HARD CERAMIC – WEAR PROTECTION, CONVENIENT AND INEXPENSIVE
The base materials for the manufacture of hard ceramics are high-grade clays, kaolins, feldspars, and pure quartz sand. These materials are finely ground and mixed according to a defined recipe to form a ceramic mass with very high wear resistance properties. The controlled production process safeguards the excellent properties of the hard ceramic, such as: - High abrasion resistance - High compressive strength and resistance to nearly all acids and alkalis (with the exception of hydrofluoric acids and their compounds) - Very good thermal shock resistance - Temperature resistance up to +500°C - Frost resistant and corrosion free - Extremely smooth surface, thus preventing bulk materials from caking, bridging, and clogging

Hartmetall Innengurt Abstreifer
Der FTK HM-Innengurt Abstreifer wird bei leichten bis schweren Bandanlagen eingesetzt. Um zu vermeiden, dass sich Material im Innengurt zwischen Trommel und Gurt festsetzt und so Gurt und Trommel beschädigt Bandgeschwindigkeiten bis 2m/s bei der Mini-Ausführung. Bandgeschwindigkeiten ab 2m/s bei der verstärkten Ausführung. Er ist speziell bei stark anhaftenden und abrasiven Materialien und bei beschädigten Gurten einsetzbar und verfügt über eine geringe Einbauhöhe. Einsatzgebiete: Sand, Kies, Recycling, Kompost, Ton, Ziegelwerke, Asphaltmischwerke, Gips, Zement, Glasindustrie, u.v.m. Anhaftende Produkte am Fördergurt verringern durch die starken Verschmutzungen die Lebensdauer des Förderbandes. Dies hat meist kostenintensive Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Produktionsausfallzeiten zur Folge.

HDPV2 Gate
Designed to address higher-pressure applications up to 75 psig (5 barg) depending on size, the Vortex HDPV2 sets itself apart from traditional industry slide gates. The rising blade design provides positive material shut-off by means of an O-ring seal on the inlet of the valve. This design feature eliminates the issues related to packing or material causing abrasion to the end seal.
