live bottom
The SHW live bottom is suitable for nearly all difficult-flowing bulk materials that are stored in rectangular bunkers. The live bottom slats are hydraulically driven in a staggered arrangement. The moving floor system is suitable for bulk material intake and discharge in underground bunkers and elevated silo installations with a storage capacity of up to 5,000 m³. With a discharge capacity of up to 600 m³/h per discharge screw, it ensures efficient and uniform material flow. The systems are specifically designed for rectangular silos with base dimensions of up to 20,000 mm × 20,000 mm, offering a high degree of flexibility in design and integration. This offers numerous advantages for the user: The system can be used with nearly all bulk materials, features an extremely robust design, and therefore ensures high availability. At the same time, operators benefit from low life-cycle costs, optimal bulk material discharge, and an overall maintenance-friendly design that keeps operations efficient and reliable over the long term.

Live-Bottom Silos
SPIRAC’s live‑bottom silos and hopper systems are designed for the reliable storage, transfer and discharge of non–free‑flowing materials. They are ideal for sticky, cohesive or high‑moisture materials that typically cause bridging, ratholing or blockages. While based on standard design principles, each system can be customised in size, layout and orientation to suit specific site requirements. These silos are usually top‑loaded via shaftless spiral conveyors and discharged using large‑diameter, large‑pitch shaftless screws. Operating at low RPM, these spirals create a true live‑bottom effect that ensures continuous, controlled flow across the full silo width. This design eliminates bottlenecks and maintains consistent movement, even with severely cohesive materials. The preferred geometry is rectangular, enabling multiple screws to work efficiently across the floor. A tapered floor is used to support the live‑bottom mechanism; while this reduces storage volume, it makes the system highly effective for small to medium capacities where dependable flow matters more than maximum volume. Live‑bottom silos offer excellent bridging control, low energy use and a low maintenance profile with no hydraulics. They are a cost‑effective solution for smaller installations where sticky material behaviour makes flow assurance essential. Typical handled materials include sludge cake, cohesive industrial sludges and difficult solids prone to ratholing.

LIWELL® - SCREENING MACHINES - SPECIALISTS FOR DEMANDING TASKS
Our LIWELL® screening machines with the Spannwell® principle are the invention of HEIN, LEHMANN. You can say that you are something like the screening technique boss for extremely difficult and / or moist bulk materials. Wherever other machines have to go to their knees, their revolutionary technology has been used around the world for over 40 years for the screening of bulk materials.

Load cells
Scale Kits: Perfect Solutions for Self-Installation. A wide variety of scales are available on the market: platform scales, axle load scales, vehicle scales, animal scales, weighbridges, and many more. However, sometimes users want to integrate scales into their products themselves or require a very specific solution that can only be integrated into their existing manufacturing processes. This is where TELL scale kits come in. These kits allow for the self-installation of optimally matched and calibrated components with minimal assembly effort, providing a flexible and customized solution. With these kits, precise and reliable scales can be constructed that are perfectly tailored to individual requirements. Our experience and expertise increase the efficiency of our customers' processes: We can build the perfect kit for a reliable and customized weighing solution for you, too. TELL sets the standard for precision and reliability.

load cells

Load cells
Hense Wägetechnik offers precise load cells for tanks, silos and mixer. The unique design of the loading assembly offers safe, precise and simple weighing for vessels from 50kg to 1000t. The force guiding guarantees high resistance against lateral forces and thermal expansion. Totally stainless steel module is also available. The Load cells are very easy to install -the build in rod- and stay bar security is not sensitive against horizontal forces and thermal expansion of the vessel. All modules are available as OIML and ATEX approved version. The 50 and 60t load cells are static approved by the TÜV Darmstadt.

Load unit conveyor systems
There are many solutions for the problem of elevating crates, cartons, trays, sacks, shrink-wrapped packaging, canisters, etc. With the spiral elevator, HUMBERT & POL has combined all the advantages in a single system. Continual or STOP & GO, operation, Conveying either up or downwards Conveying speeds up to 60 m/min, Can also be used as a storage unit Overlapping conveying slats even at change of direction Automatic tension of the conveying chain Only one drive motor required Minimal operating expense Minimum footprint Simple on site assembly Available in carbon or stainless steel Stable welded construction with enclosed columns Also available in applications where hygiene is required

Loading and Unloading Stations
Pneumatic unloading of trucks and wagons with an integrated compressor or separate compressor station into the silos. Loading systems for trucks, trains, and ships for dry or wet bulk materials. The loading of powdering bulk materials onto trucks, wagons or ships is executed dust-free with MÖLLER loading systems at throughputs to 200 t/h or 1,000 t/h.

Loading and Unloading Systems
At Anlagenbau Stampfer, we design loading systems for low-dust and controlled filling of trucks, silo vehicles and containers – precisely matched to your conveying and storage technology. Our solutions integrate seamlessly into your existing infrastructure and are individually equipped with components such as weighing systems, extraction units, end-position detection or level control. This enables a safe, efficient and fully automatable loading process – even with high throughput or changing vehicle types.

Loading Spout
Vortex will display its ATEX certified dustless retractable loading spout for the first time at Solids Dortmund 2017. Vortex's loading spouts are used for loading dry/bulk solid materials into open and/or enclosed vessels like trucks, railcars and barges. The 4-cable lifting design provides maximum stability when compared to the standard 2- or 3-cable systems. The warranty covers any Vortex loading spout cable that breaks due to friction from the pulley. The 3-piece CNC machined pulley features chamfered edges and precision cable grooves to significantly reduce cable wear and back lashing as the loading spout extends and retracts. Because the cables do not fray, cable failure is nearly eliminated and so is costly downtime for repairs. Vortex can also custom engineer loading spout systems to meet any loadout application requirements, including corrosive or hazardous materials, long distances, and extreme temperatures.

Loading spout MBO for open loading
Open loading with MBO and MBO-T (T = loading telescope) - for the opening loading of bulk goods into trucks, containers, railcars, ships, hoppers or stockpiles. With open loading in particular, considerable experience is necessary for the conceptualization of the loading system. For the reliable and dust-free loading of coarse-bulk materials such as gravel and clinker, as well as for powdery products. With loading capacities of more than 1,000 m³/h and loading heights of up to 30 m and more.

Loading spout MVS for closed loading
Absolute reliability and completely dust-tight: MVS bulk loading systems are equipped with a pneumatically inflatable sealing collar on the discharge nozzle. During loading, this closes the annular gap between tank hatch and the discharge nozzle. Brilliantly simple, effective and reliable.
