WEICON Contact VA 1401 has medium viscosity (100-150 mPa•s) and hardens quickly. It shows good results on fabric, paper, cardboard, cartons, foam rubber and large-pored elastomers. VA 1401 is a universal type for the bonding of metals, plastics and rubber, both to themselves and among each other.

WEICON Contact VA 30 Black has medium viscosity (300 mPa•s) and is temperature resistant between -50°C (-58°F) and +140°C (+284°F). It has a longer curing time, is rubber-filled and black, hardens with residual elasticity and has high peel and impact strength. Thanks to its curing with residual elasticity, WEICON Contact VA 30 Black is particularly suitable under changing climatic conditions. It is insensitive even under a longer infl uence of humidity. VA 30 Black is ideally suited for the bonding of diverse rubber materials such as solid rubber or cellular rubber, plastics and metal/plastic joints.

The task: compact plant technology with simple logistics in handling containers. Based on the customer requirements, we developed the RUBERG container batch mixers of the series CCM-U (containers docked from below) and CCM-O (containers docked from above). Products are picked in standard or individual containers of up to approx. 2000 litres (GMP-compliant). The containers are integrated into the mixing process by docking to the swivelling mixing chamber. The mixing variations are equivalent to those of the RUBERG precision batch mixers. The CCM-U series is suitable for use with containers featuring inlet and outlet cone as well as containers that can be completely opened at the top. The entire unit swivels into working position with the container docked at the bottom and empties the product completely into the mixing chamber. The closed system prevents product emissions in the process. Aspiration and filtration systems are not required. In a very short time, the slow-running mixer produces a completely homogeneous mixture in a way that is very gentle on the product. The unit then swivels back to the home position. The rotating mixer supports the complete emptying of the product back into the container, which is then decoupled and sent for further use.

HECHT's Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K-EC with tipping device and "Easy" port is used for low-contamination discharging of drums with inner liners up to OEB 5. Thanks to the new EC-port which is part of our "Easy Connect" Family, drums can now be exchanged significantly easier and more economic. The new technology enables a drum exchange nearly free of any consumables. The increased operator convenience and still high Containment conditions are strong arguments for this new technology. By means of the tipping device drums can be connected easily. The products supplied in drums are additionally packed in foils, also referred to as liners, to ensure operator- and product protection.

The Containment drum discharging station with glovebox and integrated lifting device is one of the leading systems for the dust- and contamination-free bulk solids industry. The easy handling during the discharging process as well as the simplicity of the drum connection are unique. Depending on your requirements, transport to the next process step is possible by gravity or via the effective pneumatic conveying system ProClean Conveyor PCC. Depending on your product it is possible to connect a suction shoe for the conveying system or, as an option a stirring de-vice. The Containment drum discharging station CFE-L is an innovative possibility to discharge drums dust- and contamination free. The drum is positioned under the isolator by the automatic lifting device and connected to the box via a roller conveyor. The drum can be discharged completely using the suction lance with linear guidance and, as an option, with actuator. The window provides a clear view into the glovebox. The ProClean conveyor transports your bulk solids to the next process step. Optionally, inerting with N² is possible. The isolator box is perfectly suitable for low space conditions, because of its compact design. Automation and integration into an existing roller conveying system is also possible. Containment level up to OEB 5.

The HECHT Containment Sample Port CPP has been designed for sampling under Containment conditions up to OEB4. The sample is filled into wide-mouth bottles and can be visually checked until the desired filling level is reached. The filled bottle is removed via the endless liner. At least 50 bottles can be filled per liner package. A new liner package can be connected under contained conditions by means of double-O-ring technology. Optionally, a WIP lance can be obtained for cleaning. The Containment Sample Port can be easily combined with all common Hecht samplers like the slide sampler or the screw sampler.

The HECHT Containment Sampling Stick CPS (patent pending) is used for sampling critical substances under highest Containment conditions up to OEB Level 5. This new, mobile and cost-effective solution with optional transport cart allows sampling in just a few steps. The disposable system ensures safe and easy sampling of toxic, expensive, or sensitive substances.
