    1. Finger Cascade Screen TopSpin

      Finger Cascade Screen TopSpin

The Finger Cascade Screen TopSpin has been specially developed for the pre-classification of difficult-to-screen products in recycling plants. It is used wherever conventional screening systems reach their limits – for example, with fibrous, elongated, or contaminated mixed fractions. The cascade steps ensure particularly effective product circulation, while the screen surface guarantees high throughput and clog-free screening. While fines are reliably screened out, elongated pieces are specifically discharged via the screen overflow. The system is based on a circular vibratory screen with shaft drive, achieving above-average acceleration values – ideal for materials such as ASR, shredder residues, RDF, MHW, or waste wood. In combination with optional features such as vibration monitoring, covers, or maintenance platforms, the TopSpin cascade screen offers a reliable and low-maintenance solution for demanding applications.

    2. Fire Monitor Systems

      Fire Monitor Systems

To prevent fires, potential ignition sources must be detected in good time and extinguished quickly. Thermal imaging cameras detect a fire as soon as it starts, even from a great distance and without ‘contact’ with the ignition source. This makes them ideal for early fire detection, even in large storage areas or high halls. Our certified IR cameras can be connected to the fire alarm system as special fire detectors. In an emergency, this saves valuable minutes for firefighting and enables the fire brigade to be alerted more quickly. For effective fire protection, we combine the infrared camera with a certified extinguishing system. This ensures early fire detection with the fastest possible extinguishing. The infrared cameras are aligned with the freely definable sectors of the area to be monitored and continuously measure the temperature distribution at the various positions. In the event of a fire, the cameras report the alarm status. They transmit the coordinates of any hotspots to the fire monitors and control the fully automatic extinguishing process. Depending on the desired presettings, the fire monitor either oscillates around the hotspot during the extinguishing process or moves across a defined area according to programmed specifications. Depending on the transmitted coordinates, the software automatically adjusts the opening of the extinguishing nozzle for optimum extinguishing effect.

    3. Fixed Ladders

      Fixed Ladders

Fixed- and shaft ladders are perfect to provide safe and permanent access to buildings, equipment and machines or safe access for inspection and maintenance purposes in basins and other kind of pits. A modular construction system has been developed to set up customised vertical ladders quickly and easily. Even intricated multisection ladders can be assembled with a time saving up to 30%. The extensive range of accessories offers solutions for a wide range of different requirements given by on-site circumstances. By the use of system components an economical compilation of your individual fixed ladder is possible taking account of statics and relevant standards. All components are coordinated to be flexibly combined with each other. Therefore expensive custom-made products are not required. In each case the standard configurations contain all needed system components.

    4. Flameless explosion venting

      Flameless explosion venting

The protection system ANTIDET Relief FQ is used for releasing the explosion pressure and other explosion pollution to the vicinity of the protected device, and unlike in other common elements for the relief, the flame does not penetrate the vicinity of the protected device. However, it still represents a passive element, which does not intervene in the combustion process during explosion. Just like all systems for the explosion relief, it requires the delimiting of sufficient security zone for the explosion products relief, where persons, obstacles, and environment with explosion hazard cannot be present. It further requires the combination with the system for the explosion separation.

    5. FLAP TYPE DIVERTER - FDV

      FLAP TYPE DIVERTER - FDV

The FDV flap type diverters have been designed to divert powders and pellets in pneumatic conveying systems. The FDV is available in two versions: the FDV-F type with flange fittings and the FDV-P type with pipe fittings. Both versions are available in aluminium, cast iron and stainless steel, in the ranges 50 - 250 for the FDV-F and in the ranges 50 - 150 for the FDV-P. Larger models are available on request. For the FDV there are 4 operating modes: a pneumatic cylinder assembly, a pneumatic actuator assembly, an electrical actuator and hand operation.

    6. FLASH EXPLOSION SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

      FLASH EXPLOSION SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Flash™ explosion suppression systems have been designed to detect and suppress dust explosions in an initial stage by injecting suppressant powder into the vessel. Flash™ explosion systems have been tested and ATEX certified, meet SIL 2 safety integrity levels and are compliant with EN14373:2005 and EN15089:2009 standards. Flash™ systems consist of 3 major parts: − Explosion detector for detection of static pressure, dynamic pressure or light intensity increases − Control unit directing the operation and communication between detector and suppression bottles − Suppression bottles for fast injection of the suppressant into the vessel
