Bucket loaders protection
Wear Strips (WS) are a composite material made out of mild steel and coated with a thick wear resistant alloy specifically designed to sustain high abrasion. Experience shows that compared to hardened plates, WS resist wear several times better. This allows customers not only to reduce cost and maintenance time, but also to decrease the weight of their buckets by using our lighter solution. This finally improves overall production efficiency. WS are today commonly used to protect earth moving machines buckets, shovels and dump truck boxes. They can easily be bent to fit the part profile and welded on the area in contact with the soil.

Built-in belt scales EBW 10/ EBW 20
MTS is a manufacturer of built-in belt scales for stationary belt conveyors of all kinds, but also for conveyors in mobile crushing and screening plants. Belt scales from MTS are available as single-roller or multi-roller belt scales and are manufactured entirely in Sauerland. MTS offers belt scales in different versions: EBW 10 series, EBW 20 series, ESW 2.2/ 2.3. Belt scales can be selected from the standard range according to the requirements of the respective application (belt width, conveyed material and quantity, required measuring accuracy) or customised for special requirements - in legal-for-trade and non-legal-for-trade versions.
