Application area: The MAHR cone closure makes pressure-tight seals of material filling openings. The main application area is the sealing of high pressure discharge vessels in high pressure conveying systems. Material: Case: grey cast iron, cast stainless steel Flange: steel, 1.4301, 1.4571 Sealing cone: grey cast iron, cast stainless steel Sealing ring: groove ring made of Hydrofit, Teflon, Viton Design: The cone closure consists of the case with sealing cone and the drive. The joined parts are sealed in each case with O-rings. The sealing cone is opened and closed using a lever design and a pneumatic cylinder. The seal is made by pressing the cone against the groove ring inserted in a steel ring. Electropneumatic equipment: The pneumatic drive is equipped with a 5/2 way solenoid valve. The cone closure has a limit switch in each end position for standard signalling. Operating data: control pressure: min. 3.5 bar operating pressure: max. 16 bar Special features: Absolute leak tightness as the tank interior pressure supports the seal due to the design. Low wear as the sealing ring does not come into contact with the material flow.

Conical mixer dryer reactor
Ideal mixing quality for quick and gentle drying, moist and viscous materials at variable filling levels The spiral mixing blade initiates a three-dimensional flow of the mixing goods; conical designed mixing vessel enables powders to be discharged up to 100%. The reactor is vacuum and pressure tight and heatable by steam, thermal oil or water. Fully temperature controlled: the mixing vessel, the mixing arms, the spiral blade. The mixer can be designed to conform with FDA standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements and the 3-a-sanitary standards.

Thanks to its curing with residual elasticity, WEICON Contact VA 30 Black is particularly suitable under changing climatic conditions. It is insensitive even under a longer infl uence of humidity. Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K
HECHT's Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K-EC with tipping device and "Easy" port is used for low-contamination discharging of drums with inner liners up to OEB 5. Thanks to the new EC-port which is part of our "Easy Connect" Family, drums can now be exchanged significantly easier and more economic. The new technology enables a drum exchange nearly free of any consumables. The increased operator convenience and still high Containment conditions are strong arguments for this new technology. By means of the tipping device drums can be connected easily. The products supplied in drums are additionally packed in foils, also referred to as liners, to ensure operator- and product protection.

Containment Drum Discharger CFE-K-OC
The patent-pending HECHT containment drum emptying station with tilting device "CFE-K-OC" combines maximum containment with semi-automated drum handling. It enables low-contamination, safe and ergonomic emptying of drums up to OEB 3. The entire process - from lifting the drum and positioning it at the airlock to automatically removing and replacing the drum lid - is semi-automated. This minimises manual intervention and therefore increases operator safety, process stability and efficiency.
