    1. Coarse Separator

      Coarse Separator

JOEST Coarse Separators are specifically designed for the pre-classification of heavy bulk materials with predominantly large particle sizes. They are used in various industries – from raw material processing to recycling. Depending on the application, primarily linear vibrating screens are used; in special cases, circular vibrating screens are also applied. Whether solid grizzly bars, flexible rod decks, or perforated plates – the machines are precisely configured to match the material characteristics and separation cut. The different machine series such as GRIZZLY, Stabrofix, or Stabroflex are designed to withstand the most demanding conditions involving high mechanical loads and to ensure long service life. With proven drive technology, maintenance-friendly design, and a wide range of configuration options, JOEST Coarse Separators provide an ideal solution for pre-screening and relieving downstream crushers or other subsequent process steps.

    3. colored rings coding on the hose

colored rings coding on the hose

The hose coding from Michel Tube is available in defined colors, in which pipe connectors and/or hoses are also available. The ring coding is a ring that is placed over the hose and slides onto the hose coupling due to gravity. When the hose is changed, the ring falls out and is not disposed of with the worn hose. The ring coding offers a simple and cost-effective way to identify lines and coupling points with colors. This marks machines and makes incorrect coupling more difficult.

    4. Combined Drum Dryers/Coolers Mozer System

      Combined Drum Dryers/Coolers Mozer System

Combined Drum Dryers/Coolers from Allgaier are available in single-shell, double-shell and triple-shell designs. All three designs are combined systems in which drying and cooling take place in a single unit. Therefore, only one drive and one bearing are required in each case. Combined Drum Dryers/Coolers are offered in three types: TK, TK+ and TK-D. While the TK type is cooled by means of ambient air cooling, the TK+ uses evaporative cooling. The TK-D type is a further development. The TK-D complements the previous systems by offering the possibility of cooling to particularly low solid temperatures as well as efficient heat recovery and the resulting energy savings. The systems are particularly suitable for the processing of thermally and mechanically relatively insensitive, free-flowing bulk materials such as gravel, quartz and natural sands as well as limestone crushed sand. Benefits: - High performance: Very insensitive to fluctuations in material moisture, material grain size and feed rate. - High efficiency: Highest thermal efficiency due to very high hot gas temperatures and very high internal temperature difference. - Robust design: Very robust design for maximum service life with minimum maintenance costs. - Maximum flexibility: Easy to combine with a wide variety of heating systems and different fuels. Type TK-D: - High performance: Cooling of the dried solids to particularly low temperatures to close the ambient temperature/temperature of the cooling air used. - High efficiency High energy efficiency through heat recovery in the drying process and evaporative cooling in the cooling process. - Multiple usage areas: Can be used for countercurrent calcination with subsequent cooling.

    5. Combined Drying and Cleaning

      Combined Drying and Cleaning

Combined Drying/Cleaning drums from Allgaier are of single-shell design. This innovative drum design is a combined system in which the drying and cleaning of surface-contaminated minerals take place in a single unit. Therefore, only one drive and one bearing is required in each case. The plant is particularly suitable for the surface cleaning of coarse-grained, crushed rocks such as clay-contaminated limestone. Functionality: In the front section of the Combined Drying/Cleaning drum, the moist, surface-contaminated bulk material is dried very efficiently in co-current. A separate cleaning zone, enlarged in diameter, is located immediately behind the drying zone. Due to the special design of the internal internals in this area, the pre-dried, contaminated bulk material is intensively and dynamically mixed within itself. As a result of the mutual, moving frictional contact between the particles, the adhering layer of dirt is very effectively removed from the actual rock (useful grain). The resulting fine-grained dirt abrasion is partially sucked out of the drum; remaining dirt dust is separated from the actual rock in subsequent screening stages. Benefits: - High performance: No separate cleaning unit required due to combined design. - Compact design: Compact dimensions and thus smaller footprint compared to wet cleaning. - High efficiency: Minimal operating costs for the drying and cleaning preparation stages. - Maximum efficieny: Cleaned rock material is already available in a dry state for further refinement. - High safety: Frost-proof system, as no washing water and thus no water treatment are required.

    6. Combined Drying and Shredding

      Combined Drying and Shredding

Combined Drying/Shredding TTM drums from Allgaier can be designed with either a single or double pass. This special drum design is a combined system in which the drying and the shredding or deagglomeration of bulk materials take place in a single unit. Therefore, only one drive and one bearing are required in each case. The plant is particularly suitable for processing filter cakes, ceramic raw materials and pre-dewatered sludges. Functionality: After being fed into the drum, the coarse, lumpy wet material is first pre-dried and then shredded or deagglomerated in the grinding track (consisting of the outer, cylindrical shell and the grinding media rolling inside it). This also exposes the internal moisture of lumps or filter cake plates for drying. After this zone, the crushed bulk material is further dried to the desired residual moisture content. Benefits: - High performance: Combined design eliminates the need for a separate shredding unit. - Maximum efficiency: A very homogeneous drying is made possible. - Maximum flexibility: By equipping the grinding track with different grinding media, high flexibility is possible during comminution. - Compact design: Compact overall dimensions possible (especially with two-pass drums).

    7. Combined Drying/Separating

      Combined Drying/Separating

Combined Drying/Separating Drums from Allgaier are of single-drum construction. This innovative drum construction is a combined system in which the drying and classification of bulk materials take place in a single unit. Therefore, only one drive and one bearing are required in each case. The system is suitable in cases where only coarse protective screening (in the cm range) is required. In addition, the system is particularly suitable for processing bulk materials with a very inhomogeneous particle size distribution, such as shredder material in vehicle recycling. Functionality: In the front section of the drum, the moist bulk material is dried very efficiently in co-current. A classifying zone of the same diameter is located immediately behind the drying zone and is firmly connected to it. The classifying zone, in the form of a cylindrical screening drum, performs the task of coarse classification into two grain classes (good grain and oversize grain). Typical separation cuts are in the range of a few centimeters. Good grain and oversized grain leave the drum via different outlets. Benefits: - High performance: Combined design eliminates the need for a separate (coarse) screening machine; no separate conveying unit required between the outlet and inlet of the dryer for coarse screening. - Maximum flexibility: High flexibility in grading is possible due to the design of the grading zone with different perforations. - Compact design: Height-optimized installation of drying and coarse screening possible.
