WEICONLOCK® SI 303-31
Low strength, permanently elastic pipe and thread sealing for cold and warm water-carrying plastic and metal pipes. It is suitable for sealings in sensitive areas, such as the food industry or drinking water areas. WEICONLOCK SI 303-31 is an acetate-curing 1-component silicone sealant with a good chemical resistance against diluted acids and lyes. The sealant is suitable for plastic threads and plastic / metal combinations and has a high notch and tear strength. SI 303-31 has a very good weathering, ageing and UV radiation resistance. The sealant is suitable for many industrial areas, like the food industry, e.g. in dairies and slaughterhouses, in beverage and food production, in canteen kitchens and many more. SI 303-31 can be used for sealings on ceramic surfaces in drinking water areas and for sealing plastic thread connections of cold and warm water-carrying plastic pipes. Approval for contact with drinking water according to KTW Guideline of the Federal Environmental Agency.

Weigh feeders VBF/EE
Weigh feeders are conveyor and weighing systems in one, whereby the conveyor belt is designed specifically for the requirements of precise weighing and equipped with a separate weighing section. The scales are particularly suitable for measuring and dosing tasks, weighing light bulk materials or low to medium feed rates. The requirements for the application and product properties of the material to be weighed are determined by the design of the weigh feeder. The VBF/EE weigh feeder is an extremely robust belt scale, which are available in very short lengths from 1,200 mm due to their construction. The CSW weighing terminal is ideal for simple and complex filling and dosing applications. For example, for silo weighing, container weighing or dosing weighing. Weighing module for silo scales D15N-MS
The D15S-MS is a weighing module for constructing container, tank and silo scales. The system consists of a stainless steel load cell, a load introduction and a floor console. The load cell modules only need to be connected to a scale display of your choice using the terminal boxes provided. If required, the container scale can be pre-calibrated at the factory (please order calibration separately) and is then ready for use immediately after installation. The weighing modules are installed directly between the foundation and the container base.

Weighing Module K30-MN
The stainless steel weighing module enables the simple and problem-free integration of the laser-welded K30N load cells. A particular advantage of this module is the central load introduction, which takes place via two hardened ball sockets and a ball.
