Standardized and still highly flexible Factory-welded silos are used in almost all industries. Kurz Silosysteme can produce these silos up to a diameter of 6,200 mm. In addition to transport by truck, the silos are also shipped from a neighboring port by ship. Silo components such as filters, overfill protection, inspection facilities and discharge aids are also on offer. The scope of supply can be supplemented by mechanical or pneumatic systems for filling as well as emptying the silos. Of course, the silos are adapted or equipped according to the requirements. In order to minimize assembly times on site, the silos can be fully pre-installed at the factory. With the installation, the system is almost ready for operation.

The PUCEST® fan baffle allows worn module plates to be removed quickly and easily and replaced with carbide or wear-resistant steel module plates at the points subject to the highest stress. The previous disadvantages of conventionally installed impact plates, such as their time-consuming installation and the need to completely replace often only partially worn elements, are now a thing of the past. The quick-cleaning wiper is equipped with a practical lever arm that allows the wiper to be quickly folded down and serviced without tools. A special conversion kit with chain and cotter pin ensures that the wiper only needs to be adjusted during initial installation or when replacing the blade. The FDM is a flexible connector that has metal flanges pressed onto the material. A loose gasket seal is then added, making the connection airtight and giving it a smooth flow profile. The flanges are available in stainless steel 304 (1.4301) and stainless steel 316 (1.4571).

SBB is a modular system for discharging Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (Big Bags) in different configurations, depending on the application. Easy introduction of the FIBC into the support frame and dust-free discharging along with a variety of options make SBB extremely user-friendly. The four loops of the FIBC are attached to the hooks of the detached cross bar that has previously been placed on top of the FIBC. The cross bar with the attached FIBC is then picked up by a forklift truck and introduced into the frame of the SBB Discharger. Once the FIBC has settled on the rubber seal of the discharge hopper the outlet closing rope of the FIBC can be pulled open through the inspection hatch of the discharge hopper.
