At Anlagenbau Stampfer, we design loading systems for low-dust and controlled filling of trucks, silo vehicles and containers – precisely matched to your conveying and storage technology. Our solutions integrate seamlessly into your existing infrastructure and are individually equipped with components such as weighing systems, extraction units, end-position detection or level control. Loading Spout
Vortex will display its ATEX certified dustless retractable loading spout for the first time at Solids Dortmund 2017. Vortex's loading spouts are used for loading dry/bulk solid materials into open and/or enclosed vessels like trucks, railcars and barges. The 4-cable lifting design provides maximum stability when compared to the standard 2- or 3-cable systems. The warranty covers any Vortex loading spout cable that breaks due to friction from the pulley. The 3-piece CNC machined pulley features chamfered edges and precision cable grooves to significantly reduce cable wear and back lashing as the loading spout extends and retracts. Because the cables do not fray, cable failure is nearly eliminated and so is costly downtime for repairs. Vortex can also custom engineer loading spout systems to meet any loadout application requirements, including corrosive or hazardous materials, long distances, and extreme temperatures.

Loading spout MBO for open loading
Open loading with MBO and MBO-T (T = loading telescope) - for the opening loading of bulk goods into trucks, containers, railcars, ships, hoppers or stockpiles. With open loading in particular, considerable experience is necessary for the conceptualization of the loading system. For the reliable and dust-free loading of coarse-bulk materials such as gravel and clinker, as well as for powdery products. With loading capacities of more than 1,000 m³/h and loading heights of up to 30 m and more.

Loading spout MVS for closed loading
Absolute reliability and completely dust-tight: MVS bulk loading systems are equipped with a pneumatically inflatable sealing collar on the discharge nozzle. During loading, this closes the annular gap between tank hatch and the discharge nozzle. Brilliantly simple, effective and reliable.

Loading system
With the EMDE Bulk Batch System, the products are transported to the required point of use via different transport systems with feeding containers. The docking of the shuttle at the site of operation is fully automated and dust-free. The entire feeding technology as well as product and recipe management is controlled by a higher-level data management system. Loading system type MODUFLEX
Loading system type MODUFLEX Loading chutes are used in order to loose load bulk solids onto silo lorries, containers and ships without polluting the environment. With the MODUFLEX product range, we can offer the appropriate solution for any application. Tailor-made solutions according to customer requirements are also available. The modular construction of this system is unique. Essentially it consists of: • Inlet with motor winch • Modular section with chute modules on the outside and guide cones inside • Outlet By the modular structure length adaptations are also possible afterwards and repair on the basic of damages of the loading chute can be carried out with minimum interruption of loading. Loading telescope MVS-TD - for residue-free loading of hygienically sensitive products
In comparison with loading bellows, hardly any product residues are able to deposit on the smooth inner walls of telescopic pipes. The disadvantage of conventional telescopic pipes, however, is that dust is able to escape from between the individual pipes. Not with the Muhr MVS-TD. The ultimate loading telescope. Lödige Ploughshare® Mixer for batch operation type FKM
The ploughshare mixers for batch operation use the mixing and fluid process introduced to mixing technology by Lödige. High-quality mixes are achieved through equipment with tools which are adapted perfectly to the respective task. Mode of operation: The fluidised bed generated mechanically achieves intensive separation of particles, especially in the upper area of the mixing drum. The ploughshare mixer for batch operation uses the mixing and fluid process introduced to mixing technology by Lödige. Lödige Ploughshare® Mixer for continuous production type KM
The continuous ploughshare mixer uses the mixing and fluid process introduced to mixing technology by Lödige. High-quality mixes are achieved through equipment with tools which are adapted perfectly to the respective task. Mode of operation: The ploughshare shovels in special arrangement on a mixing shaft in a horizontal, cylindrical drum rotate closely to the wall. Their peripheral speed and geometric form are coordinated in such a way that the mix is moved out of the product bed against the centrifugal force and in axial direction at the same time. In addition, the shape of the shovels lifts the product particles from the drum wall. The mixing elements having a defined shape and a special arrangement on the shaft, they ensure not only a reliable product conveyance but also a sufficient back-mixing of the product. The so-called “mechanical” fluid bed generated in this way, whereby all the product is constantly involved in the process, ensures a maximum mixing intensity at even the highest throughputs and shortest residence times until the product is discharged out of the mixer via an outlet. The product inside the machine is moved from the inlet to the outlet in a pilgrim step manner: two steps forward, one step back. The continuous process can be run at filling levels between 20 % and 50 % without influencing the mixing quality. Lödige Ploughshare®-Mixer (Lab machine) for development and small production
Lödige laboratory mixers have a drum volume of 5, 10, 20 or 50 l. They combine our usual mixing quality with an extensive range of accessories to comply with a large number of requirements. The laboratory ploughshare mixers operate on the principle of a mechanical generated fluid bed introduced by Lödige to industrial mixing technology. Equipped with mixing elements which can be adapted to individual requirement, the mixes produced in these machines are of the highest quality. Lödige Ringlayer Mixer CoriMix® for continuous operation type CM
The CoriMix® is ahigh-speed, continuous mixer for high throughputs, especially developed for homogeneous mixing of liquid and pasty components into dry substances. Mode of operation: The system is based on the high peripheral speed of the mixing shaft tools of up to 50 m/s. The resulting centrifugal force forms a concentric ringlayer of product along the drum wall. The product is moved through the mixing chamber in a plug-flow manner. The retention time depends on the filling level, speed, geometry and mixing tool adjustment as well as the throughputs but is extremely short compared with a continuous ploughshare mixer. The mixing chamber is divided into zones with different mixing tools enabling different shear intensity by selecting and adjusting the mixing tools according to each application. Lödige Vacuum Shovel Dryer Druvatherm® type DVT
Lödige shovel dryers are batch vacuum dryers. The mixing elements are frequency-controlled for ideal adaptation to the process. Special rotating mixing elements, installed in a cylindrical drum equipped with a temperature control jacket, create a three-dimensional product movement (mechanically generated fluid bed). The resulting contact frequency of the particles with the heat exchange surface leads to incredibly short drying times. Mode of operation: The intelligent product movement ensures intense contact of individual product particles with the heated container wall while also providing very gentle product treatment. Optionally available rotating choppers, which are installed in the sides of the drum, break down any agglomerated product if a product phase transition is required.
