    1. INFA-MICRON MKR

      INFA-MICRON MKR

Two-stage cassette filter system for the reliable filtration of toxic dusts during the production of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients. The INFA-MICRON MKR cassette filter system is available as a cassette filter in either a single-stage or two-stage configuration, depending on requirements, and also as a downstream safety filter (police filter) without a cleaning unit. The modular filter series covers an air volume range from > 500 m³/h up to larger volume flows of approximately 20,000 m³/h through the parallel use of multiple filter modules. The two-stage design ensures residual dust levels down to 0.001 mg/m³. Filter media used include class H13 filter cassettes in the first filter stage with a cleaning unit and class H13 to U15 filter cassettes for the second filter stage without a cleaning unit. Requirements for operational safety and freedom from contamination, as well as the consideration of health and environmental aspects during dust extraction, necessitate the special design and manufacturing of these filter units. Risks associated with the filtration of highly active substances (HPPS), hazardous or toxic dusts, and respirable airborne particles are minimized with these units. Key features include: ▫ suitability for laboratory use due to very low cleaning noise at the threshold of perception ▫ minimized system height ▫ leak testing of each individual filter cartridge possible ▫ optimal cleanability externally and in the raw gas area ▫ simple and quick filter cartridge replacement for non-critical dust types and frequent product changes without the use of safe-change technology ▫ for toxic and critical dust types, the containment system with safe-change technology can be additionally used ▫ suitable for almost all ATEX applications

    2. INFA-MICRON MPR

      INFA-MICRON MPR

Two-stage cartridge filter system for the reliable filtration of toxic dusts in the production of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients. Application: This two-stage filter system offers high operational reliability for dust removal in demanding manufacturing processes with particulate emissions, such as toxic dusts or powders. The INFA-MICRON MPR cartridge filter was developed for dusts that are not only highly hazardous but also difficult to filtration. The horizontally mounted filter cartridges are cleaned offline using a jet-pulse process and an additional top-level cleaning step. This process extends the range of applications to include more strongly adhering or sticky dusts. The jet-pulse process, with its intensive cleaning pulse, results in thorough cleaning of the filter cartridges. Additionally, the filter cartridges can be pre-coated or operated with a continuous additive injection system. This ensures long-term filter performance with a stable pressure drop. Advantages ▫ High Containment up to OEB4 ▫ Separation efficiency 1st filter stage H13: 99.95% ▫ Separation efficiency 2nd filter stage H14: 99.995% ▫ Residual dust levels down to 0.001 mg/m³ ▫ Raw gas dust loading up to 10 g/m³ ▫ Highly effective jet-pulse cleaning system Special features Jet-pulse cleaning of the filter cartridge ▫ Optimal cleaning enables long service life of the filter material ▫ Optional pre-coating or continuous additive addition for improved cleanability with adhering or sticky dusts

    3. INFA-Vario-Jet AJV Handout

      INFA-Vario-Jet AJV Handout

INFA-Vario-Jet AJV Multiple filter series for dedusting in the bulk solids industry with different filter media Area of application: The INFA-VARIO-JET AJV is especially suitable for dedusting pneumatic conveyors in the bulk materials industry. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel as standard. Due to its round design, the cartridge filter / bag filter can be used for over/under pressures of up to +/- 0.5 bar. The filter range is also suitable for all applications where a product/dust/air mixture is continuously generated over a longer period of time, i.e. also for dedusting mechanical transport and processing operations. During the filtration phase, the filter cartridges or filter bags are cleaned at regular intervals using compressed air pulses (jet cleaning). The filter sizes cover an air volume range from 20 m³/h to 4,000 m³/h. Advantages: ▫ Flexible adaptation to the installation situation ▫ Design in accordance RL 2014/34/EU ▫ Filter media: filter bag, filter cartridge, sintered cartridge ▫ Raw and clean gas side filter installation possible ▫ Residual dust < 1mg/m³ ▫ Optional: H14 filter cassette as secondary stage < 0,001mg/m³ ▫ Internal compressed air tank ▫ Stainless steel housing Advantages of the sintered cartridge: ▫ For abrasive dusts suitable ▫ Usable as dust Ex-zone barrier ▫ Pure surface filtration ▫ Very long service life ▫ No flexing due to rigid filter material ▫ Washable ▫ Jet-pulse cleaning ▫ Fiber-free product recovery

    5. Inflatable Seat INFLAS

      Inflatable Seat INFLAS

The sealing system was developed for highly abrasive or very sensitive media. Available for all resilient seated butterfly valves with interchangeable seat. In closed position, the liner will be pressed against the disc using low air pressure. The media is sealed off securely. Before opening the disc, the chamber is vented behind the liner. This creates an air gap between the liner and the disc, hence low torque is required to open the valve. ADVANTAGES Extremely low wear of parts even in contact with abrasive media. Low sized actuators due to reduced torques. Low grinding/-clamping of sensitive media between disc and liner.

    6. Infrared Early Fire Detection – PYROsmart® & PYROspy®

      Infrared Early Fire Detection – PYROsmart® & PYROspy®

PYROsmart® detects fire hazards early! PYROsmart® intelligent IR early fire detection uses different types of sensors depending on the version. A high-resolution infrared camera (“thermal imaging camera”) operates in the PYROsmart® pro in combination with a video camera and a specially developed pan/tilt system. This enables large areas to undergo continuous scanning and high-resolution panoramic thermal imaging to be produced using our patented process. Thermal imaging of the entire monitoring area is clearly displayed in a panoramic view. The panoramic view can also be described as “temperature mapping” of the entire detection area. PYROsmart®’s special features include intelligent algorithms that can differentiate between, for example, a hot exhaust pipe, which quickly reaches a temperature of 450°C, and a possible fire source of only 85°C. This key feature saves time in the process of fire detection. It ultimately ensures prevention of fires that can lead to major damage to property and personal injury, loss of production, and even the total loss of a business. When a critical temperature is detected, its location can be pinpointed immediately and accurately. This is yet another key advantage over all other types of detector equipment. Precisely locating potential fire hazards is possible because PYROsmart® understands the monitored area’s exact space geometry. No extra sensors are required to do this.

    7. Infrared fire detection systems with extinguishing system for industry

Infrared fire detection systems with extinguishing system for industry

T&B's new system for the early detection of potential fire risks based on an infrared camera fulfils today's increased requirements for preventive fire protection in plants – as a reliable solution in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. Depending on your processes and the requirements of your insurance company, you can receive the camera with the required certification: either certified according the VdS or the EN 54-10. It is therefore suitable for realising standard-compliant systems for fire prevention in installations. Depending on the operator's requirements, it is possible to control an extinguishing system and connect to fire alarm systems or fire brigade control centres. To effectively prevent fires, T&B electronic combines the infrared camera with its certified extinguishing systems for comprehensive protection. This is becoming increasingly important in this sector in particular: waste disposal companies only receive adequate insurance cover under strict conditions – due to the extreme increase in fire incidents in the last year alone.
