JACOB and BFM®: The Perfect Fit

It is often necessary in pipe systems to absorb vibrations and oscillations, and to decouple individual parts of a system from one another. To achieve optimum results, JACOB and BFM® have combined their systems into one product: The BFM® spigot is now available through JACOB with a 6 mm lip for pull-ring connection so that the unique BFM® flexible connection can be installed easily into a modular pipework system in seconds. It is formed from two spigots and a connector made from exceptionally resilient polyurethane. The innovative snap-in design allows the connector to click into the double beading of a matching spigot by means of an internal metal ring. No tools or welding are needed for installation. The BFM® system also meets FDA and EC 1935/2004 requirements, just like the JACOB Food Grade range. This means that these products are suitable for use in industries that demand the highest standards, such as foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals. The compensators can be used in ATEX environments under certain conditions. One connector system – many advantages • Fits easily into the JACOB pull-ring system • No tools needed for assembly • 100 % dust tight • Less wear, higher durability • Quick assembly and disassembly for maintenance and cleaning • Suitable for foodstuffs: FDA and EC 1935/2004 compliant

    3. JACOB Horizontal Cyclone

      JACOB Horizontal Cyclone

The patented horizontal cyclone from JACOB fits in almost every pipe system. Its design makes it easy to integrate with straight pipes. This makes it the first choice when retrofitting a cyclone. But it also proves its worth in new pipework systems, where it reliably cleans the airflow of particles and sparks. These horizontal cyclones belong to the JACOB modular pipework system. They can be integrated within your system as required: - As a pre-filter, to clean the air of dust particles, and thus extend the life of filter systems - To separate large-volume, low-density particles, such as in the medical industry

    4. JEL Konti II CTM (Containment)

      JEL Konti II CTM (Containment)

The JEL Konti II CTM can be used to screen a wide variety of products and perform almost all common screening tasks - up to OEB level 4. When screening, the containment level is always at risk when the machine has to be opened - such as when changing the screen feeder. With our JEL Konti II CTM containment screen, you can carry out screening processes safely and easily even without isolators and full protective suits. The screen insert can be changed without breaking the containment and with just a few simple steps - for maximum safety and productivity.

    5. JEL SmartCon ES - Big Bag Containment Emptying System

JEL SmartCon ES - Big Bag Containment Emptying System

With the JEL SmartCon ES connection system, big bags with foil liners can be emptied under containment conditions up to OEB 4. This means that only minimal, barely measurable quantities of product particles escape into the plant environment. Operating personnel are thus protected from harmful substances, and excessive dust exposure in your plant due to fine powdery products is prevented. With JEL SmartCon ES, you can empty big bags in just 10 simple steps. The system features a consistent hygienic design and a range of safety features, such as integrated pressure testing of the big bag liners before the emptying process begins.

Automatic cartridge cleaning by compressed air system. Highlights: - W 3 Certification - Automatic cleaning by compressed air system - Equipped with Dynaflex self-supporting arm or Evolution No Smoke as standard - Possibility of attachment for one or two suction arms - High-efficiency cartridges - High suction capacity - Low noise - Easy maintenance due to horizontally positioned cartridges - "Plug & Play" solution, no installation required - "Down Flow Concept"

    7. Jolting Volumeter

      Jolting Volumeter

The JEL STAV II Jolting Volumeter measures the bulk volume and tamped density of bulk materials before and after compaction. The device is motor-driven, controlled via a display, and holds the measuring cylinder in place with a clamping device. It complies with relevant standards such as the European Pharmacopoeia, DIN ISO 787-11, ISO 3953, ISO 8967, and ASTM B 527-93. The stroke rate can be individually adjusted, measuring cylinders are available in various sizes, and a soundproof hood is available as an option.

    9. K1 - Trajectory Mixer / Lab Mixer

      K1 - Trajectory Mixer / Lab Mixer

K1 – Trajectory Mixer for R&D and Pilot Production The K1 is a compact laboratory and pilot-scale trajectory mixer for powders, pastes and viscous materials. It mixes materials in closed containers using high-speed container motion instead of stirring tools. This enables very fast, gentle and contamination-free mixing – even for sensitive, abrasive or highly filled formulations. Because the product remains inside the container, no cleaning of the mixer is required between batches. The K1 is used for formulation development, material testing and pilot production in applications such as battery materials, ceramics, refractory, specialty chemicals and high-value food ingredients. Key benefits Tool-free mixing in closed containers Very short mixing times No cross-contamination, no CIP Easy scale-up to J-series production systems
