    1. DCS Drum Containment System

      DCS Drum Containment System

The DCS – Drum Containment System is a stainless steel cylindrical glove box with glass cover and with two glove ports. Highly economical in comparison with conventional isolation systems, the DCS ensures precise, contamination free evacuation of drums. Fully mobile, this space saving device has the flexibility to work with a multitude of different drum heights and diameters, in an inert atmosphere if required. Its Load Cell feature provides accurate charging, whilst the free moving suction lance connected to the PTS Powder Transfer System* and excellent visibility ensure residue free emptying. With safety always a priority, the DCS guarantees both primary and secondary containment, with a glove box enabling the operator to open the double liners within the sealed environment.

    2. DE1plus with additional torque angle function

DE1plus with additional torque angle function

We have given the DE2 a new control system which includes voltage monitoring and speed sensing. This allows you to complete your bolting with even greater precision and reliability. As it reliably offsets any voltage fluctuations and changes in temperature, this new tool delivers superior torque accuracy. The DE2 switches automatically to the main available frequency (e.g. 50 Hz or 60Hz). The digital multifunction display (O)-LED allows the user outstanding ease of use and a comprehensive range of values. · The intuitive operating menu largely dispenses with text. · The two-digit torque setting 00-99 can be adjusted using the corresponding buttons. · The values measured for mains voltage, mains frequency and the motor temperature are indicated on the display. · Another option is to display the torque value (as listed in the enclosed torque table). · A host of additional features are available in the symbol navigation menu (e.g. key lock, loosening mode and locking of individual setting steps).

Every decompaction installation is connected to a ring line and can easily be divided into various ventilation fields. Electrical equipment: A 2/2 way solenoid valve with the required protection type and voltage is used as ventilation valve. Operating data: Ventilation pressure: 2000 - 8000 mm WS Air flow rates: 0.45 Nm3/min. per decompaction box Temperature stability: max. 140 °C Special features: Using the decompaction box, emptying of the ventilated silo without residues can normally be guaranteed. Low wear - no protruding parts in silo cone Easy installation without entry into the silo and subsequent installation is possible.

    4. Decompaction nozzle DN 80

      Decompaction nozzle DN 80

Application area: The MAHR decompaction nozzle is mainly used in smaller containers for fluidisation of powdery bulk materials. Bulk materials such as cement only need little fluidisation air so that the nozzles in this case are also intended for larger silos. Material: Case: grey cast iron Lining: Aeropertex fabric or sintered metal. Design: A complete fluidisation system consists of several decompaction nozzles which are arranged in a specific way depending on the specified conditions. Every decompaction installation is connected to a ring line and can easily be divided into various ventilation fields. Electrical equipment: A 2/2 way solenoid valve with the required protection type and voltage is used as ventilation valve. Operating data: Ventilation pressure: 2000-8000 mm WS Air flow rates: 0.01 Nm3/ min per nozzle Temperature stability: max. 140 °C.

    5. Dedusting filter with cartridge filters (star filters) or hose filters

Dedusting filter with cartridge filters (star filters) or hose filters

The modular system of ts-systemfilter makes it easy to find the suitable filter apparatus for your application. The system is variable and can thus be adapted individually. Special designs, individual pieces and small series of all kinds can be made to sample or drawing. Also modifications to existing filter systems are possible. To regenerate the filter area jet cleaning by time mode or by differential pressure control as well as cleaning by the shaker motor is possible. Extension systems such as weather covers and sound absorber hoods, fans and rotary valves or various dust pots are also available. Additional safety components such as a signal tower for optical differential pressure display, pressure relief on the clean gas side, bursting device, pressure compensation valve or safety filter are also possible. The filter apparatus make a significant contribution to sustainability. As example, replaceable support tubes are used to fix the filter cartridges. When replacing the star filters, only the filter surface needs to be disposed, the support body can be reused. • Dust filter for air quantity up to 14.000 m³/h • Filter area 0,1 up to 100 m² • ATEX-type examination for zone 20 and 0 • FDA and VO (EG) 1935/2004 compliant components • Residual dust < 0,5 mg/m³ • Pressure resistance up to 12 bar • Vacuum resistance up to 75 % • Temperature resistance -40°C or +250°C • Pressure compensation valve with ATEX-type examination • Valve box integrated in the filter head for the regeneration in time mode or by differential pressure control • Customized solutions, special designs • Upgrade of filter units (e.g. ATEX) • Police filter • Life-time-support for spare parts

    7. Deluge systems

      Deluge systems

There is an increased risk of fire in certain production and storage areas: due to high fire loads from dry and highly flammable materials. Conveyor belts, filters or silos are affected, for example. Fires can spread quickly in these plant areas. The spread is also significantly accelerated by the spread of fires and embers to other production areas via conveyor belts. Spray water extinguishing systems from T&B electronic are suitable for these applications - a combination of fire alarm and water extinguishing system. Water spray extinguishing systems are used in pellet production, in the wood processing industry or in recycling. T&B electronic, as a VdS-approved installer of water spray extinguishing systems, offers not only VdS-compliant spark extinguishing systems to protect filters, silos and pneumatic and mechanical transport systems, but also VdS-compliant water spray extinguishing systems for every type of protected object.

    8. DENSE PHASE CONVEYING

      DENSE PHASE CONVEYING

Efficient material transport whilst preserving quality Dense phase pneumatic conveying systems are used when the product quality is of the highest importance. They minimise changes in bulk density and particle size distribution and also limit demixing effects, and can be used for many materials such as powders, granules, flakes and pellets. The absence of rotating parts in pressure vessels reduces maintenance costs. The advantageous ratio of product to conveying gas also makes our systems energy efficient.

    9. Density or total solids measurement in calcium carbonate

Density or total solids measurement in calcium carbonate

The production of calcium carbonate is of enormous importance for many industries, as it is an important component of many products. Calcium carbonate is mainly obtained by processing natural deposits, such as limestone, marble or chalk, or by synthetic processes such as precipitated calcium carbonate, also known as PCC. The process steps include extraction, crushing, grinding, purification, thickening and refining. Precise & reproducible microwave measurement Measuring the total solids or slurry density of calcium carbonate during production is crucial for maintaining product quality, optimising processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing product performance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during manufacturing. It plays a vital role in the overall efficiency, reliability, and success of calcium carbonate production across various industries. With the Micro-Polar LB 566 measurement system from Berthold it is possible to measure the density or total solids with high repeatability and accuracy, thus guaranteeing stable and reliable process control throughout the entire process.
