Mittels aufgesprühtes Polyurethan werden unterschiedlichste Anlagen(teile) von einer sehr abriebfesten und dauerhafte Beschichtung vorsehen. Dies um Abriebsprozesse zu vermeiden oder entgegen zu wirken, um das Entstehen von Anbackungen zu reduzieren, um die Anlagen besser reinigen zu können, oder als Lärmschutz bei aufprallende Produkten.
Polyurethane coating - mixing stirrer
Operating description: The application of a polyurethane coating. The polyurethane in question goes by the name of Kobaflex V80. Kobaflex V80 is a polyurethane which belongs to the group of elastomers. This means that the material retains its flexibility and is able to withstand abrasion caused by friction. It also possesses a high degree of elasticity. Kobaflex V80 exhibits a hardness of 80° Shore A. General: Kobaflex is applied by means of a spray application which ensures a smooth and even coating. The parts must first be sandblasted (sandblasting standard: SA 2½, Coarseness: Rz > 60μm, Ra > 10μm) after which a special primer is applied. The primer helps prevent corrosion and remains stable up to 65°C in wet conditions and up to 80°C in dry conditions.

Position switch Ex ES/EM 98
With the ES/EM 98 Extreme series, steute has developed position switches with metal housings and normed dimensions in acc. with DIN EN 50041, suited to applications in extreme environments. Depending on user preferences and the sealing concept selected, versions are available in protection classes IP 66, IP 67 and IP 69K. A large temperature range from -40 °C to +90 °C further increases the potential of these new Extreme position switches. Users can choose from a large selection of actuators, and available switching inserts include a new contact variant with three contacts designed as a slow action or snap action contact with a positive break NC contact. A certified variant for use in explosive zones is now also available. The switching devices can be used in gas-Ex-zones 1 and 2, as well as dust-Ex-zones 21 and 22.

Precise dosing system
Our Precise dosing system is suitable for powdery and finely grained bulk materials. Please specify the range of grain sizes when making your enquiry. The bulk material must have good conveying and flow properties. The agitator in the inlet area helps to ensure an almost constant filling level. Agglomerates that formed in the silo are broken up and crushed, thus increasing the process reliability even more. In addition, the spindle pitch is progressive, thus reducing the risk of the bulk material compacting inside the feed tube. The screw spiral and housing are precision-finished and therefore display maximum sealing integrity. The removable feed tube makes it easy to clean the screw. Outside bearings are as standard. Our distributors you can get pressure-shock-proof and ATEX-compliant, too.

Pressure equalisation valve
Application area: According to VGB 112, pneumatically fillable silos and tanks must be fitted with overpressure / low pressure protection. The Mahr pressure equalisation valve is supplied in the nominal diameter DN 200. Design: The response pressure is adjusted using sliding weights. The low pressure can be set to between 5 and 13 mbar and the overpressure to max. 40 mbar. Option: The low-cost alternative is a DN 250 spring loaded overpressure / low pressure protection device

Pressure shock resistant silos
If explosive bulk materials such as coal, flour or sewage sludge granulate have to be stored, then pressure-shock-resistant silos are the solution. An individual P&I diagram with complete safety equipment is created for each user case - for the safe operation and filling of the silos in accordance with ATEX standards. We offer pressure-shock-resistant silos preferably in diameters of 3,200 - 4,200mm and with a volume of 70 - 300m³. Application area: Pressure vessel for high pressure conveying. Material: Boiler plate: stainless steel Every design with the corresponding factory acceptance certificate. Calculation: according to AD and/or EU regulations Design: The boiler consists of the dished bottom, the cylindrical jacket and the cone with the taper angle of 60°. Every tank has a manhole and all spouts for the necessary valves. The position of the spots is variable. The spout position depends on the local conditions. Operating data: Acceptance is performed by TÜV or in-house motoring of the appropriate companies.

Conveying capacity of more than 300 t/h, conveying distance more than 3000 m without intermediate stations have been realized. MÖLLER® pressure vessel systems in conjunction with the TURBUFLOW® dense phase conveying system are suitable for mostly all dry bulk materials , even for highly abrasive bulk materials with Mohs values over 9 and Blaine values over 10,000. Slow conveyance to reduce wear and thus increase operational reliability is extremely important. In this regard, TURBUFLOW requires up to 30% less energy than is required by conventional conveying systems.
