Flyerketten können auch bei kleiner Baugröße sehr hohe Zugkräfte überragen. Sie bestehen aus Kettenbolzen, Innenlaschen und Zwischenlaschen mit Schiebesitz und Außenlaschen mit Preßsitz. Eingesetzt werden sie vor allem dort, wo mit unverzahntem Antrieb und Umlenkung hohe Lasten gehoben oder gezogen werden müssen. Am häufigsten werden sie bei Gabelstaplern, Container-Schwerlaststaplern, Teleskoplader, Teleskopausschüben, Steigern, Flurförderfahrzeugen oder Hubtischen eingesetzt. FB Flyerketten und Kettenanker (auch Ankerbolzen genannt) erreichen Bruchkräfte und Dauerfestigkeiten, die weit über den DIN-ISO-Vorgaben liegen. Wir produzieren Flyerketten nach den internationalen Standards ISO 4347, DIN 8152, ANSI B29.8 und NFE 26107 (Typ BL-LH), ANSI B29.8 (Typ AL), ISO 4347, NFE 26107 (Typ EL-LL), Werksnormketten und kundenspezifische OEM-Ketten.

Barl free-flow flap are used as sealing flaps underneath bins or inside pipelines and ductwork. When open, the entire inside diameter of the valve opening can be utilised without hindrance. The free-flow valves are used for discharging powdery and fine-grained bulk materials with a great variety of physical properties. Free-flow flap valves are used for the complete and residue-free emptying of bins and containers. They operate with short opening and closing cycles. The free-flap valves are pressure-tight, standard design: < 0.5 bar and product-tight to the outside. In the design with flexible flap seal, heatproof to max. 200° C, the valves are pressure-tight and product-tight to 0.2 bar in the gate area. Adjustable stuffing boxes are as standard as the outside bearing. The cleaning covers integrated as a standard feature ensure quick and easy cleaning. A special design which is pressure surge resistant to the outside is also available.

The FSC has stainless steel flanges welded into the material. This way the material serves as a seal without the use of a gasket ring, making the sleeve ready to use without needing extra’s. The flanges are available in stainless steel 304(1.4301) and stainless steel 316 (1.4571).
