Bulk material inventory service
Terrestrial laser scanning is an efficient and highly precise surveying technique for the three-dimensional acquisition of any environment. This technology is used among others in mining, raw material processing, construction or rapid prototyping to generate detailed surface and terrain models. The 3D laser scanner with a range of 1,200 meters and a distance accuracy of 8 millimeters is positioned in various locations to cover the object/ environment of interest. The individual point cloud scans are subsequently registered into a global or local common coordinate system and merged to a single object.
Bulk material slide gates
Bulk material slide gates are used for shutting off material streams of all kind. They vary in actuation and form. Manually operated devices are often implemented as emergency or maintenance slide gates to shut off flowing bulk materials. Pneumatically activated or motor-driven bulk material slide gates are for example used to control the in- and outlet of bunkers, silos, storage tanks or chutes as well as of conveying units such as screw, tube chain or trough chain conveyors. SCHRAGE bulk material slide gates are solid all steel welded constructions in self-contained design, sealed by adjustable, all-round stuffing boxes, their end position monitored by initiators. Flange pattern bores are drilled according to SCHRAGE factory standard or customer specifications. Depending on the intended application they can be designed in almost all materials. The robust SCHRAGE bulk material slide gates feature inlet/outlet widths from NW 150x150 to NW 1000x1000 as well as round inlet and outlet profiles. Special designs such as needle valves are possible.

BULK-OUT® Bulk Bag Dischargers
Flexicon's latest generation of bulk bag dischargers can eliminate the drawbacks of outdated designs while dramatically improving convenience, safety and cleanliness. The heart of the new design is a bag spout interface that not only creates a dust-tight seal, but promotes material flow and total evacuation. It also allows easy retying of partially empty bags, and can collapse empty bags—free of spillage and dust.
