    1. glass pipe bends

      glass pipe bends

A glass pipe bend is used when conveying abrasive, usually glass fiber-reinforced materials - for example polyamide. A glass pipe bend must be used, especially where space is limited and radii are small. If this is installed stress-free and is not mechanically damaged, it can be expected to last for years. This is particularly advantageous when installation space is limited and accessibility is poor. To prevent static charging, a copper tape is glued to the outer radius to transfer the charge via the pipe and earthed at the end of the pipe.

    3. Glatt PHOS4green technology: Phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ashes and convertion into standardized fertilizer

Glatt PHOS4green technology: Phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ashes and convertion into standardized fertilizer

Glatt PHOS4green technology is a groundbreaking waste-free process that recycles the phosphorus from ash to produce ready-to-use high-quality fertilizers. In the first step of the two-stage "PHOS4green" process, a suspension is produced from the phosphate-containing ash, a mineral acid and, depending on the objective, other components. The suspension is then spray granulated in the fluidised bed. This results in fertiliser granulates that are available to plants and soil, which can be discharged, filled and delivered directly after the desired grain size has been reached.

    4. Glatt ProAPP® Lab: Glatt powder synthesis reactor in laboratory scale

Glatt ProAPP® Lab: Glatt powder synthesis reactor in laboratory scale

The Glatt ProAPP® Lab is suitable for feasibility studies, testing of material and/or process ideas and the production of initial samples and test batches. This reactor can be operated between room temperature and 900 °C (optionally up to 1300 °C). This wide temperature range is achieved by the innovative design of the reactor. The Glatt ProAPP® is particularly suitable for initial experiments with large parameter variations and for optimizing the material system. It can be operated under inert conditions in addition to the oxidizing regime. The Glatt ProAPP® Lab pulsation reactor can produce approximately 100 to 500 grams of powder per hour.

    6. GRANIT Plus – Flange Coupling

      GRANIT Plus – Flange Coupling

GRANIT Plus consists of a metal-reinforced rubber molded part and a two-part flange to be attached behind it. The flanges are used for hoses, which are mainly used in heavy industry and mining, but due to their reliability and practicality they are also suitable for a number of other applications. The most important advantage of the loose flange is the free, unobstructed central flow in the connection point, the elimination of elastomer seals and the and the possibility of free flange alignment, as well as the short design.

    8. Granulating machine

      Granulating machine

The pair of rollers is built up in a torsionally rigid base frame. The low overall height simplifies retrofitting in existing systems. Thanks to the modular construction system, multiple grinding steps can be carried out without changing the machine. The rollers can be dismantled to the side or to the front without dismantling the machine, depending on the size. The continuously adjustable roller is spring-loaded, which prevents damage to the machine in the event of a foreign body passage of up to 20 mm.
