We have clearly redefined mobile bolting to new levels. With the new DA2 battery tool Plarad is introducing to the market place a successor to the previously brilliant predecessor tool the DA1. A decisive step forward has been achieved with the newest gearbox technology which enables simpler handling, reduced weight and size. Mobile cordless bolting is now safer due to the additional automatic locking of the motor and gearbox. Versions of the tool are available up to a maximum output of 4800 Nm. Optional Diagnostic Setting Software with power step lock and tool diagnostics enables the tool to be optimally set up for your specific bolting application.

Our Battery.Sort solution prevents fires caused by dangerous lithium-ion batteries in recycling plants – before they even start. The system uses X-ray technology and AI algorithms to precisely detect batteries, even if they are hidden inside electronic devices or buried under up to 50 cm of waste. It then safely removes them with compressed air. Objects weighing up to 9 kg can be easily sorted. Installed directly after the container opener or pre-shredder, it reliably protects facilities (e.g., for lightweight packaging, commercial waste, WEEE, or residual waste) from massive fire damage. Benefits: Increased safety, efficient raw material recovery such as lithium, and optimized processes for waste management companies.

Bulk goods are among the most frequently transported goods - with the special feature that they are always stored openly or loosely. We build the necessary hall for every type of bulk goods - e.g. for weather-sensitive goods, a bulk goods hall designed accordingly. At first glance, building a hall seems relatively simple. In practice, it often turns out that it is all about the details. It is not just the bulk density or the layered material pressure that plays a role, but also, for example, the height of the hall. Bulk goods halls are often a question of static safety, where the load transfer must be taken into account. In addition, not all bulk goods are the same. Every bulk material has its own special requirements. This must be considered in advance when designing the hall. We know what to look out for when building bulk goods halls. Halls in which bulk goods are to be stored must be tight and clean. This means that the building shell takes on a special function with regard to temperature and humidity or dryness when storing bulk goods. In addition, the ventilation system is the be-all and end-all for a good hall climate. For bulk goods halls, the special equipment is often important. Various means of transport with different load carriers are available for transport. We will find the optimal location for bulk goods boxes, ventilation ducts, walkways and conveyor belts for you. Of course, we install the appropriate sliding walls or folding walls for removing the bulk goods and also plan a practical residual emptying system.

Be flexible
With a WAGNER bagging machine, you remain flexible, even with regard to other containers that may need to be filled in the future. With special interchangeable filling spouts, you can fill a wide variety of containers with the same machine, such as drums, buckets, cans, bags, bag-in-boxes, valve bags, open bags, etc. Conversion to a different filling spout is quick and easy thanks to the practical quick-release fasteners and can be done in a matter of minutes. In combination with a pallet scale, not only small containers but also big bags can be dosed accurately with the same machine.

Carrying roller stations for bulk goods Two different types of idler stations are used in a conveyor belt system: the carryway idler stations, which support the material-transporting section of the belt; and the return idler stations, which support the belt in the return run area during return travel. There are two different variants of the carryway idler stations: flat, with a single, horizontally arranged idler, which sits on two brackets mounted on the belt system; or a troughed version, usually with three rollers mounted on a frame attached to the conveyor. Feeding stations can be used in the loaded area of the belt, which have support rollers with rubber rings or are designed as garland stations.

Application: A universal conveyor with a 2.2 kW drive, designed for transporting materials at a capacity of 20 t/h. The gear motor is mounted on the discharge pulley (⌀ 325 mm). The self-supporting route consists of repeatable segments, enabling configuration of the conveyor with a total length of 12 m. The belt is selected according to operational requirements depending on the type of transported material. Stone transportation. The belt conveyor with a belt width of 650 mm and a length of 11 m operates as a stationary unit, with the possibility of feeding material either at the return station area or at any point along the route after modification of the feed chutes. The conveyor is manufactured in a galvanized version.
