      ELEVATORBUCKETS (Maxi-Lift )

SPECIAL ELEVATOR BUCKETS FOR EACH RAW MATERIAL We also supply welded (according DIN standards) or plastic buckets for minerals and particularly challenging conditions, centrifugal or gravity discharging. Our elevator bucket program also includes the well-known European models (Columbus, Starco and Super Starco) in pressed steel, stainless steel, HDP, polyurethane or nylon. For over 25 years Muller Beltex has been the distributor in Europe of Maxi-Lift® plastic elevator buckets. These are very economical buckets for high capacities and abrasive bulk products. All types are available in HDPE, wear-resistant and non-adherent polyurethane or Zytel heat-resistant nylon and are very abrasion-resistant. With our additional components we offer a high-quality package with optimum production as a result.

    4. Emergency pull-wire and belt alignment switches for extreme ambient conditions - product range now completed

Emergency pull-wire and belt alignment switches for extreme ambient conditions - product range now completed

At the Solids 2023, the steute business unit "Extreme" will be presenting an expansion - or rather doubling - of its ZS 92S/SR series. To date, these extremely robust and versatile emergency pull-wire and belt alignment switches have been "packaged" in a die-cast aluminium enclosure ideally suited to unfavourable ambient conditions thanks to multiple coatings (passivation, base coat, powder coat). Users can now alternatively opt for an enclosure which is made out of top-quality duroplastic and is anti-corrosive beyond all reasonable doubt. All screws and connecting elements are stainless steel. The entire series features a high degree of flexibility. The ZS 92 S is available with a variety of pre-installed settings for the release lever and the unlocking mechanism. This means that the switch can be installed in nearly every conceivable operating position, including the rear side. Installation dimensions are compatible with other readily available emergency pull-wire and belt alignment switches, making it easy to retrofit existing (conveyor) plants with the new switches or to exchange them later. In the ZS 92 SR belt alignment switch, the switching points for advance warning and switch off are easily adjustable in 5° steps, considerably increasing its practicality and versatility. Users also benefit from significantly reduced release forces and paths when actuating the emergency stop function. They make the safety switch easier to operate and also mean that all the relevant international standards (e.g. regarding emergency stop devices with mechanical latching function) are reliably met. The latest additions to the ZS 92 series with their robust plastic enclosures – whether as emergency pull-wire or belt alignment switches – are thus ideally suited to bulk conveying and handling applications.

    5. Emergency pull-wire switch Ex ZS 92 S / Belt alignment switch Ex ZS 92 SR

Emergency pull-wire switch Ex ZS 92 S / Belt alignment switch Ex ZS 92 SR

The "Extreme" versions of the new steute ZS 92/ZS 92 SR emergency pull wire and belt alignment switches have already been tried and tested in practice. Now steute will be showing for the first time Ex versions of these two switching devices, both developed especially for adverse environments. Design features include very robust die-cast aluminium housings with multiple coatings (passivation, base coat, powder coating), a high protection class (IP 65) and significantly reduced actuation force and actuation travel compared to their predecessors. This makes it easier to actuate the emergency stop function and also means reliable fulfilment of all relevant international standards (for e.g. emergency stop switchgear, emergency pull wire s witches or the safety of continuous conveyor equipment). The emergency pull wire switches in the Ex ZS 92 S series will be available with ATEX/IECEx approvals for zones 1 (gas Ex) and 21 (dust Ex). The belt alignment switches in the Ex ZS 92 SR series will be approved for zone 21 (dust Ex).

    6. Empty sack compactor

      Empty sack compactor

With the help of the EMDE LSV 400 empty sack compactor, empty paper and plastics sacks can be effectively and efficiently compacted to some 10-15% of their original volume. Loading is performed either via a safety-compliant collection chute or via a connecting chute to the sack emptier. The sacks are pressed into a continuous polyethylene hose by a robust, cantilevered compacting screw with progressive reduction. For better compaction the empty sack compactor is equipped with an adjustable brake slider. As a mobile version the empty sack compactor is mounted with a brake slider on a base frame. To remove the compacted sacks the polyethylene sack is tied up and detached. An electrically conductive polyethylene hose covering is used when deployed in Atex zones.
