high chemical resistance and a robust construction against mechanical stress and deposits or buildup. The Iris Diaphragm Valve is designed specifically to control the flow of dry bulk solids. The Diaphragm closes completely - creating a diaphragm visually resembling the iris of a camera. None of the product passing through the valve comes into contact with the mechanical working parts. No jamming or binding - reliable closure and ideal operating characteristic for accurate flow control. The Valve is safe and gentle and easy to maintain with a slim design.

WEICON Isolation Spray is a clear isolation and covering paint based on alkyd resin. It “hardens” into a flexible and resistant film, with excellent adhesion to most common surfaces such as metal, glass, plastic, wood, etc. Isolation Spray is resistant to UVrays, acids, oil and alkalis, it is moisture and weatherproof and is especially characterized by its high dielectric strength. The spray serves as a protective coating on electrical connections, switches, switchboards, electronic components and electric coils, as universal sealing in electrical engineering or for repairing isolations on electric motors, windings and frames.

The W&M approved weighing terminal is designed for industrial use in harsh environment for weighing, filling and checkweighing. The modular electronics with a multitude of interfaces (analog, serial, digital, Ethernet,…) is incorporated in a robust stainless steel housing protected to IP69K. The color display is very well legible, makes operation easy and indicates limit violations with a color change. The optional internal data archive can be used for online connections to PC systems. Service is made easy via remote access and an internal web browser, in the local net or over Internet, protected with the appropriate security mechanisms.
