InnoTeer | Sustainable Thermal Asphalt Recycling

InnoTeer supports federal, state, and local authorities in safely decontaminating tar- and PAH contaminated reclaimed asphalt and turning it into a high quality construction material. The goal is to keep mineral road construction materials fully within a closed loop and to avoid landfilling as much as possible. The process enables the treatment of tar and pitch contaminated reclaimed asphalt directly at existing asphalt mixing plants. As a result, transport distances are reduced, landfill volumes minimized, carbon emissions significantly lowered, and a valuable contribution is made toward broader resource efficiency and climate protection objectives. The InnoTeer process was developed in collaboration with Fraunhofer UMSICHT and combines scientific expertise with industrial practicality.

Intelligent Flow Measurement for Better Transparency

With the latest generation of DYNAmflow throughput measurement, the focus shifts from the measured value itself to the intelligent analysis of material flow. The new MF-Config parameterization and analysis software with integrated AI calibration support is central to this. MF-Config visualizes process trends. The continuously recorded measurement curve enables detailed throughput analysis, even retrospectively. This allows for the early detection of irregularities, gradual process changes, or inefficient operating conditions. Recurring patterns and optimization potential suddenly become apparent. Furthermore, it enhances the documentation and traceability of process data. MF-Config also offers the innovative Auto-Calibrate function – a significant simplification of commissioning and a considerable reduction in commissioning time. At the touch of a button, the material flow is analyzed, and the perfect sensor settings for the specific process and material are automatically selected. With the new generation of DYNAmflow, measurement systematically becomes a data source for process understanding and optimization. This creates new opportunities for increasing efficiency, improving quality and proactive plant optimization — a clear step from pure measurement technology to data-driven process intelligence.

    3. IntelligentFlow

      IntelligentFlow

Möller IntelligentFlowTM Is a state-of-the-art control system specifically developed for new and existing pressure vessel systems. It ensures continuous and precise control, ensuring your system always operates at its optimal operating point. Our algorithm continuously optimizes the pressure vessel system, achieving energy savings of up to 20 %. Wear and tear are significantly reduced due to lower conveying speeds compared to conventional systems. IntelligentFlow TM allows for the storage of an unlimited number of individual bulk material parameters, enabling the same system to convey a wide range of different bulk materials with maximum efficiency, even after decades of operation.

      Interface measurement - specific solutions

Continuous level measurement The plumb bob series NivoBob® NB 3300/3400 meets the requirements of many interface measurements and are very reliable due to the simple measuring principle. A 4-20mA analog signal as well as a Modbus RTU/Profibus DP interface are available for level evaluation. Level limit measurement Vibration forks of the Vibranivo® series VN 1000 or VN 5000 can be used to measure limit levels of slurries and solids in liquids. The wetted parts are made of resistant stainless steel. With the VN 1030 and VN 5030 versions, even depths of approx. 4m can be realized when installed from above in a tank or basin. The high sensitivity required for the respective solids detection can be easily set on the electronics. Continuous level measurement With the capacitive sensor NivoCapa® and the guided radar NivoGuide® NG 8000 series, UWT offers two reliable sensor families that meet all expectations of various media, which have to be measured, different requirements as well as installation positions. The capacitive measuring method perfectly suits interface measurements where an emulsion layer developed. Guided radar technology allows concurrent detection of the interface and the total level with only one sensor. The capacitive measurement method is ideal for precisely detecting or measuring the interface between two liquids or between a liquid and foam. Sensors for interface measurement must often have a correspondingly high sensitivity, a high chemical resistance and a robust construction against mechanical stress and deposits or buildup. With the capacitive sensor Capanivo® 7000 and Capanivo® 8000 series and the RFnivo® 8000 series, cable or rod sensor versions.
