They are used for a broad range of bulk-solids like ashes, coal, cement, sewage-slurry, plastics, crystalline acids, methyl cellulose, carbon black or any other products in dusty or grainy condition. Standard Rotary-Valves work on the principle of volumetric-transport. The bulk solids are falling from the Inlet section into the mostly star shaped chambers by force of gravity. While the rotor is turning, a determined volume of the bulk-solid is moved towards the outlet. Based upon the fixed geometry of the rotors chambers, the conveyed volume is well defined. Our product-range provides various options, designs and materials. We offer a standard-product made from cast-iron, where all parameters which are not related to the housing can be configurated to match your bulk solids characteristics. Over and above we produce Rotary-Valves as a weld-construction, which are available in all customary materials. We provide plenty of options and extra equipment to perfectly serve all of your requirements, which arise from the conditions of your bulk-solid. As a result of our long-term development, we are able to provide standard Rotary-Valves for cement and rough materials in welded-design in highest quality with short delivery times and at an exceedingly competitive price. Our sizing ranges from 80mm – 2300mm rotor-diameter.

      Depending on the requirements, the Rotonivo® rotary paddle switch is used as a full, demand or empty detector in storage silos or process vessels and is suitable for use in almost all solids. With its simple electromechanical measuring principle it can also be adapted for extreme process conditions. A motor driven shaft causes the vane to rotate. Once the material level reaches the vane, thereby preventing further rotation, this creates a torque, which is converted via a switch to an electric signal. Once the vane is free again of the material, the output signal is reset and the motor driven shaft rotates again. This reliable and maintenance-free limit switch for safe level detection in bulk solids has international approvals for use in gas and dust hazardous areas and is also certified to SIL 2.       The bag filter INFA-VARIO-JET AJV is especially suitable for dedusting pneumatic conveying processes of bulk materials. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured of stainless steel serially. Because of the round construction, the bag filter is applicable for overpressure / low pressure up to +/- 0.5 bar. But this filter series can be used generally for all cases where a product / dust / air mixture continuously arises over a long period of time. It is also suitable for de-dusting of mechanical transporting and manufacturing processes.

The middle-range RS class series is particularly effective in difficult recycling applications and in pre-shredding. In contrast to fast-running systems, four shaft shredders are especially resistant to foreign objects, meaning that if a cutting disc hits a foreign object, then the machine stops immediately. On the other, the reliable drive permits frequent reversing, which is particularly beneficial when shredding problematic materials. In addition, the manufacturer has integrated a perforated screen quick-change system as standard, which permits rapid and efficient changing of the screen and guarantees easy operation.

Low operating costs thanks to low required power, low-maintenance and wear. Product-friendly homogenizing, drying, cooling and dyeing can for example be carried out in one working cycle. Working Method: Depending on its characteristics the product to be blended is fed either on top or at the side. It is also possible to feed it directly into the blending screw which is in the lower part. The blending screw consists of a sturdy central tube with welded anger-type helixes. The conical diameter and the progressive ascending slope are the decisive characteristics of the blending tools. They are chosen according to the silo diameter. Thanks to the special geometry of the open, slow turning blending anger the product can slowly flow from all horizontal levels of the silo towards the centre, where it is fed upwards with a slowly increasing feeding speed. Horizontal and vertical currents blend the whole silo contents perfectly within a short time.
