Our density measurement systems are noncontact and maintenance-free. They provide accurate density and concentration readings of liquids such as acids, alkalis, solutions, slurries, and suspensions. The density measuring systems is clamped to the outside of existing pipelines. They can be used on pipe diameters from 25 mm to over 1000 mm, on chutes and on vessels. Berthold's density measurement is radiometric and therefore ideally suited for use in extreme measurement environments, such as with abrasive, highly viscous, or highly corrosive media, or even in the case of vibrations. It is completely unaffected by the flow velocity of the medium.

Organit hooded covers
We completed our diverse portfolio expanding on the market of plastic made Organit-covers. Different sectors of industry require alternatives to the metal systems due to legally prescribed conditions. In particular, plant for the food, sugar, chemical, potash and salt industries are dependent upon hooded covers made of Organit plastics. The corrosion resistant hoods reliably protect conveyor belt, roller bearings and the material conveyed against the weather. They can be easily removed at any location so that the conveyor belt can be inspected and then replaced. IMPORTANT NOTICE for storage and handling. The rigid PVC made Organit covers in stacks/bundles must not be exposed to solar radiation. Transport and storage only with the sun protection cardboard on top of the stacks/bundles: Do not put on heated surfaces!

Orifice Gate
The Vortex Quantum Orifice Gate is specifically engineered to handle dry bulk solids in gravity flow, dilute phase, or vacuum conveying systems with pressures up to 15 psig (1 barg) depeding on size. Traditional slide gates and butterfly valves commonly allow packing of material, which prevents positive air and material shutoff.

OSCILLA Flip‑Flow Screen Family
When screening challenging, sticky, or inhomogeneous bulk materials, conventional screening machines often cannot meet the requirements. This is where the OSCILLA Flip‑Flow Screens from JOEST come into play: They operate with minimal risk of clogging, loosen the material, and enable efficient fines separation – even under the most demanding conditions. The systems are available in various configurations: from the classic Flip‑Flow Screen to the combined version with an additional conventional screen deck, and the specially developed Screen‑Feed Unit. Typical screen cuts range from 0.5 mm to 40 mm. With acceleration values of up to 50 g on the screen deck, engineered resonance drive technology, and flexible PU screen mats, OSCILLA screens deliver high separation accuracy with minimal maintenance – for example, through clog‑free operation, even with difficult products and high throughput rates.

Oscillator
With alternating rotating and oscillating movements, dry and poorly flowing materials can be discharged very effectively. The intermediate bulk material silo offers a storage capacity of up to 150 m³ and is designed for round silos with a diameter of up to 6,000 mm. It can be used flexibly as a dosing, weighing, or loading silo. With a discharge capacity of up to 300 m³/h per discharge screw and the ability to feed up to four screws simultaneously, the system ensures maximum efficiency. The oscillating or rotating movement enables almost complete emptying of the silo. Thanks to its maintenance-friendly design, low wear, and low life-cycle costs, the intermediate bulk material silo stands out for its durability and cost-effectiveness.
