Cartridge filter INFA-MOCRON MPR for dedusting of sophisticated processes
The cartridge filter INFA-MICRON MPR was especially developed for dust which are high potentially dangerous and also are filtration-technically demanding. Its horizontally inserted filter cartridges are cleaned by a jet pulse system, supported by a special injector and upper area regeneration of the cartridge (offline). This method allows the separation also with adhesive or sticking dusts, because the jet pulse cleaning brings in higher cleaning energy into the filter cartridges than the backflush system of cassette filters. In addition, the filter cartridges can be precoated or operated with a continuous additive supply. The cleanability is thereby preserved on a long-term. The MPR cartridge filter is a user-friendly and high efficient dedusting unit. Efficiency of this filter series covers a wide range of filtration duties in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical and nuclear-technical industry. The processes in these industrial branches are very demanding on dust separation efficiency. Infastaub offers suitable handling systems according to requirements of contamination protection. Like the cassette filter MKR the maintenance staff can carry out the dust disposal and the change of filter media free of contamination (up to OEB 4 | 1-10 µg/m³) with the help of the "Safe-Change" system.

Cassette filter INFA-MICRON MKR for dedusting of sophisticated processes
The cassette filter system INFA-MICRON MKR is available as cleanable dust collector with one or two filter stages as well as non-cleanable, downstream safety filter. The filter sizes cover air volume ranges of > 500 m³/h. Big volume flows can be cleaned by parallel arrangement of several units. The 2-stage design guarantees residual dust contents as low as 0.001 mg/m³. Filter cassettes of class H13 are used as filter media for the cleanable 1st stage and H13 to U15 for the non-cleanable 2nd stage

Cast slide valve Type GFS
The cast iron slide valve Type GFS is used in silo and tank outlets. It guarantees optimum sealing when storing bulk materials containing dust or in granulate form. Mode of operation: The stainless steel slider plate on eccentric support pins in the cast iron case is sealed dust-tight on the bulk material side with Vulkollan sealing strips and with packing glands on the outside. Easy adjustment of the support pins and the packing glands achieves high operational reliability. The cast slide valve is available with pneumatic cylinder, toothed rack or manual operation. Material / design: Case: grey cast iron Bracket: galvanised steel Slider plate: stainless steel Sealing strips: Vulkollan Technical data: Pneumatic drive: P neumatic cylinder with non-contacting limit switches and 5/2 way solenoid valve Electric motor toothed rack drive: with integrated limit switches. 0.37 kW/400 V, 50 Hz Advantages: Robust and reliable Short closing times Easy to maintain Dust-tight

Casting Cooler
The JOEST Casting Cooler is an energy-efficient conveying system for the controlled cooling of castings. It is based on a mass-compensated resonance trough with an eccentric shaft drive – without micro-throw motion – enabling uniform, low-noise material transportation with minimal foundation loads. Typically installed between the shakeout and sorting conveyors, the system stands out due to its modular design, robust steel construction, and ease of maintenance. Honeycomb-type dampers and optimized springs ensure stable operation under high loads – with low energy consumption and easy installation. An integrated counterflow heat exchanger ensures high thermal efficiency. Optional air humidification is available to increase cooling performance.

CCS-3000 - Designed for Coke, Coal & Sinter
CCS-3000 - Designed for Coke, Coal & Sinter and darker products that can be difficult to read with competing near-infrared sensors. Installed directly on the production line, this unit provides instant, continuous data displayed on a laptop or connected to a PLC.
Cellular wheel sluices
Cellular wheel sluices are used to dosage, feed or take out grained or powdery materials or granulates. SCHRAGE cellular wheel sluices are solid welded steel constructions with yoke or shaft-mounted motors, sealed by adjustable all-round glands with oil ring. The rotor comes with 10 or 12 pockets as well as sealing strips or wipers. The hardwearing SCHRAGE cellular wheel sluices are equipped with rotation monitoring by means of capstan housing and proximity switch as well as an inspection opening. Flange pattern bores are drilled according to SCHRAGE factory standard or customer specifications. SCHRAGE cellular wheel sluices are available in nearly all materials and offer inlet/outlet widths from NW 150x150 to NW 1000x1000 as well as round inlet and outlet profiles. Special designs such as timing sluices via gate construction are available.

Centrifugal screening machines
In centrifugal and passing sieve machines, the material to be sieved is moved through a cylindrical sieve basket by tool-equipped rotors. They are mainly used for products that are difficult to sieve and achieve very good results even with caked and fatty products. Centrifugal and strainer machines are versatile – they can be used in a wide variety of industries and applications in the production process: as protective screens, for separating coarse and fine particles, and of course for deagglomeration. Our centrifugal screening machines at a glance: ◾Cyclone screeners and passing sieves ◾Different sizes and screening surfaces ◾As a single stand-alone machine or integrated into your plant ◾Individual special solutions on request ◾Design in accordance with relevant guidelines such as ATEX, FDA, EC1935/2004, or GMP

Centrifugal Sifter
Dinnissen's Centrifugal Sifters make it possible to sieve large quantities of product quickly and accurately. The centrifugal force in the rotating, cylindrical sieve ensures that the product is evenly sieved.

Cerabar PMP71B - Druckmessgerät
This pressure transmitter belongs to the new Cerabar generation. The robust device can be operated via the SmartBlue app using a secure Bluetooth connection. The software is user-friendly, with intuitive wizards guiding the user through setup, retesting, and verification. Heartbeat Technology provides verification and monitoring functions for detecting unwanted anomalies, such as deviations in loop resistance.

CeraComp Protector
By combining PUCEST with ceramic honeycombs, PUCEST protect GmbH once again proves its extra class in the field of highly efficient wear protection! Ideal for grit sizes from 0.1 to approx. 3 mm. The CeraComp Protector is a composite plate made of ceramic hexagons, which are filled with the proven PUCEST material. This material mix of a very resistant and a softer material means that the PUCEST the PUCEST filling in the hexagons is intentionally worn away during operation. The standard CeraComp plates are 500 x 500 mm in size. The CeraComp panel with stud bolts has a thickness of 19 mm (incl. 4 mm steel rear wall), the adhesive plate has a thickness of 15 mm.

Ceramic Rotary Valves
KREISEL wear-resistant ceramic rotary valves are characterised by high performance, high throughput and increases in service life by a factor of 10 to 20 compared with steel valves depending on the material to be conveyed. KREISEL ceramic rotary feeders have a high availability, cause lower maintenance costs and lead to significant cost savings.

ceratel® 5910 Ceramic-Feeder Hose
ceratel® 5910 is a robust high-performance conveyor hose with a black corrugated cover, designed for the transport of extremely abrasive bulk materials. The small bending radius (compared to conventional conveying hoses) and the long service life predestine the conveying hose for use where high demands and low maintenance are required. Ceramic platelets (Al2O3) are incorporated in the rubber lining of the hose with the result that abrasion resistance of the inner lining of ceratel® 5910 is considerably increased compared to conventional material handling hoses made of rubber or rubber-coated metal pipes. The excellent flexibility of ceratel® 5910 confirms the chosen design of the hose and makes it an easy to install, versatile and economical solution in process and plant engineering. ceratel® 5910 is the result of a proven combination of rubber and ceramics.
