Glass pipe bends
For conveying abrasive media or for high flow rates, we can supply you with glass pipe bends made from 3.3 borosilicate glass with a copper grounding strip. These have a service life at least 10 times longer than that of stainless steel pipe bends.

Glatt PHOS4green technology: Phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ashes and convertion into standardized fertilizer
Glatt PHOS4green technology is a groundbreaking waste-free process that recycles the phosphorus from ash to produce ready-to-use high-quality fertilizers. In the first step of the two-stage "PHOS4green" process, a suspension is produced from the phosphate-containing ash, a mineral acid and, depending on the objective, other components. The suspension is then spray granulated in the fluidised bed. This results in fertiliser granulates that are available to plants and soil, which can be discharged, filled and delivered directly after the desired grain size has been reached.

Glatt ProAPP® Lab: Glatt powder synthesis reactor in laboratory scale
The Glatt ProAPP® Lab is suitable for feasibility studies, testing of material and/or process ideas and the production of initial samples and test batches. This reactor can be operated between room temperature and 900 °C (optionally up to 1300 °C). This wide temperature range is achieved by the innovative design of the reactor. The Glatt ProAPP® is particularly suitable for initial experiments with large parameter variations and for optimizing the material system. It can be operated under inert conditions in addition to the oxidizing regime. The Glatt ProAPP® Lab pulsation reactor can produce approximately 100 to 500 grams of powder per hour.

GMK 2410
GMK 2410 is based on polychloroprene (CR) for the high-strength, full-surface and flexible bonding of: - rubber to rubber - rubber to metal WEICON GMK 2410 also bonds cellular rubber (e.g. neoprene), leather, felt, insulating material, textiles, wood, and many plastics. GMK 2410 is not suitable for materials like expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, flexible PVC foam, and artificial PVC leather.

GRANIT Plus – Flange Coupling
GRANIT Plus consists of a metal-reinforced rubber molded part and a two-part flange to be attached behind it. The flanges are used for hoses, which are mainly used in heavy industry and mining, but due to their reliability and practicality they are also suitable for a number of other applications. The most important advantage of the loose flange is the free, unobstructed central flow in the connection point, the elimination of elastomer seals and the and the possibility of free flange alignment, as well as the short design.

GRANIT Select – Flange coupling
The GRANIT Select hose connectors are matched to the conveyor hose system in terms of design, material and safety. The material used is light-weight, strong and heat-resistant. The couplings can also be treated with a chemical-resistant surface coating. The dimensions of the flange bores correspond to DIN 2501 PN 10 and ANSI 16.5 (150 PSI). When used with the appropriate polypropylene or EPDM flat gaskets, a secure full flow hose connection is created.
