    3. Receiving conveyor

      Receiving conveyor

The Receiving Conveyor is the ideal link between your external bulk material supply (e.g. from trucks, wagons, wheel loader, etc.) and your process engineering plant. At a receiving rate of 500 m³/h, up to 5 trucks per hour can be unloaded (at a maximum truck size of 100 m³). With the modular overall length of 2,500 mm to 23,000 mm a receiving volume of up to 100 m³ may be achieved. The inclined alignment of up to 22° enables the ground-level transfer onto the downstream aggregate, thereby saving the customer expensive concrete works.

    4. Rectangular steel silo as dam wall and smooth wall silo

Rectangular steel silo as dam wall and smooth wall silo

Our silos are used for the storage and handling of a wide variety of bulk goods, but especially from the agricultural and food sectors. The ingma steel silo system is the result of our many years of activity and development in the field. With our systems, prefabricated silo elements are designed as single-walled dam walls or double-walled smooth walls with the same corner connections for both types. This gives the advantage of using different elements together. The components are used to create cells and bunkers with an angular floor plan at any cell height. Dam wall cells with a base area of up to 3.20 x 3.20 m (system size) are designed in an anchorless design, while cells with larger floor plans are provided with reinforcement anchors. Smooth wall silos can be designed up to approx. 4.00 x 4.00 m without anchors, depending on the product properties. Due to the angular construction, the base area is fully utilized. The dead weight of the silo elements is low in relation to the cell space formed, especially in comparison to the solid construction. This enables a cost-saving execution of the foundation. This also gives rise to installation and assembly options in and on existing buildings. The cells constructed from the silo components are dimensioned and verified statically according to Eurocode 3. They absorb loads from roof structures and attached machine houses and the like. The cell walls are weatherproof and do not require any additional cladding if this is not desired or required for other reasons.

    5. Recuperators/heat exchangers

      Recuperators/heat exchangers

KREISEL recuperators pick up waste heat from production, return it to the process in a circuit or for other energy uses. The specially-developed type K radiation recuperators generate optimal high combustion air temperatures and reduce fuel consumption significantly. Designed and built for the respective application, they are primarily used in the Glass industry for recuperative heated glass melting furnaces, Ceramics industry, Metallurgy and in other Energy-intensive industrial sectors.

    6. Recycling and Reuse

      Recycling and Reuse

Owing to the large amount of raw materials consumed in the constructi on industry and the limited availability of non-renewable resources, used products and materials should be fed back into the material cycle. This requires development of concepts and technologies for closed material cycles that focus on the recovery and reuse of raw materials. Improving resource efficiency both at the product and process level requires substituti on of specific raw materials and use of resource-saving recycled materials as well as industrial residues and by-products. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to accurately determine material flows as well as the physical and chemical characteristics of materials to identify potentials for reuse in common products or to develop new products and processes. The ultimate aim is to arrive at a consistent recycling scheme based on a functioning system of managing waste and recyclable materials. Related activities reduce the consumpti on of mineral resources whilst removing some of the burden from landfill sites and our environment in general. The opportunities generated by the life cycle approach of extraction, use and reuse require a broad service profile. Of particular interest are processes that enable upcycling and thus keep used raw materials and secondary resources in the economic cycle. Selected Services • Drafting of recovery and reuse concepts • Sustainable product design and return of components into the utilisation process • Development of recycling methods • Simulation of recycling processes to optimise related plant and machinery • Analysis of recycled materials and industrial residues and by-products • Studies for the substitution of mineral raw materials • Development of products based on recycled materials as well as industrial residues and by-products

    7. Recycling Waste Screen

      Recycling Waste Screen

The SPALECK Recycling Waste Screen is a vibratory screen with circular motion, powered by a three-phase AC drive. Its impact area is equipped with a blind-bottom that ensures efficient use of the screening surface, optimal material flow, and extends the lifespan of subsequent screening elements while reducing material blockages. This screen offers nearly blockage-free operation, even with varying materials, and ensures pure screening fractions with top screening quality. High performance is achieved through a maximised open screen area. Material is efficiently loosened and homogenised by combining cascades with gate bars. The design allows easy cleaning and minimal maintenance, reducing downtime. With low operating costs, it benefits from long-lasting wear parts and low electrical consumption. Screening elements are easily replaced to accommodate different separating cuts, and the sub-frame effectively compensates for residual vibrations.

    9. Regenerable HEPA-Filter: Filter module

      Regenerable HEPA-Filter: Filter module

Using regenerable filter cartridges with filter media of filter class H13, the residual dust level of the former HEPA filtration can be achieved with only one filter stage. Expensive process interruptions during the filter change of the second filter stage are thus a thing of the past. In particularly sensitive areas, such as the chemicals or pharmaceutical industries, the filter module can be used as plug-in or top filter. Depending on the application, it serves as the first or second filter stage. The filter module can be used for aspiration, for vent pneumatic conveyors, as a safety filter and for many other applications. The inflow of the filter surface takes place on the raw gas side from outside to inside. The contaminated star filter is pushed into a closed container like a pneumatic tube network. Thus, the star filter can be disposed of without contamination. The filter module can be used for the controlled explosion in a pressure-resistant housing. It is flame-proof and holds back the swirled up burning dust. • 12 bar pressure resistant • Star filter with filter medium (glass fiber free): Filter class H13 Degrees of separation ≥ 99.995 % Clean gas values <1 mg/m³ Optional metal filter element • Regenerable • Suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres • Food approval • Expandable by activated carbon (e.g. for the filtration of aromatics) • Small and compact for low heights

    10. Reliable Particle Separation with Cyclones

      Reliable Particle Separation with Cyclones

During industrial processes, it is often necessary to remove particles from the air or gas flow. This is done when raw materials are recovered, but also when the air flow is cleaned. The JACOB portfolio includes cyclones for this purpose in its standard range. These set the air flow in motion and rotate it. Particles are separated in the process using centrifugal force. Since cyclones are passive components, their effectiveness depends on numerous factors such as the performance of the fan. Our experts would be pleased to help you with their experience and assist you with selecting the right cyclone. Our standard range of JACOB cyclones is available in diameters ranging from 250-1000 mm with lipped connections, and cyclones with diameters from 1120-2500 mm with welded-on flanges. If our standard range does not have the right size for a special challenge that you have, JACOB will manufacture cyclones to your specification.
