The surrounding neighbors of companies often complain about unpleasant odors. We therefore offer our customers innovative and tried-and-tested solutions: mobile and stationary. To bind odors, nozzles generate a fine water mist that is distributed over a large area. An additive is added to the water via the dosing system and finely atomized with the help of the nozzles. This combination of water mist and additive combines with the unpleasant smelling molecules and neutralizes the odour. The very fine droplets remain in the air for a long time due to their small size. They therefore have enough time to bind with the molecules. Due to the small amount of water used, no puddles of water form on the floor. At the same time, the ingredients of the product are harmless to humans, animals and the environment.

The special material characteristics of this product group enable it to transport materials containing oil and grease such as vegetable fats, mineral oils and solvents. Negative effects such as swelling of the rubber are minimized by use. The conveyor belts have good weather resistance and this increases efficiency thanks to low maintenance costs. The OMC 2500 reliably and precisely determines the moisture content or dry matter of bulk materials, suspensions, or pasty substances online. The measurement is non-contact and uses near-infrared (NIR) light. Due to the significantly longer wavelength of NIR compared to visible light (VIS), it penetrates the material more deeply, regardless of its color. The OMC is largely insensitive to irregularities in the material being measured, such as particle size and variations in material thickness.

The silo is a further development of the ingma plain wall silos in plug-in construction. The new silo is airtightly welded on the inside and outside and smoothly smoothed on the inside, thus guaranteeing the best possible hygiene. The requirements of EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 are permanently guaranteed by being made in one piece, without joints through assembly joints and smoothly welded welds in the interior, as well as when the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4301. The silo body consists of a silo shaft, discharge funnel and the cell ceiling. The silo walls are manufactured in a sandwich construction, in which an inner skin made of 2.0 - 3.0 mm stainless steel sheet and an outer skin made of 2 mm steel sheet are separated by 80 mm air space. The absolute tightness of this air space in the entire silo body can only be guaranteed by manufacturing it in one piece. When storing warm material, rapid temperature differences are delayed by 80 mm due to the insulating air layer of the sandwich construction and condensate formation with the consequences of mold growth is largely avoided. The cell ceiling is designed for a traffic load of 2.5 kN / m². The silo is manufactured in one piece and delivered in one piece after successful testing and acceptance. The silo body has appropriate eyelets so that it can be transported both horizontally and vertically. A main crane and a smaller auxiliary crane are required for assembly. This compact design minimizes assembly costs. The scope of delivery includes the provision of a testable but unchecked, static calculation of the silo according to Eurocode 3. In the case of silo cells without pressure relief, appropriate protective measures must be taken to prevent sparks from entering the silo cells on site.

As a rule, two-part star filters, where the support tube can be reused, are beneficial for our planet as they conserve resources. However, sometimes one-part star filters are also desired and are better suited for some applications. We have therefore expanded our portfolio of filter elements to include one-part star filters. These have a stainless steel end plate at the top and bottom and an integrated stainless steel support tube. The filter medium is firmly cast on both sides. Polyurethane or silicone is used depending on the requirements. The upper end plate has our standard thread and can be easily installed in existing systems. Standard lengths are 20, 40, 60 and 100 cm, but intermediate lengths can also be realized.
