      Inflatable Seat INFLAS

The sealing system was developed for highly abrasive or very sensitive media. Available for all resilient seated butterfly valves with interchangeable seat. In closed position, the liner will be pressed against the disc using low air pressure. The media is sealed off securely. Before opening the disc, the chamber is vented behind the liner. This creates an air gap between the liner and the disc, hence low torque is required to open the valve. ADVANTAGES Extremely low wear of parts even in contact with abrasive media. Low sized actuators due to reduced torques. Low grinding/-clamping of sensitive media between disc and liner.

    2. Infrared Early Fire Detection – PYROsmart® & PYROspy®

      Infrared Early Fire Detection – PYROsmart® & PYROspy®

PYROsmart® detects fire hazards early! PYROsmart® intelligent IR early fire detection uses different types of sensors depending on the version. A high-resolution infrared camera (“thermal imaging camera”) operates in the PYROsmart® pro in combination with a video camera and a specially developed pan/tilt system. This enables large areas to undergo continuous scanning and high-resolution panoramic thermal imaging to be produced using our patented process. Thermal imaging of the entire monitoring area is clearly displayed in a panoramic view. The panoramic view can also be described as “temperature mapping” of the entire detection area. PYROsmart®’s special features include intelligent algorithms that can differentiate between, for example, a hot exhaust pipe, which quickly reaches a temperature of 450°C, and a possible fire source of only 85°C. This key feature saves time in the process of fire detection. It ultimately ensures prevention of fires that can lead to major damage to property and personal injury, loss of production, and even the total loss of a business. When a critical temperature is detected, its location can be pinpointed immediately and accurately. This is yet another key advantage over all other types of detector equipment. Precisely locating potential fire hazards is possible because PYROsmart® understands the monitored area’s exact space geometry. No extra sensors are required to do this.

    3. Infrared fire detection systems with extinguishing system for industry

Infrared fire detection systems with extinguishing system for industry

T&B's new system for the early detection of potential fire risks based on an infrared camera fulfils today's increased requirements for preventive fire protection in plants – as a reliable solution in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. Depending on your processes and the requirements of your insurance company, you can receive the camera with the required certification: either certified according the VdS or the EN 54-10. It is therefore suitable for realising standard-compliant systems for fire prevention in installations. Depending on the operator's requirements, it is possible to control an extinguishing system and connect to fire alarm systems or fire brigade control centres. To effectively prevent fires, T&B electronic combines the infrared camera with its certified extinguishing systems for comprehensive protection. This is becoming increasingly important in this sector in particular: waste disposal companies only receive adequate insurance cover under strict conditions – due to the extreme increase in fire incidents in the last year alone.

    4. InnoTeer | Sustainable Thermal Asphalt Recycling

InnoTeer | Sustainable Thermal Asphalt Recycling

InnoTeer supports federal, state, and local authorities in safely decontaminating tar- and PAH contaminated reclaimed asphalt and turning it into a high quality construction material. The goal is to keep mineral road construction materials fully within a closed loop and to avoid landfilling as much as possible. The process enables the treatment of tar and pitch contaminated reclaimed asphalt directly at existing asphalt mixing plants. As a result, transport distances are reduced, landfill volumes minimized, carbon emissions significantly lowered, and a valuable contribution is made toward broader resource efficiency and climate protection objectives. The InnoTeer process was developed in collaboration with Fraunhofer UMSICHT and combines scientific expertise with industrial practicality.
