Centrifugal screening machines
In centrifugal and passing sieve machines, the material to be sieved is moved through a cylindrical sieve basket by tool-equipped rotors. They are mainly used for products that are difficult to sieve and achieve very good results even with caked and fatty products. Centrifugal and strainer machines are versatile – they can be used in a wide variety of industries and applications in the production process: as protective screens, for separating coarse and fine particles, and of course for deagglomeration. Our centrifugal screening machines at a glance: ◾Cyclone screeners and passing sieves ◾Different sizes and screening surfaces ◾As a single stand-alone machine or integrated into your plant ◾Individual special solutions on request ◾Design in accordance with relevant guidelines such as ATEX, FDA, EC1935/2004, or GMP

Centrifugal Sifter
Dinnissen's Centrifugal Sifters make it possible to sieve large quantities of product quickly and accurately. The centrifugal force in the rotating, cylindrical sieve ensures that the product is evenly sieved.

Cerabar PMP71B - Druckmessgerät
This pressure transmitter belongs to the new Cerabar generation. The robust device can be operated via the SmartBlue app using a secure Bluetooth connection. The software is user-friendly, with intuitive wizards guiding the user through setup, retesting, and verification. Heartbeat Technology provides verification and monitoring functions for detecting unwanted anomalies, such as deviations in loop resistance.

CeraComp Protector
By combining PUCEST with ceramic honeycombs, PUCEST protect GmbH once again proves its extra class in the field of highly efficient wear protection! Ideal for grit sizes from 0.1 to approx. 3 mm. The CeraComp Protector is a composite plate made of ceramic hexagons, which are filled with the proven PUCEST material. This material mix of a very resistant and a softer material means that the PUCEST the PUCEST filling in the hexagons is intentionally worn away during operation. The standard CeraComp plates are 500 x 500 mm in size. The CeraComp panel with stud bolts has a thickness of 19 mm (incl. 4 mm steel rear wall), the adhesive plate has a thickness of 15 mm.

Ceramic Rotary Valves
KREISEL wear-resistant ceramic rotary valves are characterised by high performance, high throughput and increases in service life by a factor of 10 to 20 compared with steel valves depending on the material to be conveyed. KREISEL ceramic rotary feeders have a high availability, cause lower maintenance costs and lead to significant cost savings.

ceratel® 5910 Ceramic-Feeder Hose
ceratel® 5910 is a robust high-performance conveyor hose with a black corrugated cover, designed for the transport of extremely abrasive bulk materials. The small bending radius (compared to conventional conveying hoses) and the long service life predestine the conveying hose for use where high demands and low maintenance are required. Ceramic platelets (Al2O3) are incorporated in the rubber lining of the hose with the result that abrasion resistance of the inner lining of ceratel® 5910 is considerably increased compared to conventional material handling hoses made of rubber or rubber-coated metal pipes. The excellent flexibility of ceratel® 5910 confirms the chosen design of the hose and makes it an easy to install, versatile and economical solution in process and plant engineering. ceratel® 5910 is the result of a proven combination of rubber and ceramics.

Chain Conveyors
ILCHMANN chain conveyors are designed for low-maintenance continuous operation under high mechanical loads and have proven their reliability in demanding process and environmental conditions. Even complex conveying layouts can be implemented with a high level of process reliability. For complete product clean-out, round-bottom designs are available. Gas-tight versions in accordance with ATEX requirements enable operation in hazardous areas.

Chain wheels, Toothed Segments and Return Idlers
Our standard chain wheels are manufacured from C45 material and the toothed profiles can either be flame or inductive hardened. For high wear resistant requirements, tooth segments can be manufactured from the entire range of various steels available on the market. For example, the following materials could be used, 42CrMo4 and 16MnCr5 inductive hardened, or 14NiCr14 and 17CrNiMo6, case hardened. Also the sprocket sets made by BRANSCHEID are not only flame cut but each tooth is accurately CNC-milled to maximize the lifetime of the chain wheel.

ChainCon
The proven Westeria® module system was designed in order to be in the position to react to customer requirements quickly and flexibly. This unique system is designed for each and every market requirement. The range of applications includes the charging of shredder facilities in particular for scrap and construction waste treatment to the feeding of paper presses. Westeria® system plants combine utmost product quality “Made in Germany” with highly attractive prices. Nonetheless, it offers enough scope for the flexible and easy integration of special customer demands and requirements into existing systems.

Chainconveyors and Cableconveyors from Wessjohann GmbH
The characteristics of our conveyor technology in short: - Energy-saving (drive 0.75 kW, product acceptance 0.18 kW) - Effective (about 2.5 - 3 m² / h) - Efficient (conveying length 200m with 8 deflection points) - Flexible (Several product assumptions and levies can be used) - Space saving (tight radii, 60mm pipe), - gentle on the product (the product is scattered between the drive plates and carried away) - food safe (product line suitable for food) - Dust-proof - Quiet - Ex-protection possible

Charging feeder
Efficient and reliable furnace charging is a key factor in foundry technology. JOEST charging machines provide a robust, mobile solution for this demanding application. They enable the precise feeding of materials such as scrap, additives, or premixes into various types of furnaces – including induction, crucible, or rotary drum furnaces. Equipped with an integrated vibrating conveyor system and a noise-reducing sandwich construction, these machines ensure continuous, low-dust charging – with high availability and minimal maintenance requirements. Various chassis designs and power supply options allow for optimal adaptation to spatial conditions and process requirements.
