      Belt Scale

Belt Scale • Belt widths 650, 800 mm • For the direct discharge of bulk materials from bunker systems • High dosing accuracy for demanding quality standards • Wear-resistant lining for abrasive bulk materials (polyurethane, Hardox, composite armor plates) • Consulting, planning, design, manufacturing, delivery, and installation from a single source • High reliability thanks to high-quality components • Durable and easy to maintain • Modular system design • Made in Germany

    2. Belt Scales

      Belt Scales

The BW 10 belt-weigher consists of a robust angle steel frame; The shallow, modular construction of this allows it to be integrated into nearly every existing conveyor belt system. The accurate readings recorder is protected by a mechanical overload limit stop from shock loads. Because of the special force periodic maintenance is not required. Hense Wägetechnik offers individual belt scales for nearly all kind of applications. The flow of extracted material exercises a pressure load on the rolling cradle. This is picked up by the weighing frame and conducted into a high-precision load cell. A converter strengthens the signal on-site and transmits over distances of up to 600 m to the electronic control unit. This standardises the weight signal and links it with the flow speed, which is detected by a robust odometer. The electronic control simultaneously displays the flow rate (t/h) and the absolute quantity. There are 4 counters and various outputs available.

    3. Belt Thrower

      Belt Thrower

Belt Thrower - Container 20-40" - Loading times of 15-25 minutes - Simple handling - Reliable loading - Ejection distances up to 12 metres - product-protecting Execution either in lacquered steel or in stainless steel Principle of operation: The granule ejector is mounted on a supporting structure, which can be attached for example with a fork lift truck to the rear of the container. Two platforms are located on the supporting structure for the operator. After the loading device has been attached, the HGV is positioned beneath the corresponding silo outlet. The filler opening of the container inliner is then fastened to the machine ejector hopper. The unit can be started after the silo outlet has been opened. The product is then accelerated by a rotary belt in the GWS 2000 and is ejected into the container. The operator can adjust the vertical setting and the ejection distance on the control panel of the system. To prevent the container from overflowing, the product inlet gate valve is closed when activated by an ultrasonic sensor. The required remainder or the quantity remaining from the silo can then be added by hand.

    4. Big Bag

      Big Bag

The big bag (also known as a flexible intermediate bulk container, or FIBC) is an extremely popular and widely used container for bulk materials in industry, as well as by construction and renovation companies. , WHAT IS A BIG BAG MADE OF? The basis for this enormous load-bearing capacity is the woven plastic fabric from which big bags are made. This is polypropylene, or PP for short, which is also used to manufacture many other products from Sackmeister GmbH. PP is a thermoplastic plastic that is also very tear- and impact-resistant, making it ideally suited for the transport, storage, and disposal of bulk materials.

    5. Big bag compactor

      Big bag compactor

Due to its compactness the EMDE BSV 800 big bag compactor can be set up directly next to the work area. This eliminates otherwise unavoidable dust formation when the empty big bags are transported within the company. Empty big bags are effectively and efficiently compacted. The container is disposed of via a generously sized filling opening with a gas strut-supported hinged lid. The sacks are pressed into an empty disposable big bag by a robust, cantilevered compacting screw with progressive reduction. The big bag compactor is also available as a mobile version. The big bag compactor can be connected to external dust extraction via an aspiration nozzle so that dust discharge is avoided and the big bags can be disposed of with a minimum of dust.
