
Screw Conveyors
ILCHMANN screw conveyors are engineered for a wide range of applications and are available with constant pitch for standard conveying duties, with progressive pitch for controlled discharge applications (e.g. silo extraction), or as plug screw conveyors for extractor/toaster feeding, or force feeding duties such as press feeding. Screw conveyors are suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying. For operation in potentially explosive atmospheres, gas-tight versions in accordance with ATEX requirements are available.
Screw conveyors
Screw conveyors are implemented for extracting and conveying nearly all bulk materials including fibrous and past-like products. They transport bulk goods by a rotating helical screw blade in a trough or tube. The advantages of screw conveyors are their low fault liability and economy, their reduced place requirement as well their dust-free conveyance. They also offer the possibility to feed and withdraw transport material along the haul road. SCHRAGE screw conveyors can be implemented in all industry sectors. The SCHRAGE range covers various types of screw conveyors such as trough and tube screw conveyors, twin screw conveyors and tempering, cooling and heating screw conveying units as well as mixing screw conveyors and bunker extraction screws. All facilities are dustproof and product sealed. Waterproof and gastight as well as pressure surge protected models are also possible. SCHRAGE Plant Engineering produces high quality screw conveyors, facilities up to 12 m length are deliverable also without centre bearing (depending on scale and design). As a norm the screw conveyors run by an attachable gear motor or spur gear system with coupling, special designs on demand.

Accuracies: Between 0.1% and 1% depending on type and material feeding. Outputs: 200 kg/h to 40 t/h depending on screw size. Advantages: ##Small installation dimensions ##Universal application ##Can be retrofitted in existing systems Mode of operation: In the infeed area, the screw is pivoted horizontally transverse to the conveying direction. A force measuring device in the form of a measuring cell for weight measurement is generally installed in the area of the discharge. The product to be weighed is weighed during the transport from the infeed to the discharge. The accuracy of the screw weigh feeder basically depends on the filling level of the screw. Therefore there is an upstream dosing device (e.g. screw, rotary feeder, vibrating trough) before the screw weigh feeder.

KÖLLEMANN Screw-Heat-Exchangers have their field of application within the thermal treatment of bulk-solids, we offer specialized products for each particular field of application. KÖLLEMANN Screw-Heat-Exchangers cover the whole spectrum of process-technology, starting with cooling of bulk-solids like for e.g. bed-ashes from drying of sludges or pastures up to heating of for e.g. petcoke for the anode-lines of the aluminium-industry. Based on their design, KÖLLEMANN Screw-Heat-Exchangers differ significantly from the usual on the market available ones, as they use the proven Hollow-Flight-Principle, which unifies serveral advantages within: an significantly enhanced heat-exchanging surface, leading lower thermal-stress on the screw-flight – especially during cooling-applications as well as forced heat-transfer-medium guidance inside the shaft. The temperature range of the KÖLLEMANN Screw-Heat-Exchangers reaches from colling down from 1200°C up to heating to more than 200°C with heat-transfer-medium temperatures above 350°C. KÖLLEMANN produces the Screw-Heat-Exchangers in accordance with standards such as AD2000 or ASME BPVC Sec.8 div.1 to ensure an maximum of safety during the handling of the heat-transfer-medium. Securely Fastened Loads
When something needs to be lifted, a crane, ropes or chains are needed – plus anchoring points on the load itself. Ganter offers a wide range of solutions here. The classic and simplest lifting points are lifting eye bolts according to DIN 580, which are screwed into existing threads on the load. When threads are not possible, lifting eye nuts according to DIN 582 are used instead. Ganter offers these standard parts in two materials: steel and stainless steel. However, a look in the Ganter portfolio reveals far better and stronger lifting points that are optimized for specific materials and – most important – easier to handle. In particular, the integrated RFID tags are worth mentioning as a special highlight. These make it possible to clearly identify specific lifting points during wear and safety inspections and manage them digitally and without system interruption. Such RFID tags can be found in the lifting eye bolt GN 581 and the lifting eye nut GN 583, for example, which are still able to rotate around their vertical axis even after installation. Both of these options also identify load rings GN 586.1, although here the lifting eye can also be folded down. And thanks to the eye ring with ball bearing, load rings GN 5860 are fully rotatable even under load. Load rings GN 587.1 are not screwed in but welded on. This load ring is also suitable for outdoor applications since the design of the weld-on block permits a closed seam that is safe from corrosion. The ring itself can be swiveled by 180 degrees, and an optionally integrated spring can secure it in any position. The lifting point GN 589 for welding can accept loads from any direction and impresses with its minimal height. This is an extremely important feature when the maximum hook height of the lifting equipment is limited.

The Stanelle segment lock will be mounted at silo and container outlets and will be used for shut-off and dosing of coarse-grained bulk materials.

Segmental Chutes, Right- and Left-Hand Execution
Application: Subassemblies mounted directly to the boom of a belt conveyor, shaping and discharging the material stream onto the receiving conveyor. The versatility of the solution lies in the ability to adjust the relative position of the segments to achieve the optimal discharge path. In areas particularly exposed to wear, replaceable wear-resistant liners have been applied.

Seilzugnotschalter
Seilzugnotschalter Förderbandanlagen müssen entlang der Förderstrecke bei Notfällen abgeschaltet werden können. Daher sind Seilzugnotschalter als ergänzende Schutzmaßnahme durch Normen vorgeschrieben. FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH Seilzugnotschalter sind Not-Halt-Geräte mit Verrast-Funktion. Sie werden durch Zug an der Reißleine oder durch Reißleinen-Riss betätigt. Die Rückstellung erfolgt manuell am Gerät. Zu sicheren Installation der Reißleine werden "Bauteile für Reißleinen-Systeme" benötigt, die funktional auf unsere Seilzugnotschalter und die jeweiligen Anwendungen abgestimmt sind. Die Sicherheitsdaten der elektromechanischen Schalter sind gemäß DIN EN ISO 13849-1 ermittelt worden. Natürlich liefern wir EX-Seilzugnotschalter die für den Betrieb in Bereichen mit explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre zugelassen sind.
