We are particularly proud of our AF filter machines. The fully automatic press is a mature and reliable system that has already proven itself many times under the toughest conditions. It is available in 5 sizes (plate format 470/630/800/1000 and 1200). Compared to our competitors in the market, the difference we offer lies in myriad details and, primarily, in the definition of 'fully automatic operation'. The AF filter machine continuously produces and empties filter cakes without the presence of an operator. It is guaranteed that no medium can escape in an uncontrolled manner. This does not happen often with conventional filter presses, but it does happen every now and then. This is unacceptable in unsupervised operation and must be prevented. In addition to the sometimes considerably reduced operating costs, the investment is usually only slightly higher than with a conventional chamber or membrane filter press. Through higher services per available square metres of filter area, it can be used with a smaller automatic filter. The machine availability of up to 98% is definitely impressive.

The INFA-JETRON AJB is a fully automatic silo filter for dust separating of exhaust air from silos or containers filled by pneumatic pressure. The easy handling during assembly and maintenance, the durability and reliability as well as the low price have satisfied our clients since launch of this filter. A special design for low temperatures down to -40 °C is available as well as a version for food, where all components in contact with the product are approved according to regulation EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011.

The INFA-JETRON AJP ..4 silo filter uses the advantages of the AJB and matches them with identical flange size of the shaker filter AM 204, which has been installed on silos for many years. The connecting flanges on the silos don‘t have to be changed if a mechanically cleaned AM 204 is exchanged by a jet-pulse filter. These costs are saved if investing in a new filter. The filter can be applied for de-dusting of pneumatic or mechanical conveying processes as well as of processing machines, e.g. dosing plants, sieves, mills, mixers, air locks, sack tipping units etc.

The wear resistance and tensile strength of a chain depends largely on the quality of all its single components, an optimum combination of materials and the suitability of the materials for the application. The drop-forged chain is made of special heat treated high alloy steel, standard case hardened to 58-62 HRc and standard hardening depth 0,8-1,0 mm. This provides the optimum forged link with a more resilient core for shock resistance and an extremely hard exterior surface for superior wear resistance. Material handling for hazardous products or bulk materials is increasingly being handled with big bags. For this reason, we have developed the fully automatic filling system for big bags. With the highest filling capacities and the completely self-sufficient handling of 4-loop big bags, this system is an absolute novelty on the market. LFK is an efficient and flexible solution with fan, filter and extraction arm in one unit. It is available in a number of different variants and works according to the low-vacuum principle, which means minimal risk of filter failure, low noise level, and low power requirements. LFK is suitable for use in a work environment with a need for filtration of particles such as solder smoke.
