
Regenerable HEPA-Filter: Filter module
Using regenerable filter cartridges with filter media of filter class H13, the residual dust level of the former HEPA filtration can be achieved with only one filter stage. Expensive process interruptions during the filter change of the second filter stage are thus a thing of the past. In particularly sensitive areas, such as the chemicals or pharmaceutical industries, the filter module can be used as plug-in or top filter. Depending on the application, it serves as the first or second filter stage. The filter module can be used for aspiration, for vent pneumatic conveyors, as a safety filter and for many other applications. The inflow of the filter surface takes place on the raw gas side from outside to inside. The contaminated star filter is pushed into a closed container like a pneumatic tube network. Thus, the star filter can be disposed of without contamination. The filter module can be used for the controlled explosion in a pressure-resistant housing. Reliable Particle Separation with Cyclones
During industrial processes, it is often necessary to remove particles from the air or gas flow. This is done when raw materials are recovered, but also when the air flow is cleaned. The JACOB portfolio includes cyclones for this purpose in its standard range. These set the air flow in motion and rotate it. Particles are separated in the process using centrifugal force. Since cyclones are passive components, their effectiveness depends on numerous factors such as the performance of the fan. Our experts would be pleased to help you with their experience and assist you with selecting the right cyclone. Our standard range of JACOB cyclones is available in diameters ranging from 250-1000 mm with lipped connections, and cyclones with diameters from 1120-2500 mm with welded-on flanges. If our standard range does not have the right size for a special challenge that you have, JACOB will manufacture cyclones to your specification.

Remote signal module MSM-5 for silo safety device
Since June 2024, the new remote signal module MSM-5 will be available. Colourful LED displays show the status of the monitored silo components and additionally a segment display of the differential pressure in the filter apparatus. The remote signal module (MSM-5) is installed in the control panel. It indicates the differential pressure in the filter apparatus, provides messages about the filter operation and can monitor the silo for overpressure and overfilling as a silo safety device. For this purpose, a level indicator in the silo and a pinch valve in the delivery line must be installed on site. The MSM-5 is operated in conjunction with the SCD 10.12 filter control unit, which provides the power supply of 24 V DC. The filter control unit provides 5 different digital signals and a 4-20 mA signal corresponding to the differential pressure. There are 4 outputs, a digital pressure display and LEDs (green, yellow, red) for displaying the actual state. Even with external filters, it can be integrated into an existing system at any time.

Regular rollers reliably prevent conveyor belt misalignment and simultaneously protect the sensitive belt edges. To ensure flawless operation even under real-world conditions, the rollers are equipped with a dirt-repellent special rubber (60° Shore). This ensures stable function even if the drum shell is not completely clean. Our regular rollers are suitable for both standard and reversible conveyor belts and offer a robust, low-maintenance solution for daily use. How it works: When the belt is running straight, the longitudinal axis of the roller shell is at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel of the conveyor belt. If the belt misaligns, the roller shell tilts slightly forward due to the belt's own weight, creating a pre-run. This pre-run counteracts the misalignment and automatically returns the belt to the correct position. As soon as the belt is running smoothly again, the roller shell returns to its starting position. This self-regulating movement is made possible by a central ball joint and the defined axis position.
Reversing scraper
Reversing scraper The FTK standard reversing scraper is for use on light to heavy conveyor belt systems. This scraper was specially developed for reverse operation. By means of a technology adjusted to its optimum for this process, the scraper aligns itself to the belt cover during its work process at an angle of 90 degrees. In reverse operation, the scraper automatically adopts a slightly dragging position and thus prevents vibrations and excessive wear of the belt cover. Belt speeds of up to 2 m/s with the mini-model. RFnivo® 3000 - capacitive level limit switch for solids
The RFnivo® level limit switch is universally applicable in solids and liquids as a full, demand or empty detector in silos and containers. The different device versions withstand extreme process conditions and due to their stainless steel components, are very robust. The RFnivo® measures the capacitance between the probe and container wall. If the probe is covered by the product, the measured capacitance changes and a switching signal is activated. Since each container is different in geometry, the RFnivo® must be calibrated after installation. This is done automatically once the supply voltage has been connected or by pressing the calibration button on the unit. All versions of this device are complete with "Active Shield Technology" which ensures the probe is insensitive to any material build up or caking. This ensures complete reliability of the probe.
