    1. OWC - Rubber Oscillating Suspension

      OWC - Rubber Oscillating Suspension

Applications OWC's OWSNE standard range and OWSHD heavy duty range are designed for oscillating suspension 'knees': - Vibrating Screens - Vibrating conveyors - vibrating dryers - vibrating compaction tables - other vibrating machines Features The four torsion elements are combined in different ways to allow the implementation of two types of suspensions: OWSNE and OWSHD. The two models differ in terms of length and opening angle of the legs. This difference brings a different kinematic mechanism that ensures a higher stiffness than the OWSHD models. With the same overall dimensions, they allow a higher maximum vertical load by slightly reducing the elasticity. Both types guarantee very low natural frequency values close to 2Hz, which makes it possible to achieve isolation with respect to the supporting structure of the vibrating machine of over 98% at minimum excitation frequencies. OWC vibratory bearings resist to impulse feeding. They can operate in any type of ambient temperature between -40°C and 80°C. The special kinematic mechanism and the characteristics of the rubber insert allow to obtain a transversal stiffness approximately equal to 10 times the longitudinal stiffness (direction of conveyance of the material). This results in improved efficiency of the process, greater safety and the possibility of eliminating the need for lateral guides or additional devices to control the movement of the machine during shutdown in the transient state. OWC vibration suspensions painted RAL 5011. Advantages High vertical damping High transversal stiffness No maintenance and regular cleaning required (visible wear indicator based on suspension height measurements, measurements before and after work determine when replacement is required) Dust, water and corrosion resistant. P78-E sensors for hazardous areas under ATEX, UKEX and IECEx

Special precautions apply in areas where there is a risk of dust explosion. Liebherr offers certified sensors for determining the moisture in bulk materials for the potentially explosive atmospheres Zone 21 and 22. Bulk solids and materials such as coal, flour, wood, cocoa, coffee, sugar, starch and cellulose as well as magnesium and aluminium can be determined in-situ (real time) for the moisture value under particularly explosive conditions in conjunction with our proven FMS II evaluation and transfer unit. The sensors find their place in mixers, mills, dryers, conveyor belts, extraction points and the like. Send the measured values directly and in-situ to your higher-level control system. The self-sufficient measuring device for precise moisture determination in the running process guarantees the highest quality and safety in EX-protected production environments, the further processing and refinement of very many bulk materials. The PC software enables fast and accurate calibration of the measuring sections. Liebherr offers sensors for the following equipment protection categories: Certificates ATEX / UKEX: 2014/34/EU EPS 20 ATEX 1 207 X / EPS 22 UKEX 1 160 X EN IEC 60079-0:2018, EN 60079-31:2014 Dust EX protection: II 2D Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db II 3D Ex tc IIIC T85°C Dc IECEx: IECEx EPS 20.0077X IEC 60079-0:2017 Edition 7.0, IEC 60079-31:2013 Edition 2 Dust EX protection: Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db Ex tc IIIC T85°C Dc

    4. Packaging as a Service - PaaS

Packaging as a Service - PaaS

Maximum packaging efficiency - without investment With Packaging as a Service (PaaS) from GREIF-VELOX, you receive a complete packaging solution from a single source - including financing, service and packaging material in a fixed monthly installment. High investment costs (CAPEX) are eliminated as you use the packaging technology without having to purchase machines or infrastructure yourself. What is PaaS? Packaging as a Service (PaaS) is a comprehensive service model that goes beyond the mere provision of packaging machines. GREIF-VELOX not only supplies the machines, but also takes over the entire packaging infrastructure as a full-service partner - from the provision and maintenance of the machines to the supply of consumables and continuous process optimisation. With PaaS, you benefit from a fully integrated packaging process - customised to your specific production requirements and without high initial investments (CAPEX). The running costs are covered by predictable monthly instalments that offer you maximum cost transparency and flexibility. From machine purchase to integrated solution While existing Packaging-as-a-Service models are usually limited to simple packaging solutions with cardboard boxes or reusable containers, GREIF-VELOX goes one step further: the model comprises complex bagging systems for ultra-light powders - including all relevant components. Customers receive a well thought-out complete package at a fixed monthly price. With the GREIF-VELOX PaaS model, the entire packaging process is transferred to an end-to-end model. Tasks that would otherwise be distributed among various service providers - from financing and maintenance to material procurement - are bundled and coordinated centrally.

    5. PACPAL Roto Fill, packing machine

      PACPAL Roto Fill, packing machine

PACPAL Roto Fill The Claudius Peters range of products offers rotary packers with up to 16 spouts and in-line packers with a maximum of 4 spouts. The size of the packer is mainly determined by the packing capacity and the available space for the plant. Customer benefits: Modular designs Integrated independent weighing systems Components easily exchangeable Extendable circumference Low maintenance cost Dust diversion directly at the spout Dedusting in the packer head Almost dustfree operation Horizontally rotating turbine Vertically rotating turbine Turbine or Air Depending on the existing bulk material, different filling systems can be used with both packing machines. Turbine packers are well-proven in applications where bulk materials are capable of flowing and have a maximum grain size. For materials with variable flow properties and grain sizes of more than 4 mm (for example specialist building materials) compressed air filling systems are more suitable. Both turbine and air systems comply fully with modern bagging technology. PACPAL Roto Fill or PACPAL In-Line Fill: Filling system controlled by weighing electronics Filling of fine and coarse flow Check weighing on the spout Valve welding with ultrasonic technology Automatic bag seat adjustment Central dedusting system PACPAL Roto Fill as Turbine Packer and Pneumatic Air Packer: High filling capacity Highest weighing accuracy Fully automatic adjustment of the bagging unit to different building materials, bag sizes and bag weights Locking systems for valve bags Integrated bag cleaning systems after the bag discharge Realization of the EC-directive OIML R 61 Ultrasonic bag sealing “Absolutely dust-tight” For more information please contact pacpal@claudiuspeters.com
