Individuall spring-mounted, wear-resistant scrapers are pressed flexibly against the conveyor-belt. They continually adapt to the belt surface and to wear. This results in a very long life and long-term effective cleaning. In addition, the surface of the conveyor-belt is extremely well protected. Conveyor-belts mostly wear out because of bad scrapers.       ViDos - This solution is based on the established valve series Z 600. Body, disc and liner are standard elements of the EBRO Product Program. A vibrator mounted on the lower shaft makes this valve special, as it causes a linear vibration which swings the disc horizontally. The frequency of this vibration is controlled via air pressure. Application: Reduction of crustification and adherence When used as a shutt-off valve, the vibration function helps to reduce the crustification of particles within the product. This leads to significant extension of the Cleaning- and Service periods. When the valve remains in the closed position for a long time, adherence of the conveyed product is a consequence. Disc and liner are subjected to high frictional forces when opening the valve.If the vibrator is switched on before opening, crustification of the product will be dispensed. Fine Discharging / Dosing When equipped with a positioner, different positions for fine and rough dosing are possible. Having reached the dosing position, the vibrator will be set into operation, thus keeping the product in motion. So the “Bridging effect“ is prevented. The product can be conveyed very sensitively even with minor opening angles.

      VSR BLASTER® Air cannons and air injectors for pneumatic removal of blockages and deposit build-up in silos. Air cannons are fixed to the outside of the silos. They blast the stored compressed air at 4 to 10 bar over a wide cross-section of 50 to 150 mm in diameter in a few milliseconds into the critical interior material zones. Very often, special jet nozzles, such as the isobaric sword nozzle, for example, are used for activating wide areas. The total operating safety and maintainability of well over 25,000 VSR BLASTER® air cannons are put to the test daily. They are also easy to assemble and to control. Air cannons can be components of a cost-effective system of discharge-safe new machines or be effectively adapted to work with existing systems. VSR BLASTER® air cannons are supplied with full assembly and control accessories and can be assembled on request. Areas of application for VSR BLASTER® air cannons: Ratholing and bridging in funnels, silos, bunkers, stockpiles and hoppers with a volume of up to well over 10,000 m³.
