ContiClean – for Clean and Reliable Material Handling

The ContiClean cover grade was specifically developed for applications where material buildup on the conveyor belt occurs and becomes a problem. Its anti‑stick properties act throughout the entire cover thickness, reliably preventing material adhesion. Because the effect is not limited to the surface, the anti‑stick functionality remains fully effective even as the cover continues to wear over time. This reduces cleaning and maintenance requirements not only directly on the belt but also on surrounding system components: ContiClean helps prevent dirt deposits from forming on machine parts, where they can harden and later loosen due to vibration. If such deposits re‑enter the system uncontrollably, they pose a potential risk of mechanical damage to the conveyor belt and/or the equipment. Fewer adhesions therefore result in longer cleaning intervals and a significantly lower risk of consequential damage. In combination with our abrasion‑resistant cover grades Easyrider, Defender, Stacker Plus, and Survivor, ContiClean is available for every ContiFlex belt construction and ensures a consistently stable and clean conveying process.

    3. Continuous Liner

      Continuous Liner

Applications of Rhein-Plast containment packaging materials: - Contamination-free replacement of HEPA filters - Transfer systems for clean rooms and isolators (bag-out systems) - When filling as primary packaging material in open secondary packaging such as cartons, drums, fiber drums, aluminum-laminated bags, and more Rhein-Plast containment packaging materials offer numerous advantages. These include dust-free handling, e.g., in the filling of active ingredients, optimal product and personal protection, and savings on protective room construction.

    5. Continuous Shock Wave Plant

      Continuous Shock Wave Plant

-Technical Features- The continuous shock wave systems are implemented as standard in a container construction. The continuously operating fragmentation vessel is arranged inside the container. This is equipped with a conveyor system for the material feed and a conveyor system for the removal of the treated material. The container is equipped with a special lining for noise protection and for shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMC protection). The material is fed in by means of a bunker conveyor, which continuously feeds the material to the fragmentation vessel inside the container. Appropriate dimensioning of the material bunker means that the system can be operated independently. The fragmentation vessels of the continuous shock wave systems are designed according to the specific material and separation requirements. The process can be individually adjusted by adapting the fragmentation chamber. The vessel is equipped with a movable multi-electrode system. The number of working electrodes is determined by the required productivity. The fragmented or disassembled material is usually transported out of the fragmentation vessels by means of a water bath conveyor and thus represents a simple interface for linking with downstream plant technology for sorting and dewatering. An industrial control (PLC) with touch screen interface enables the individual setting of the fragmentation parameters as well as the feeding and removal of the treated material depending on the material or separation requirements and the simple adjustment of the process parameters. A monitored, multi-level security system ensures personal and system protection at all times. No specialist qualifications of the operating personnel are required. The operator can independently store data records with fragmentation parameters for specific materials in the system control.

    6. CONTI® ULTIMATE

      CONTI® ULTIMATE

CONTI® ULTIMATE is a heavy duty abrasion-resistant suction and discharge hose used, among others, in mining industry and mineral processing plants. Suitable for transportation of ground and processed ore slurries, trailings, slags, sand and gravel. Long lifespan of the hose is provided by a liner made of highly abrasion resistant NR compound. The NEW Conti Orange Wear Indicator allows the wear of the liner to be continuously monitored and so helps to prevent unexpected production breakdowns. The hose together with reusable flanges and gaskets ensures a smooth medium flow and becomes the ideal hose assembly with an easy installation and maintenance.
