The JOEST compaction table has been specially developed for demanding applications in the lost foam process. It enables complete compaction of binder-free molding sand – even in hard-to-reach, horizontal, and multi-angled cavities of complex patterns. Precisely controllable vibration in three spatial directions ensures targeted filling of all mold areas. The system features resonance-free start and stop behavior and particularly gentle handling of the product – ensuring consistently high mold quality with minimal scrap.

Deichmann compact-jet-fiIters are dust-collecting systems that highly effciently implement high airextraction capacities using a very small footprint. Applications of these compact systems range from dust filtration of industrial workplaces to air purification of cleaning and grinding booths, and include metal-spraying facilities. As a product extractor, the system has proven to be highly efficient in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries - as weil as in activities involving pigment production, metallurgical processes, and many similar areas. Deichmann compact deduster KJF filters are designed for new plants as weil as for the upgrading of existing facilities. Space requirements are about half those involved with conventional filter systems. The construction system of Deicolon filter elements enables to shorten the filter-exchange time by almost two-thirds. Deichmann compact-jet-fiIter is a modular dust extraction filter system with vertically arranged filter elements and is designed for air volume flow ranging between 2,000 and 50,000 m³/h. Compression load cells are column shaped force sensors that measure forces. These load cells are named after the way they deflect. The deflection is in compression. Inside a compression load cell is one or multiple columns installed. By applying load, those columns will be compressed.
