Real-time process monitoring in food production Water is a characteristic component of dairy products. It determines consistency and influences the taste as well as the quality of the final product. In most countries, the water content of butter is subjected to strict monitoring. According to one regulation, for example, the water content of butter in Europe may not exceed 16 %. With the latest microwave technology, it is possible to monitor the water or solid content during production in real time, which enables early detection of deviations. This makes it possible to maintain consistent quality and cost-efficient production. It also ensures that the dairy products comply with all legal requirements and that the product meets expectations. Process control in dairy plants The measuring system provides continuous and real-time information on the current water content or dry matter on a wide range of dairy products. The measurement can be applied directly in the main stream, therefore a bypass is not required. The materials used, which are FDA and EHEDG approved, allow easy cleaning and are resistant to high temperatures, acids and bases. The cleaning covers integrated as a standard feature ensure quick and easy cleaning. Exchanging the seals and the flap is also possible through the cleaning opening. It is thus not necessary to undertake elaborate removal of the entire unit from the ducting. If the product is abrasive, we recommend the design with the exchangeable wear plates on the change-over flap and the adjustable wear plates in the side of the housing, both made of Naxtra or customer specifications. Wear protection plates
PUCEST panels can be cut to shape with any jigsaw and thus screwed as a lining. Also a rolling, rolling or edging of the plates for the desired application purposes is no problem. For example, rolled segments for hoppers, shells for pipes, or edging for belt linings. The shaped lining plates are simply bolted to the base body. Due to the screw connection, no bare metal cleaning of the plant part to be lined is necessary.

WEICON A Epoxy Resin
WEICON A has a DNV GL-certificate and is specially suitable for repair work in the marine industry. It can be used to remove corrosion damages and pitting on tanks, to repair pipes and castings as well as cracks on housings of machine parts. Other applications include the production of models, moulds, tools and jigs. The epoxy resin system can be used in mechanical engineering, tool, model and mould making as well as in many other industrial areas.

WEICON CBC Epoxy Resin
Special epoxy resin system for the shimming and back filling of difficult to be aligned systems. It serves as a replacement for fittings and worn metal sheets and ensures the direct contact to foundation plates. WEICON CBC has a low viscosity, flows well and is self-levelling. It has a pot life of 30 minutes and cures nearly shrink-free. It provides a permanent, high-static stability and exhibits great ageing qualities. The epoxy resin system adheres particularly well to steel and concrete. It has a good compressive strength and is resistant against oil, fuels and many chemicals. It is vibration resistant as well as temperature resistant. Due to its extremely low shrinkage, machines and systems remain constant after the casting with WEICON CBC in their alignment.

WEICON Ceramic BL Epoxy Resin
WEICON Ceramic BL is liquid, brushable, filled with silicon carbide and zirconium silicate, temperature-resistant up to +180°C and resistant to chemicals. It offers extreme wear protection and high abrasion resistance. WEICON Ceramic BL is particularly suited for the lining of heavily stressed pump housings, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides, funnels and pipes and for the repair of castings, valves and blower fans. The product can be used in machine and system construction, in apparatus engineering, and in many other industrial applications.

WEICON HT 111
The epoxy resin system WEICON HT 111 is used to repair and touch up metal parts. It is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature-resistant up to 200 °C (392 °F); for a short period of time, it can withstand temperatures up to 280 °C (536 °F). WEICON HT 111 is chemical-resistant, non corrosive and is processesd with a mixing ratio of 1:1. The repair material is suitable for processing on vertical surfaces and can be used for metal repairs and bonding on castings and metal parts, for filling blowholes, for repairing damage to containers, car bodies and machine parts, and for sealing pumps and pipes. Due to its properties, the composite material is particularly suitable for applications in mechanical and plant engineering, apparatus engineering and many other areas of industry.

WEICON WPG-19
WEICON WPG-19 is a fibre-reinforced, ceramic-filled, 2-component epoxy resin system. It is used as wear protection in industrial applications. The grey coating contains ceramic beads up to two millimetres in size and protects surfaces against erosion and abrasion caused by the impact of coarse particles. The system can be applied with a spatula. It is viscoplastic, highly impact-resistant and extremely resistant to abrasion. It is used for coating and lining various surfaces and components in industrial plants. It is used, for example, to protect gutters, bends, hoppers, tanks, chutes and many other processing systems that are exposed to abrasion and impact.

WEICON WR Epoxy Resin
WEICON WR is suitable for areas where metal parts are subjected to strong wear due to friction, as repairs and recasting of shafts, for pouring out bearings and cutting and punching tools, for the production of casting and profile milling models as well as drawing moulds, for under pouring machines and foundations and as a wear-resistant under layer before the final coating with WEICON Ceramic BL.
