The container mover allows mixing containers to be transported quickly and easily. The mover is moved backward and forward by a high-performance electric drive. The mover can be used with all container sizes, from CM 300 to CM 2000. The battery charger is included in the scope of delivery. Very gentle vacuum-drying at fast reaction rate for dry, moist and viscous materials at variable filling levels The spiral mixing blade initiates a three-dimensional flow of the mixing goods; creating a spiral upward movement on the periphery and downward flow in the centre. The reactor is vacuum and pressure tight and heatable by steam, thermal oil or water. Fully temperature controlled: the mixing vessel, the mixing arms, the spiral blade. The mixer can be designed to conform with FDA standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements and the 3a-sanitary standards.

KÖLLEMANN Mixing-Screws have their field of application within the mixing of dusty, grainy and free flowing bulk-solids. With their very high mixing- intensity, the KÖLLEMANN Mixing-Screws can even stir injected fluids like sodium-silicate, acids and leach or other additives in a process-reliable quality into the bulk-solid. Many of the applications require an abrasion-protection to ensure that the service-life of the products will stay on the familiar high level. To ensure this, different methods have been proven by decades of usage, such as hardfacing, self-shielding by means of forced sedimentation as well as a full surface rubber-coating. To embrace the requirements for volume-flow and mixing-behavior, our portfolio offers layouts in multi-shaft-design. Mobile Big-Bag – filling station VARIO BB-S Mobile: The filling station can be easily moved with a forklift on-site. Multiple use of RONDO/QUADRO: The existing STANELLE jet loaders RONDO/QUADRO normally for open and closed truck loading can also be used for Big Bag loading. An adaptation to existing loading systems is also avalible as an option. Flexible: Perfect height adjustment due to two trapezoidal screws enable: a) the filling of Big Bags with filling heights up 1.550 mm / optional 2.000 mm b) the adaptation to different filling hose lengths depending on the Big Bag manufacturer Big Bags up to 1400 x 1360 mm ground size fit into our VARIO BB-S. Environmentally friendly: The filling-dome has an aspiration outlet to connect to a central dust extraction. Optionally, a version with a direct filter mounting BELFI with on-site material can be adapted. Continuous loading process: The implemented vacuum valve ensures an unwanted contraction of Big Bag and / or bellow. Weighing unit: The weighing table is completely decoupled from the previous inflatable sleeve and butterfly valve and therefore a maximum weighing accuracy can be achieved. The Claudius Peters Mobile Loader is a mobile fluidized conveying system for dustfree loading of vehicles with powdered bulk materials. The chute of the loader is equipped either with double bellows or for highly abrasive materials with steel cones and connects the silo discharge system and the vehicle in such a way as to preserve a totally closed conveying system. The bellows-type loading spout accommodates for the different heights of the vehicles and for the varying diameter of the inlet sockets on the vehicles. All of the necessary controls for conveying flow readings and shut off times are included with the loading equipment.

Contaminated deep water or surface water is also recycled in mobile water treatment plants. The special feature here: the mobile facilities can be completely dismantled and the site can thus be renaturalised. The process steps of aeration, flocculation and sedimentation are carried out as individual modules in differently equipped roll-off containers.
