WEICON Black-Seal adhesive and sealant is black, high-temperature resistant (+280°C/+536°F), free of solvents, strong, oil-resistant, grease-resistant, pressure-resistant, resistant to ageing and extremely elastic (breaking elongation of approx. 300%). Black-Seal is suitable for bonding and sealing in applications where particularly high oil and grease resistance is required. WEICON Black-Seal can be used on gearbox, valve and casing covers, oil sumps, water pumps, gears and axles, flanges, tanks and containers, and in many other areas.

The BLACKLINE Compact scraper is a main scraper for wet and dry materials. The built-in torsion elements ensure consistent and even contact pressure. It can be equipped with hard metal, ceramic hard metal or polyurethane upon customer request and is suitable for many different belt widths and belt speeds. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it requires little maintenance.

The BLACKLINE inner belt scraper was designed for installation in the inner belt in order to effectively prevent caking on the reversing drum. The discharge side can be freely selected. It can be equipped with hard metal or polyurethane upon customer request.

The BLACKLINE profile belt scraper was specially developed for chevron belts and cleated and conveyor belts with profiles. Its specially finger-shaped polyurethane segments ensure consistent and efficient cleaning of these special belts.

What are blending silos? Blending silos are gravity blenders. Another prevailing term is homogenising silos instead of blending silos. Often the creation of horizontal layers with differing quality can be observed when silos are in batch production. Flexicon BLOCK-BUSTER® Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioners (also known as FIBC, Big Bag and Jumbo Bag Massagers) loosen bulk solid materials that have solidified during storage and shipment, enabling bulk bag unloaders to discharge the material through bag spouts. These conditioners are recommended for bulk bags containing hygroscopic chemicals, certain types of spice blends, heat-sensitive products, and other materials prone to solidifying to the point at which pneumatically-actuated flow promotion accessories integral to bulk bag dischargers are inefficient or completely ineffective. BLOCK-BUSTER® Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioners are available integrated into bulk bag unloading frames, or as self-standing units. Both configurations utilize two hydraulic rams with specially contoured end plates to press opposing sides of bulk bags.

Our blow-through rotary valve is suitable for powdery and finely grained bulk materials. Please specify the range of grain sizes when making your enquiry. The bulk material must have good conveying and flow properties. Because both the rotors and housings are precision-finished to the narrowest tolerances, the blow-through rotary valve made by Barl feature the highest possible degree of sealing integrity. The flushing air connections are as standard as the Venting purging and the external bearing. The blow-through rotary valve are naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and flame-propagation-proof design.

With the expense of fish feed it is important that degredation of pellets is kept to a minimum. With the help of DMN-WESTINGHOUSE valves wastage can be greatly reduced, when transporting from silo to fish pens. Our BL and BXL blow through rotary valves have been designed by DMN-WESTINGHOUSE for many applications in the metering and pneumatic conveying of products in powder and granular form. Due to the modular design of this extensive and flexible range of valves many different configurations are available, using standard components. The BXL valve with enlarged inlet is specifically designed for applications where inlet size is more important that capacity or for handling products with poor flowability. This valve is also available with an extra enlarged inlet: type BXXL. The BL Dairy range includes USDA Dairy Accepted models and versions conforming to the EC 1934/2004 directive for sanitary use in the food and pharmaceutical industry. These stainless steel valves are easy detachable in a few minutes and meet the highest hygienic standards. Both BL and BXL valves are optionally available in MZC execution with supporting bars for easy removal of the end cover and rotor without damaging the housing. The MZC valves are easy detachable in a few minutes. The BL valves are available in 6 consecutive sizes from 150-350, rotor capacity ranging from 2,5-58 litre per revolution at 100% filling. For the bigger sizes (400-500) the valves are supplied with square in- and outlet (type GOS). The BXL valves are available in 4 sizes from 200-350, capacity range of the rotor from 5,5-34 litre per revolution at 100% filling. The BXL size corresponds with the dimension of the inlet flange. The BXXL valve sizes are available upon request.

The MZC rotary valves have been widely used in sanitary applications (Dairy execution) aswell as many other applications. The unit has an easily detacahble rotor which can be removed within a few minutes to facilitate thorough inspection and cleaning. The configuration with direct drive has a very narrow construction. The direct drive, in conjunction with a frequency inverter, results in a very flexible, safe and maintenance- free unit (no chains or grease). The extraction mechanism offers a high degree of operator safety and gives the line operators considerable flexibility in cleaning and maintaining the equipment between runs. Moreover the stability of the extraction mechanism ensures the rotor can be easily moved in and out of the housing without damaging the housing or the rotor blades.

The BL-BXL Dairy blow through rotary valves have been designed for use in the food, pet food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries where very high standards apply. The Dairy valves have an official USDA certificate of acceptance for use in dairy plants and are optionally available conforming to the EC 1935/2004 directive. The construction of the valve is designed to avoid bacteriological contamination. All product contact surfaces are in food grade material and smoothly polished. The BL-BXL Dairy valves are optionally available in MZC execution with supporting bars for easy removal of the end cover and rotor without damaging the housing. The MZC valves are easy detachable in a few minutes. The BL Dairy valves are available in 6 sizes, covering a capacity range from approximately 2,5 to 58 litre per revolution at 100% filling. The BXL valves are available in 4 sizes representing a capacity range of the rotor from 5,5- 34 litre per revolution at 100% filling. The BXL size corresponds with the dimension of the inlet flange. The body and end covers are made from AISI 316 stainless steel (DIN 1.4408). The rotor is made from AISI 316L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). For special applications internal and external mirror polishing of the valve is possible. For the BL-BXL valves tri clamp connections are also available. The shaft sealing is by means of gland packing or air purge. The standard models are suitable for temperatures up to 80 °C and a pressure up to 2 bar g. Flame proof and explosion shock resistant versions up to 10 bar g are also available

Work on construction sites, during conversions or renovation work such as soil renovations or building renovations often requires roofing during the construction period. Temporary hall systems such as storage tents, industrial tents or lightweight halls are then in demand. Depending on the type of use, the roofing as a tent or hall must meet specific requirements. For example, the hall system must have a certain level of tightness that allows a high degree of directed air flow and complies with noise protection requirements. A characteristic of storage tents, industrial tents or lightweight halls from HÖRMANN is that they can be set up and dismantled quickly and in between fulfill their respective purpose absolutely reliably. Storage tents, industrial tents or lightweight halls are also used during construction and conversion phases as workshops or factory halls or for the temporary storage of machines, equipment or materials. As a rule, storage tents or industrial tents and lightweight halls are dismantled at the end of their service life, e.g. after the construction site or renovation work has been completed. This applies to storage tents, industrial tents and lightweight halls. If necessary, the tent or hall should be easy to expand or reduce in size. Bolted silos are the best solution when a particularly large usable volume is required. Silos with a capacity of 150 - 1,000m³ and a diameter of 4,500 - 7,000mm can be realised. They are often used to store loose bulk materials such as gravel, crushed stone or grit.
