    3. Lime briqueting

      Lime briqueting

The purpose of briquetting quicklime and dolomite (or dolomite) is to improve their use in industrial processes. Quicklime, which is highly reactive in powder form, is difficult to handle as it is. Briquetting enables it to be transformed into compact blocks, reducing the risks associated with dust while making it easier to transport, store and dose. Dolomite, a double carbonate of calcium and magnesium, follows the same principle: in briquetted form, it is more stable and suited to high temperatures, particularly in the steel industry. These briquettes guarantee better mechanical strength and controlled reactivity in furnaces. Here is a video of our briquettes : https://www.linkedin.com/posts/euragglo-sas_briquetting-agglomeration-limeprocessing-activity-7343611685858910209-8jXF?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAEZ8-CwBV6DBIGjCDUXBB5e_571d3ZL5ouU

    4. Linear actuator connector configured online

      Linear actuator connector configured online

Ganter is repositioning itself for linear actuator connectors and will soon beoffering connectors with individual specifications. The real-time online configurator makes this possible. Linear actuator connectors have more different parameters than Ganter‘s Standard Parts strategy could cover — until now. The market leader in standard parts is now presenting a completely new concept that combines the benefits of Standard Parts with a wide range of customization options. This customer-centric strategy is made possible by the new online configurator, which can be used to specify the central parameters of a linear actuator connector and output them in real time. The online configurator offers several advantages over the previous standard offering. In addition to the customizability, it makes the ordering process more efficient because the system immediately checks the selection for plausibility and indicates weight, price and delivery time in real time. The latter takes slightly longer than when ordering standard linear actuator connector, but the ability to enter individual specifications should outweigh this by far. Simultaneous transfer of options into 3D data sets enables the customer to immediately check whether the selected configuration fits into one‘s own design. This aspect is all the more valuable for time-critical tasks. More information on Ganter standard parts can be found on the internet at www.ganternorm.com

    5. Linear and Circular Vibratory Screening Technology

Linear and Circular Vibratory Screening Technology

The Screening Technology VS includes various configurations, different screen surfaces and several drives. Serving all fields of industry enables interVIB selecting the best possible combination. According to the conveying good to be graded, we propose the decision for circular or linear motion. interVIB always finds the best solution, no matter what application is asked for – grading cacao beans or pellets, dewatering rocks or screening scrap metal. Various cleaning solutions for the screening surface can be chosen. Also it is possible to grade various fractions by multi-deck screening machines. At all designs interVIB considers easy access and easy-to-clean screen surfaces. Various Screen Surfaces and Designs Dimensioning the screen surface depends on the conveying good. For example coffee beans, pellets or animal feed ingredients are graded through spring steel wire mesh screens, either square or rectangular aligned into downstream direction. For mining, recycling or rock and gravel applications grid screens, perforated steel plates or bar grate screens are a good solution. But also perforated synthetic or rubber surfaces are a feasible choice being wear resistant for the dewatering of abrasive goods. As you can see, we have many options getting the best performance possible.

    6. Linear Motion Screens

      Linear Motion Screens

JOEST Linear motion screens are high-performance machines for pre-classification, control screening, or final classification of bulk materials ranging from fine to coarse particles. Thanks to their linear motion, they can be precisely adapted to the screening behavior of different materials – whether for uniform particle size distribution, high throughput, or demanding process conditions. The machines are available with various drive concepts – from magnetic drives and unbalanced motors to exciter drives – and come in different structural designs. JOEST linear motion screens are available in many versions – as single-deck or multi-deck units, in horizontal or inclined configurations, as well as multi-slope or banana screens. All designs are easily accessible and allow for efficient cleaning; optionally available with ATEX-compliant features. Thanks to their modular design, they can be used in almost all industrial sectors – from mining & minerals, stone and earth industries, and metal & glass recycling to food and chemical production.

    12. LiquiCoreTM-high-temperature screw heat exchanger

      LiquiCoreTM-high-temperature screw heat exchanger

The LiquiCore™ high-temperature screw heat exchanger enables precise and efficient thermal treatment of bulk materials in the temperature range from around 230 °C to 600 °C. The system opens up applications such as pyrolysis, calcination, high-temperature drying, and thermal activation of solids, thereby significantly expanding the possibilities of conventional screw heat exchangers. In terms of design, LiquiCore™ is different from conventional systems in terms of a newly developed screw shaft, which contains electrical heating elements embedded in a hermetically sealed core of low-melting metal. Once this metal is liquefied, it takes over heat distribution and, due to its very high thermal conductivity, ensures fast, even, and efficient heat transfer over the entire shaft length. Optionally, the trough jacket can also be electrically heated to increase the heat capacity. Since the system is fully electric, there is no need for heat transfer fluids such as thermal oil or the associated infrastructure of heaters, pumps, and pipework. This reduces system complexity and maintenance requirements, as there are no leaks or fluid age effects. At the same time, electric operation enables precise temperature control and fast response times. The design is customized to each individual process requirement. The system uses heat-resistant stainless steels and special alloys, process-optimized screw geometries, and integrated control and regulation technology. This ensures safe, reproducible, and homogeneous high-temperature process control. LiquiCore™ thus offers a compact, robust, and powerful solution for demanding thermal processes in the chemical industry, recycling, raw material processing, and specialized high-temperature applications.
