
Orifice Gate
The Vortex Quantum Orifice Gate is specifically engineered to handle dry bulk solids in gravity flow, dilute phase, or vacuum conveying systems with pressures up to 15 psig (1 barg) depeding on size. Traditional slide gates and butterfly valves commonly allow packing of material, which prevents positive air and material shutoff.

OSCILLA Flip‑Flow Screen Family
When screening challenging, sticky, or inhomogeneous bulk materials, conventional screening machines often cannot meet the requirements. This is where the OSCILLA Flip‑Flow Screens from JOEST come into play: They operate with minimal risk of clogging, loosen the material, and enable efficient fines separation – even under the most demanding conditions. The systems are available in various configurations: from the classic Flip‑Flow Screen to the combined version with an additional conventional screen deck, and the specially developed Screen‑Feed Unit. Typical screen cuts range from 0.5 mm to 40 mm. With acceleration values of up to 50 g on the screen deck, engineered resonance drive technology, and flexible PU screen mats, OSCILLA screens deliver high separation accuracy with minimal maintenance – for example, through clog‑free operation, even with difficult products and high throughput rates.

The heated scraper is equipped with a heater and thermal oil, thus preventing the material from freezing to the scraper. Thanks to the heated scraper, it is possible to use the scraper even in the cold seasons and at very low temperatures.

Overband separator
IFE electromagnetic overband separators are used to separate ferrous impurities from any kind of bulk material. They are used to recover magnetic particles from slag, household or industrial waste, foundry sand etc. and are utilized to protect crushers, belt conveyors, screens or grinders from metallic tramp particles.

OVERFILL PROTECTION
The Stanelle silo overfill protection is a self contained system. Ready to install in conjunction with the provided pinch valve, max sensor and end surge limiter this controller prevents the silo from overfilling and the silos interior pressure from exceeding the max value. In addition the controller can also integrate the dedusting filter installed on the silo.

Parabolic-hard-metal-bar-scraper
The Parabolic Scraper is designed for older belts that are worn in the middle. More Tension is in the middle of the scraper than on the sides. This scraper comes either with Telescopic for easier handling or without. It is recommended with Telescopic for the bigger belts. The Blade is exchangeable with blades either of Hard Metal or Polyurethane. The blade is a solid Blade, meaning no Segments unlike other conventional scrapers. This makes Blade changes as well as maintenance on the scraper quicker and much easier. Due to the nature of this Scrapers solid Blade, there is most often no need for a secondary scraper to be installed as well. This Scraper is manufactured locally and has proven itself over the years. This Scraper is patented in South Africa and other countries in the world.
