Horizontal Bag Filter – flexible dedusting solution by INSTAL-FILTER The INSTAL-FILTER horizontal bag filter is an efficient and flexible solution for dedusting and process gas cleaning in installations handling bulk solids. Its horizontal design allows for easy expansion, convenient maintenance, and stable operation at high gas flow rates and heavy dust loads. Depending on the customer’s needs, we deliver either the bag filter itself or a complete dedusting or flue gas cleaning system. As a technology-driven company, we design solutions holistically – from process analysis and technology selection to manufacturing, integration, and commissioning – always based on real operating conditions. Each horizontal bag filter is manufactured in-house and custom-designed, taking into account process parameters, dust characteristics, emission requirements, and plant layout. Our own engineering team, extensive industrial experience, and full control over production enable us to deliver reliable, precisely tailored solutions – including special designs such as ATEX-compliant versions.

Horizontal Cooler Chain Conveyors
The ILCHMANN horizontal cooler chain conveyor is designed for the controlled cooling of press cake, pellets, and comparable bulk materials. It is used wherever uniform cooling performance, gentle product handling, and space-efficient integration into existing plants are required.

HOSCH Belt Conveyor Sealing System Type FD
- The HOSCH conveyor belt sealing system Type FD consists of a robust sealing board made of stainless steel, equipped with sealing blocks juxtaposed in a row and fixed by means of a clamp. - The sealing board is also available in galvanized execution. - The sealing blocks are made of an abrasion-resistant rubber compound. They are easy to install and allow for smooth and individual adjustment against the belt. - The edges of the sealing blocks must be in light contact with the belt surface to offer maximum sealing efficiency with minimum wear. - In the event that the sealing efficiency decreases, each block can be readjusted individually. - HOSCH conveyor belt sealing systems Type FD can be juxtaposed without limitation so as to seal the complete loading zone of the belt conveyor. It is recommended either to bolt or to weld the sealing boards directly to the chute walls or to bracket off the structural framework. - The sealing blocks can be changed and/or re-adjusted with a minimum of efforts. For simple and smooth adjustment, a special HOSCH spanner is available. - For a better tightness in the corner areas, longer sealing blocks are available. These blocks can be cut to size during installation.
